I purchased a tote from TBdress and I loved it. I only gave 3 stars because I had to fix the strap when it arrived (it was quicker and less expensive than sending it back) and the shipping took forever!

I bought few months ago clothes from TB dress. I really liked the clothes and i got many compliments. I'm buying from them again because i loved the clothe's quality and most important thing cheap price. I will buy again for sure.

Before I place the order, on 12/04/15, I checked carefully the seller's processing and shipping times, since I needed the items before Christmas. It was supposed to take no more than 17 days all together. By the sellers website one item was shipped in the tame frame, the second one was shipped 8 days late and it took 5 weeks to get it and the 3th one they refused to ship because I've opened a Paypal dispute.
The coat I did receive it is a totally different size that what I ordered (and I checked their size chart): the measurements are 8" (waist) and 4" (bust) bigger so is no way I can wear that. They offered me a $2 refund to fix it myself?!
Now, 1 1/5 month later they still didn't ship the 3th item and they won't because I'm not closing my Paypal dispute.
I did try to review my order on their website but looks like they post just the good reviews.

I love the golden stiletto heel from tbdress as it gives the shoe a special look and style. It gives me a great fashion statement and increases the beauty of my personality. I love the detailed designing which makes the pump happening.

It has been three months, and I have yet to receive my order. I sent email and heard nothing. At this point, it is time for me to contact my credit card company and have them cancel the order for me. Q

Delivered within ten days. It was very simple and ordering. The shoe has great design quality. It has a simple but lovely design. The fact that it has an opening on the toes makes it fit for hot times. I enjoy it a lot.

I am upset with this site because I asked for the 2-4 day shipping and this being the 6th day I have still not received my dress. Paying close to $40 more for this service, I should have received it by now.

I just happened to click on a link of a picture of a blouse I though was really lovely.
Once I saw the other images of it, I knew I had to have it!
I was not disappointed when I received my blouse! It is absolutely true to size and color.
Shipping was quick and without error!

I do like them especially considering I was anxious about ordering. The delivery took about two weeks which I am very pleased with! When I did email to ask about tracking issues it was sorted asap which helped me feel more at ease. Wasn't expecting them to be the material that they are but I will definetly be using this site again.

Well, I don't know why shipping my purchase is taking long. Is there a reason why I have not received further details on my purchase? I would have loved to rate my experience more but I am not satisfied with the delay.

I had been looking for a wedding dress for my big day for a long time and it was hard for me to find a good one. However, I finally find it on this website and it was really beautiful and the price was affordable. Thanks so much.

This is how it works!
You see the item, you order the item, you receive the item. You don't realize that you didn't keep the info to return the item if you need to so when you do, you can't find the return address because they don't include an invoice AND everything is written Chinese or something. Then your 7-day return window has expired and they refuse to give you a refund. Trust me, it's NOT worth the hassle or time. Order in U.S.

Don't Buy from here! Awful customer service. When I received my item it was 6 inches shorter than what is stated in the description. They refused to do anything to fix it without me purchasing a whole new item. They wouldn't contact me back when I replied after they said i needed to buy a new product.

I ordered stuff from the website and I am very disappointed. I spend more than $200 on the stuff. First of all they took a lot of time to deliver my stuff. The stuff that I ordered is nothing like the one which was showing in the picture. The biggest problem is I haven't receive one of the item yet. I ordered the stuff in December and it now March. It was a winter jacket $107. They took my money and did not deliver the jacket. Nobody is answering my emails and nobody is helping me. I lost my money but I will let everybody not to loose their money. I will let facebook know about them because I got their info through facebook.

I purchased a dress for an upcoming wedding. I did not buy a suze I went for the custom fit. I cannot praise the enough. The dress was perfect, better than the picture. I contacted the live chat with my questions and the response time was just a couple of hours.The site was easy to navigate, which is a bonus. The picture are beautiful along with the customer reviews.My dress arrived in the time that they said it would. I already knew of the custom fee as I had done my research before purchasing. I had all the information I needed before I committed to purchasing from the company. I was a little dubious about buying from the after reading some of the reviews but I was so happy with it.

This dress is good quality and true to size/colour. Only snag is having to wait so long for the goods to arrive, otherwise I had a good experience with TB Dress.

Although It took a little long to arrive it is a fact that the dress I ordered was made and shipped to me. It is designed to my size and so fits me. It is well designed. The color varies a little bit from what I ordered, as in, It is brighter. But it is still within my color range and I like it. Hope next time it would be shipped faster than it took.

Ordered a standard wedding dress and based the order on US sizes. Beware, there sizes run very small and the dress did not fit. Wanted to return it and order a bigger size but after lots of emails basically they will not exchange for another dress unless I pay for a new dress. They did offer a discount on the new dress but I am stuck with the old one and the full price. Return policy is HORRIBLE. Dress is nice but make SURE you have the exact size or your stuck. Communication if difficult as they do not have a great command of the English language.
