Buyer's beware, don't ever try to order to this website without reading through the fine print of their return policy. Basically there isn't one. I ordered a dress amounting to $100, first of all, it did not look exactly like the picture, the size was not the same size as what was promised when I contacted customer service, lady named Fairy told me they cannot accept the item anymore if I want to return it for exchange that I have to pay $75 more. A big rip off, don't ever waste your money buying items here.

This was an awesome experience! I'm very satisfied with this online market. When I ordered first time at tbdress, I was curious about their service and quality. When I got an order was even more excited. Because it was superb as I thought. Then my friends also asked how do u get this kind of dresses, how pretty is this.so now I feel this is the my best selection. All the designs are always trendy and up-to-date. Tbdress is truly fantastic! It has the best deals for clothing that I've ever seen on an online store! The custom dress I bought was delivered with incredible haste and I do not regret buying from them at all. The sizes matched perfectly to my own measurements and the dress looked great.

All these talking about these dresses are fake reviews. It's been over a month and a half and I have not received my wedding dress yet. Please stop posting false reviews because you was paid by the company to do so. All they keep saying is please wait another week. Your package has arrived at your location was today's response. If I had my dress would I still be contacting y'all. You can't talk to nobody it's all through email which is automated. There tracking & shipping company EMS is the same way no live person to talk to. They work together to rip people off.

Good thing is quality quality and quality period. They provide decent items that too in budget. I ordered last moment for my sisters and i was worried about the online purchase, but it was way satisfying. There are a lot to select from, so took some time for me to select one. Now for all my party needs its TBdress. I am using thee mobile application. Another pulse point is there payment options 100% safe. The website is little heavy on desktop that probably due to my sub optimal configuration. I am giving 5 star for good collection, fine quality and prompt response.

Like any other company am sure you will get a lot of conflicting reviews about it but at times experience is the best teacher. In most cases I have read many discontented buyers but sincerely for me things went smoothly. In order to get a full refund you must satisfy all the requirements in their refund policy which is clearly explained. I expect anyone having doubts to check it out first before buying.

I followed the 3 step order procedure and was taken to paypal to make payment. Upon my inquiry into the status, Heidi at customer service emailed me and confirmed she did in fact receive my payment but no order was showing. I replied to her stating what product I ordered. I have heard nothing from the company since! The date I ordered was December 17,2013 and paid the additional shipping charge for the 2-5 day delivery. It is now January 2 and no a word even though there policy states they will reply within 24 hours. HORRIBLE!

My advice to those who are saying the company is a fraud, try and read reviews from other rating sites. I was also not so sure about TBdress but after some research, I learnt that there are more people who trust the store. I have made several purchases over the last few months and all we delivered within the time frame stated. I would advise to give it one more chance if you were not happy the first time.

Very nice merchandise a great variety of new and unique items. Great layout of jackets shirts tees. Simple... scrolling through all items. My wife started looking now don't know what I got myself into... lol. I'm sure I will be doing a lot more shopping here in the near and far Future

I ordered a grad dress for my daughter from TBDress. Not at all as ordered and no desire on their part to send another or assist. See pics below. One as it appeared in the ad and the one I received! Poor Poor quality, the dress is hideous and nothing like its photo online. They heard my complaint, told me it looked beautiful on my daughter (OMG!) and offered no customer service, refund, ability to return it. I wasted a lot of money and my daughter was devastated!. Will never buy from them again and have warned my friends on facebook where their ads run daily. Buyer beware! Do not buy anything from TBDress!

Tbdress offers an outstanding service. Communication from the company was great keeping me informed of the progress with my dress which is lovely and fits well. I will definitely order more items in the future. I am very much satisfied. I recommend that you also visit Tbdress.

This site is complete crap, for one they are very argumentative so there goes quality customer service.
With all the complains about this crap of a site I wonder why they are still allowed to have any business transaction with US customers. I order three dresses from this crap of a site, they arrived and does not fit and for some reason these money grubbing consumers are trying to forced their merchandise down my throat. Like who the hell wants to keep a product that does NOT fit.
I'll tell you this you live and learn, I will now review any online site i'm going to do business with in the future, and as for TB dress I will make sure that every military wife whom are considering them for any reason, whether it's a ball or just everyday shopping knows about their scheming ways.

I paid full price for a custom order dress. It came poorly made with stain spots and uneven fabrics on skirt, unwearable to my son's wedding. Contacted the customer service, lots of haggling, the last offer I received was 50% price already paid. Their return/exchange policy stated %100 customer satisfaction which was just a scam.

You should be warned this is the worst online company ever! I should have read reviews before I spent $315 on shoes. Every single shoe was NOT as pictured and did not come anywhere near the timeframe they give. I had contacted them prior to ordering and they completely lie just to get your money. When you ask them to return they first try to bribe you with $5 (seriously?) and then they beg you to keep the items. If you are looking to waste money and make someone else a buck then go ahead and order from here. Otherwise DON'T DO IT. You will definitely regret it.

I bought 3 items in here and I'm totally disappointed because size was wrong not tagged it's a totally an scam this company material not worthy totally diferente from website examples Clothes looks they made and don't even put the tags and not sure what brand u buy materials horrible too

Just got some Halloween themed tights from a company called Tbdress.com. I painlessly ordered them on-line. Delivery time was a couple of days! Im really pleased with the quality of the goods, the payment and delivery too. Would absolutely recommend you visit the website. This will not be my only purchase!

Beautiful dress at an exceptionally good price. Fit perfectly according to sizing chart measurements. All that was required upon arrival was to have it professionally pressed and my daughter felt like Cinderella going to the ball..

I've ordered the item over a month ago and still waiting on my order. I'm leaving for my cruise next week and praying it gets here. I see the updates stating its in the United States but that's been since 5/20/19. Confused on what takes so long.

These dresses look nothing like this in real. Ordered a red one, most horrible experience, they took forever to ship it, never updated me with the status, I sent so many emails. The dress finally arrived today- looks extremely pathetic and is way different to what I ordered.
Very very disappointed. Definitely disputing with PayPal and gonna need a full refund. Never ordering with them again.

Shipping was quite fast considering I live in Australia! Did have a few loose threads but easily fixed and it is a good make for the price. Looks good with jeans and some shorts as well, really glad I purchased this item

I recently ordered an item online that showed good reviews and normal shipping within 5 to 9 days. After a month, I did not have the item. I contacted customer service who refused cancellation or refund. I disputed the charge through my card provider. The item magically showed up after disputing. It's cheaply made like they made it overnight and shipped to avoid refund. Balled up in a bag with a label on it, strings hanging from it, does not fit as measurements described (I ordered a large). They have removed me from their site. Said my email doesn't exist but I have an email full of their marketing emails until I unsubscribed. So, I can't log it to write review or anything else. I'm glad I only spent $35. Do not order.
