We have been buying dresses and blouses from tbdress for years. The price and service has been excellent. Whenever we have a problem they fix it promptly.

DO NOT ORDER THESE BOOTS. I AM THE OWNER OF A FASHION BOUTIQUE. I ORDERED A SIZE EU41 AS A SAMPLE AND THEY SENT ME A SIZE 42 WHICH IS TOO BIG. THEY ASKED FOR ME TO TAKE A PHOTO OF THE SIZE WHICH I DID AND THEY STILL CLAIMED THEY SENT THE RIGHT BOOTS AND REFUSED TO FULFILL MY ORDER WITH THE CORRECT SIZE AFTER 3 SEPARATE REQUESTS. WE WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF WE COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS WE WOULD. KNOWING THIS COMPANY THEY WILL PROBABLY JUST SIMPLY ERASE THIS REVIEW.

My dress fit perfectly and arrived just in time for our event. This is the second time I have ordered from TB Dress and the dresses have been worn for important family photos.

They have really great dresses and a ton of choices and products, however one of my favorite dresses was out of stock. Other than that my experience is very enjoyable, and would recommend.

This is a great site with excellent prices. However when I ordered a dress, it was about 2 sizes smaller. And I ordered a size larger than usual. Otherwise I like do it.

I had good and quality dresses and shoes from TB shopping line, I was happy because I paid comparatively little for my shopping. Am satisfied and hope other will try shopping there too.

They offered me $15 to keep a dress I paid $142 not to return it. When I said no they changed their offer to $30. Total scam - do not order you cannot return.

Beautiful dress and it fits me very well and was surprised to see how wonderful the quality of the fabric and tailoring of this dress were in this price.It exceeded my expectations more.

At first I was hesitant to buy shoes online but I gave it a shot. To my surprise the sizing is precise. The shoes are beautiful as the pictures shown.

I was pleasantly surprised with my order. It took a few days to arrive but was well worth the wait. The quality of everything was very good and I am delighted with the new additions to my wardrobe.

I have my purchase and it was great inversion. My jacket was perfect fit on me and the material was very good also. I buy from here always after this.

I would NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered a dark green dress and was sent a black dress. I have asked for a refund and return shipping label and have gotten no response to that request.

OmG! Horrible customer service, Nothing fits you. BAD BAD BAD quality of the clothes. Please do not order anything from them trust me you guys will regret.

I ordered three dresses of the same size and color. They took two weeks to get them from China. Two of them didn't fit and all three were different colors and it wasn't just due to the fabric differences.

When I told them that two of the dresses didn't fit and I wanted to return them, they only offered me 50% of what I paid for them. Are you kidding me? Their website say they wanted customers to be completely satisfied... well, I AM NOT. No reputable company has a crappy return policy (or lack thereof) like this one. The first person I contacted told me they were "custom" made and couldn't be returned for a full refund. The second person told me they weren't custom made, but they were still only offering 50%. Well, which is it? Their website said NOTHING about only refunding 50%.
I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered my daughters Jr. Prom dress from this site. I went to the designers site (Studio 17) to make sure they were an authorized online seller first and confirmed that they were. The dress arrived in about 3 months. It was absolutely stunning. The workmanship was amazing. I was very happy with my purchase and will be ordering from them again for Sr. Prom. I had also purchased a dress for my daughter's grad and the service was great! I was a bit scared to order on line, but I had a good online person to talk to (Nicole).
The dress came from tbdress.com in five working days! I was really impressed with the service and the delivery company. I recommend that you follow the measurements that they give you exactly and you will have no problems. DON'T go by what size you usually purchase in the stores. The dresses fit small! My daughter fits a size 8 (usually) and the recommended size for her was higher. The dress fit perfectly when it arrived! It was beautiful. I would order again from this company without any problems!

I ordered two dresses (standard size) for a total of $272.98. The next day I realized I ordered the wrong size in one of the dresses and tried to cancel it. They said it was too late and only refunded me $95.54 of the $136.49 cost because they had already started the dress - ( I find this very hard to believe.). I finally received the other dress after several weeks and it had a big pleat right across the middle of the dress. It was made very poorly. I contacted them and I had to send them pictures, etc. They tried to have me keep the dress and knock off $35 but it was unwearable. I requested a return address to mail it back to them and after several emails they finally agreed. It cost me $44 to return the dress. The dress was delivered to them in June and they still won't refund my money and tell me that they gave me a $75 credit but they have not. I am fed up. I lost $177.44 and have nothing to show for my money except stress. I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

Ya I don't understand how they have the score they have this was the worst experience I ever had. It was my first time ever ordering online I didn't want to until covid-19 well I ordered april 22 and didn't recieve my item till july 3rd. Omg when I saw the item i wanted to die. It was the size for a toddler it was so cheap and horrific I tried to contact them while waiting on the item and it took forever for them to respond. I have now ordered over 100 times online and will not even attempt to return the item because it was that bad. ****PLEASE DO NOT ORDER****** and this is my first bad review ever

I buy them all my purses from TB Dress because they're the most fashionable. However, every time I buy a purse here without a discount offer, I don't have much to keep in the purse for that month.
