WARNING - You cannot return what you order - the fit for me was horrible and did not match the measurements on their site. One of the dresses was just odd, and nothing like the picture. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Funny thing - their site has mostly 5 reviews - my guess is they delete the bad reviews.

No dress, no response! Massive waste of money! Website now saying my order number doesn't exist and my password invalid. No return email after many sent emails. Scam!

I have been buying my favorite clothes here and I always get exactly what I ordered. Definitely recommend this website to everyone who likes to do shopping online.

I purchased several face of Tb Dress and I have always been happy. Nice quality and beautiful clothe. Also shipments are on the today I Made another order.

I never had any complaint with TB Dress in over a year of shopping experience. The things I bought never tore or faded out. The quality deserves appreciation.

TBDress.com does not honor their return policy even if you try to conform to the rigid 15 day time frame. The formal dress I ordered arrived with the sleeves attached to the bodice of the dress with plastic snaps. I explained the problem to them and they replied that is how the dress is made. The sleeves were also 5 times too small for a US size 12 dress. I filed a PayPal dispute and TBdress offered to refund me $30.00 for a $193.00 purchase. Needless to say I didn't accept. Cannot donate the dress because no one else can wear it with the sleeves unattached to the dress. Ended up throwing it in the trash because it angered me each time I had to look at it. Customer Service jerks you around requesting photos of the damaged item and then reply they cannot see the photos. The photo below shows the unsewn seam. I placed a piece of white paper under the opening so you could see how big of a gap would have shown if I tried to wear the dress. Worst online company I have ever had to deal with. If TBDress wants to honor their return policy I will be happy to edit my review.

Edited to add on 4/5/15: As you can see below, I was instructed by TB Dress to contact them regarding their refusal to refund my purchase. I did as instructed and have not heard ONE word back from this company. Do not believe their offers to resolve issues. This is a bad company based in China that has no intent of honoring the policies or laws of other countries. If you care about quality and fair business practices, do not do business with TBDress.

Anybody notice how most of the positive reviews on this site are almost identical and in some cases are exactly the same, read carefully most of the positive reviews sound like a sales pitch from the actual website, for instance ---

Reviewer named --- menu j. And Reviewer named khushi p. Both wrote the exact same positive 5 star review word for word. I am worried as I just ordered clothes and only now read these reviews. Fingers crossed I, although unlikely, fit their one size scheme. If all goes well I shall change my review, but these reviews have me worried.

I am having a horrible experience with this order! I ordered this dress back on February 20,2016... I have sent several emails and no one has responded back to me! As an Asian, we are not tall. It will save material and effort to alter if there is alternative selection of length of gown.

The variety is incredible, I'm happy with my choice although I'm not sure the size, I think if it does not help me solve usd. This dress is very elegant and with good finishes. Thank you.

I would not order from these guys... they are not sending my products I ordered for Christmas and nobody is getting back to me. Email kicks back when I send. I think it's a fraud site!

Most of the items material are decent but the descriptions are a bit off. It's either too short or too fitted in chest area. Couple items also isn't cut straight along the hem and is lopsided.

I ordered a perfect sandals for me by using the customize option available in the website. I also ordered one more pair of sandals and gifted it to my friend. A nice shopping experience with tbdress!

If it is too good to be true then it is. Purchased dress for 208.59 for wedding. NEVER received dress and asked for refund. Have not received to this day!

I recieved my dress and the beading was completely uneven. I have been trying for the past week to get in touch with the company and they have yet to answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, it is not worth the hassle. If anyone from TBdress sees this. I want a refund and you should check your emails and messages because I have left plenty WITH evidence.
