DON'T DO IT. I ordered a dress a good month before an event. The event came and went and I finally got an email, two weeks later, saying the dress had been shipped. The dress that arrived looking nothing the photo. It barely would have passed for a school play. The fabric was disgusting, the dress was oddly cut and the whole thing was cheap. Just awful. Worst shopping experience EVER.

Shipping took a very long time but I was very pleased with the product. After I ordered it I had read a bunch of negative reviews so I was a little worried and contemplated cancelling the order. I decided to see for myself and I am happy I didn't cancel. The sweatshirt was exactly as pictured and described (definitely runs a little small so I am glad I went a size up) very good quality. May order in another color.

Ordered two tops on the 11/03/2014 and paid for them immediately but there is no sign of the items till date. Email to customer care has received no reply and it is impossible to track the shipment as the tracking number is provided without any details of the carrier. The customer care chat doesn't load. Very disappointed :(

Ordered a coat in Dark Blue. They sent Sky Blue which is a horrible turquoise color. Emailed them and they said "I've seen the picture you sent, and we are really sorry for that, could you please keep it we would like to refund you 5 dollars as a compensation. The dress in sky blue is also very nice" UHHH so I don't get what I want. Instead of having the option of mailing it back to exchange (what I asked to do), I get $5 back--big whoop--and a coat I won't wear. It is also a pretty shoddy construction for a $45 coat. Will never buy from them again.

The jacket I ordered from this site is unlike how it is described. It is supposed to be a coat, but it has the thickness of a flannel shirt. The sizing is also off, I bought a size larger than I usual wear and it's still too small. The quality of the material is also very poor, it falls apart in my fingers, the seams are not secure or in line. I am very dissatisfied and feel ripped off. It took a month to get to me, they responded to my email in broken English saying that I'd have to pay the return shipping to Shanghai if I wanted my money back.
The website and product photography are the best part of this company. Don't be deceived.

I am very disappointed with this company. The clothes don't always fit the average women and you pay a high cost to return the items. I have yet to get my refund from them for the returned items. They seem to just ignore me when I write. That is very disturbing! Unless they guarantee all items are made correctly, then don't order thru them. They will give you 10.00 to keep the clothes that don't fit. My refund was over a 100.00. So I was to suck up 90.00 I don't think so! Never order again!

I'm very disappointed with this company. My son order his suit jacket almost a month ago and it still has not even been shipped out. He has prom coming up and he has no idea if he will receive it on time & if he does. If it's going to fit. He won't have time to make adjustments or go out and find another jacket, if needed. Disappointed

I was attending a wedding so I order a Dessy wrap style dress in black from TBdress as the price was the best I could find. No issues at any stage. Order and payment easy to process and the delivery was on time and well packaged. The dress is exactly as I expected. I had already seen this same style dress on a friend so there were no surprises. Everything was exactly as it should be so I'm happy.

I purchased a 3 piece semi formal pant suit for a wedding. I am a true size 14 and the outfit is made for a 10 to 12 size. The sleeve and shoulders are so narrow that I barely got my forearm into the sleeve
The pants waist was tight as if a size 10 to 12. I would not trust the sizing. The company only offer $22 for alterations. I would need more material to make this outfit acceptable.

ORDER AT YOUR RISK. Ordering from this company has had to be one the worst ideas I have ever had. What is supposed to be one of the most memorable times of my daughters life is now the worst. I have read the reviews and I feel so bad for all these others who have had it worst than my family. You pay for merchandise that is processing forever. Before I placed the order the website said processing takes 8 to 12 days so I thought great this dress should be here in time. I am worried and I don't know what to do. I have tried chatting, calling, and emailing, so far absolutely no response from the company. At this point all I want is my merchandise or my money back. I will never in this lifetime order from this company ever again.

TBDress is absolutely horrible. Their product quality is very poor, looks nothing like the pics they have posted, takes MONTHS to ship, the sizes are inconsistent and very small, and their customer service is absolutely horrible (worst I've ever dealt with). They do not refund, even when the products arrive damage (I was told to take it to my local tailor to get it fixed). These guys are pirates that stole hundreds of dollars from me.

I do not believe all the reviews on this site, I think they're fake, just like all the reviews on TBDress' website (they remove any negative reviews you post).

I heard from my classmates that TBdress is very famous during these days and I was looking forward to buy a present for my elder sister. I really don't know what to buy for her. The only reason to write this review is to let other buyers and visitors know that this web site is doing a lot for their customers. Along with great discounts this site offers products with great quality. I am happy with quick delivery service and secure payment method. Recently I bought a neck piece and bracelet for a party and it brought along too many compliments.

This business does not refund for whatever reason. I received a torn dress. Took photos and asked for refund. They said they would give me $62 out of the $157 I spent. Plus I had to pay for the $27 shipping to China. Never buy products from China! Unethical. This was a total loss for me as I gave up.

I was finally able to get my refund through PayPal. Don't waste your time bothering with their customer service. They will come up with every excuse under the sun to not give you a refund, even if you are entitled to one. The only reason I got my refund was because of PayPal. TBDress was forced to comply with them.

Never would I use this site again, it is totally bogus they take your money and then act like you did not place an order. I have emailed customer service twice so far with no response. Also, their China phone number does not work. My daughters prom is in less then two weeks, no way would I ever recommend this place even to my worse enemy. This place is take your money and run.

I ordered a formal dress, this dress was high quality. It had to be made of the best materials ever. The fit was perfect and the craftsmanship was awesome. I will definitely be ordering again and referring all of my friends.

I had such a nice experience with tbdress. I was attracted by the layout of the site because when I am looking for something I like to be able to see the item and price right on it to avoid any confusion. I decided to give it a try and I got my beautiful dress, the same one I saw on the picture. I love dresses that flow. They are my absolute favorite. But they can be expensive and the material used wears rather quickly. TBDress uses some really nice fabric but that is also very durable. They are so much cheaper, durable, and flattering. Definitely my favorite place to shop.
