I love TB dress for it's frequently offered discounts. The prices are apparently high but the discounts make the expensive quality cheaper than regular stuff!

I ordered two jackets from this website. I went up two sizes (XXL) in order to make sure the jackets fit and I wouldn't have any issues. The shipping said 8-10 days and to continue to check the website. It took 3 weeks to actually be delivered and when they got here, they didn't fit. I have been emailing their "customer service" since the day I actually received my items. I would write them asking very specific questions and they would reply with something not relating to my questions. I would ask all the things I need in order to return the documents and they literally told me, "... if you were to send the items back, I would have to pay for shipping and custom fees which cost more than the items themselves. It would be better for me to give the items to friends who can wear them and to buy ones that actually fit."

***Recently someone contacted me in regards to my review of TBdress to help with my above situation. I have to state that this person was very helpful in trying to resolve the situation that was professional and actually what customer service is suppose to be. They were not able to refund the entire amount for the items that I cannot wear but they were able to give me a partial refund, which is better than nothing. Even though,, my first experience with this company was not very pleasant, my encounter with this new person, made a MAJOR difference because he actually cared and treated me like a real person with a problem. So I am very grateful.

I ordered a three piece outfit, using the provided size guide. It took way longer to receive the item than expected and multiple attempts to contact the vendor went unanswered. When the item finally arrived I was so excited, until I opened the package. This set was of extremely inferior quality, it was a belted jacket and pants, the pants appeared fitted on the website, what I received had a very large elastic waste, both pieces are so long that they sweep the floor, they hang on me terribly and I absolutely cannot wear this set. Needless to say the entire experience has soured me and I will not be purchasing from this company again. I immediately requested a return but so far I have not been provided with an RMA number to do so. Lesson learned, thankfully at not too much expense, I am out just under $50 on this. I am glad I used Paypal as I will be disputing this charge if the RMA is not received quickly. I had wanted to order a formal gown from this site for my neice's wedding in December, this experience has me looking elsewhere and I loved the dress I had picked out. But after this mess I will not take any further chances with this company.

I would give this company a minus 10 if I could. I custom ordered 2 dresses & both came so messed up, beads falling off, they changed the color of the zipper, 5 " too long & unable to hem due to scalloped lace bottom, hook & eye did not stay closed, unable to zip the dress by myself due to bulky fabric. They wouldn't give me a refund until I sent the dress back with ME having to pay for shipping, $200.00 to return (yes that's right) when the dress cost $185.00. The other dress, also custom ordered was also incorrect. It is advertized as floor length & they decided to put a 13" train on it. It is 4 layers so hemming will be expensive. I asked them to pay for hemming but no reply, NOT SURPRISING. Stay away from this horrible company.
Update-
3 days later, I decided to go to other shipping carriers & UPS wanted $103.00 & USPS wanted $37.00. Glad I pursued my shipping options, The $200.00 was at UPS store at Staples. I am now waiting for reimbursement of the dress.
Dress #2 with the train- Paypal requested they pay for hemming & to reimburse me for the customization fee which they agreed to. The whole process was very stressful.

The dresses fit great, the sizing chart was right on. The styles are cute.
The fabric is a little thin, but that is to be expected at such low prices.

The shipping takes a while, about a month.

I was highly concerned, but your response to my emails help put me at ease. I am pleased with my dress, and very pleased with the speedy delivery. I would continue to use this website in the future.

Every thing are too much easy buying and payment the only problem is the size of shoes is small my shoe must be 45 and the maximum in your sit is 43 only

It was so nice to work with the site. My ideas were heard from our very mail to the customer service life chat to delivery. The dress is so pretty and I loved wearing it down the isle.

What you see in the picture it's not what they deliver, their materials are so so bad, the finishing is also bad and the things get so long to arrive... please don't buy from Tbdress and chic me.

I ordered a comfy grey sweater from TBdress, I found it was incredibly soft and accurate according to how the site described it. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

I had a pleasant experience with almost all dresses I bought at tbdress. Almost al of them were as expected based on the description and sizes, i am glad i used tbdress.

My teenage son bought a jacket with his hard earn money on 3/12 he still has no jacket and we can't get in touch with anyone for his refund

Even if it took almost one month for me to receive the item because i chose the cheapest shipment, it's still ok coz im really surprised with the item I like it!

Am going to a wedding and I order three dresses and they fit perfectly awesome and my friends also ask me to order for her too because the price are also good

Nice all dresses i search many times different website but this is only a nice and elegant dresses i ever saw and good size for me too.
