Awesome, I like the stuff of this dress and it exactly looks like handmade dress. Best part is its very cheap which is reasonable.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company BEFORE reading the reviews so of course I was scared, thinking I might've been scammed... the occasion I needed the shoes for was canceled and I immediately requested a full refund because my shoes hadn't even been shipped, I ordered them in January and as of mid or late February they hadn't even been shipped. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and for about a month or so we were going back and forward with them trying to send me coupons or something... finally I told them that I just wanted a FULL REFUND, I explained that I didn't need a coupon or anything... just a refund... finally I received a very nice email response stating that they were going to be refunding me the FULL amount and I should receive it in no more than 15 days. Guess what... I recieved my full refund in 7 days after. I'm not sure if I just got lucky and spoke(emailed) a compassionate person or what but I am very grateful that I received my money back... I gave the website two stars because the website itself is great... I'm not sure about the actual items they send out.

First to make a return, you Have To call the customer service so that they can send u an email with the return details. Then the 1st customer service I chatted with asked me for a "reward" at the end of the chat if I think she did a job. I have never heard of customer service asking for a reward, what is she expecting, a tip?

Then this 1st customer service took 2 whole days to send me the email with the return instructions, when the return window is just 15days! In the email was instructions in incomprehensible English. Only after I sealed all the items in one package did I really understand what the return requirements were. All returns have to be sent with tracking, the package has to reach them in less (via International mail) than the 15days i have now, & each package must be of less than $45 in value.

After a trip to the post office with my now 3 x repackaged returns, I was informed that each package with international tracking service to China would cost $44.95 from the United States! So each package of return has a commercial value of less than $45 but the postage is $45. Simply ridiculous! How can u force the customer to split the returns in this manner, the starting cost for each tracking service is probably exorbitant in every country. Granted u mentioned in the fine print Abt using tracking service for the returns, but not the less than $45 per return.

Finally, the dresses I received were all made of thin & cheap looking fabric. They look like they would either rip when u wear them or it would shrivel into nothing after a wash.

Forget Abt buying from this website unless u reside in China, even with the free international shipping it's not worth it. Now i have to get rid of those ill-fitting dresses, probably to Goodwill.

I order first time 5 clothing items n was really impressed with the price. Happy with first shopping... one start is less for the shipping i paid.:-P

I put in the order not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. I received a perfectly described item in the set period that I expected.

I ordered a lovely wedding dress it was so elegant and well made. We decided on a theme wedding so I'm ordering a digger gown from tbdress.

Items online are well shot with good detail. The chose is excellent and it is very easy to buy items. Buying through paypal is also very secure.

You had problems only in the lack of some of the pieces after the purchase, and was supposed to clear it before you buy

I bought 5 items, Products are good, shipment time must be as per displayed. I got my 3 items after 18 days, 2 items are still pending

When you walk into any room wearing this dress, heads will turn toward you!
