TBdress

Hello guys,
I did order a pair of green sandals from tbdress last December.It took 14 days for the sandals to arrive since am in Durban. I took note of the friendliness of the staff going by the way they helped me in placing my order.

Beautiful dresses! Can't wait to see my first dress. I'm looking for an online shopping website to buy beautiful dresses. Hopefully I will return with great customer satisfaction. The website was easy to navigate. I rated a 3 because I did not see the dress yet.

Tbdress.com offered a pleasant service to me. I had not read the reviews when I placed the order. When I saw the reviews three days later I felt my heart skip some beats. I thought I had lost the money. It was impressive when my door bell rung on Thursday afternoon. The mail man had some parcels for me one turned out to be the beautiful dress I had ordered from tb dress. It fitted my GF perfectly. I am happy because the delivery was fast, the dress was fit and cheap.

I ordered a winter white wool coat with black tulle and button detail.
It arrived on time and is lovely quality. It's too small for me, a bit on the small size for size ordered, but will make great gift for Christmas for a family member.

Ordered leggings in February and have not received them nor have I gotten the refund promised in April. It has been one excuse after another and one poor offer after another. Communication is very slow. I have been give the run around for 3 months now.

I liked the first dress so much, I have every color now. The blue one ran a little smaller than the other colors, but it still fits ok. I'm 5'3,36C, 125 lbs. and the small fits very well on me. This dress is very soft and well constructed, and it makes you look thinner. The waist is snug but not tight, and I like the fact the material is easy to wash and iron.

I ordered 3 items two days ago and I received them after 12 days and it was exactly what i needed, However you should check the size chart because some items has different kind of sizes for example if u usually wore size 8 you might order M in some product

One time receipt issued and e-mail of authenticity to guarantee items purchased are secured. Ifound d application to be authentic and not a scam or fraud. Hope to receive my purchased goods in d next few days.

Shopping TBDress web page was the best shopping experience ever, I have gain some weight but this site has some of the most beautiful dresses that I think would fit me sexy for the next date night my husband and I go out on the town or on vacation. Love it

I placed an order with TbDress in November 2015, paid $70 for 2-3 day delivery, I never received my items. I couldn't find contact information on their website. Then I found out they were in China. I eventually found an email for them And sent approximately 10 emails, over a period of a month, asking for my merchandise. By week 5, I received emails from TbDress stating my items were being shipped. I asked them to refund my "expedited " shipment fee, they never responded nor did they send my items. I am glad I paid the $270 via PayPal, because I called them and disputed the sale. After I placed the dispute I received a call from TBDress in China asking me to stop the claim with PayPal, and they would send my merchandise. After trying to contact them for 5 weeks, now they were begging me to call off PayPal! No way, I received my money back to my PayPal. I will never do businesses with them again. Total sham. I just received my wedding dress today. I have been waiting in excitement and when it arrived my big long dress was stuff into a small very small bag like 10x 12. It is very very wrinkly and my petticoat is not with it. They never sent half my order I'm missing my petticoat. My dress will not look right with out it. I asked the driver if he had another package and he said no. I checked again and saw it had 2 tracking numbers on that one small bag. My petticoat is really puffy no way would it fit in with that dress so where is it. I still have no idea I tried calling costumer service none of there numbers are working ones. I sent so many emails no response back and no I'm hoping they read this and fix it fast because my wedding is in 3 weeks. I don't have time for reordering from some where else plus I already paid for it.

Ordered 10 items and only one, the shoe only worth the price. Other items were damaged but due to mailing cost, I find it not practical to return, it will just add discouragement and time to me. Never to order again

I just love buying dresses and shoes from TB. I'm from South Africa and I order in. Never had receiving problems at all. I just love shopping online and this is the best website to buy the latest trends. Happy shopper!

I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago... I paid for fast delivery... still nothing... it's impossible to track your shipment... no numbers too call... no product... the email I got for the shipment doesnt allow you too email back... cant find a complaint number and in all i got scammed and ripped off for 70 dollars... do not order anything from them ever! I'm beginning too think I'll never get it... or my money back!

I love this dress and every time I wear it, I feel beautiful. I never ordered on-line from this company and I was getting nervous because it did take almost three weeks to arrive but once it did come, it was so lovely. I wore it to a New Years Eve party and got tons of compliments. I can't wait to order again!

I just registered to review this site. I got a parcel Today in the morning at around 10 am. I live in South Africa, when I opened it, it had a package with tbdress prints all over. My dress was well packed under it. I have opened and checked, in fact I have tried the dress and it is cute. I will have it for a Christmas party. What amazes me most is the fact that I ordered it last week on Tuesday. I din't expect it this early but it is here now.

I have been on TBdress for a short time now, but I have instantly fell in love with it. The best part about TBdress is that it is very affordable. It's like a better version of Express. I will keep on using TBdress until the day I day. I am a fan and customer for life!

I love the selection on TB dress. I first bought a dress from the site and later on was surfing the web to find shoes to go with. I had a "light bulb" moment and thought why the heck am I not just looking on TBdress for shoes too? Sure enough I found the perfect pair!

The website of TBdress I have a lot of beautiful and unique selection on fashion item. I simple want to take them all. But my pocket can not afford it now... And the prices is very good. That why i will definetly continue buying there! A recomend this website for everyone!

I bet the 5 stars here are all the tbdress website administrators (that's why all the reviews are either 5 or 1 star). This website is a big fraud. They show you nice models, and when you order one, they try to make a dress like the model for you. The problem is that remaking the dress by tbdress is like a kid trying to redraw Mona Lisa! When I got my dress, my reaction was nothing but laughing. I did the mistake to ask them for returning the dress, they made me take a lot of pictures and send the complains. Of course in the end they said they thing the piece of crap they sold me was beautiful. And at that point I throw the dress away. I literally throw it in the garbage. Please, please don't make my mistake.

Wow, the clothes are so classic. The dress i am buying will last me a lifetime and never go out of style. I love the classic clothes. I will wear it for weddings, holiday parties. And other special events.
