NEVER AGAIN TBDRESS
I bought 2 dresses for my daughters from tbdress but wasn't the same as the picture, tried to contact them to return and get my money back, they replied to me like a automatic message they send to all the complains, they offered 30 dollars back and after 40 ( I paid 210 dollars) I tried to call then but I couldn't talk to anyone to help me! Horrible costumes service! I know they doing all this, avoiding me because soon will be 14 days and I won't be able to get my money back anymore! NEVER BUY IT WITH TB DRESS!

WE ORDERED MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE AND IT WAS EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL WHEN IT ARRIVED. It was wrapped very well and very carefully and was delivered within 4 weeks. Dress was gorgeous and fit her perfectly! Love this company so far no complaints at all..

I really like the website and easy it is to maneuver between categories and the amount of information given on a product IS very helpful in decision making.

This is the worst site you could use to buy anything!
I ordered some clothes and paid for the express delivery (very expensive and mentioned to be within 5 days maximum), they kept sending me emails that it is in the process then took them like a week to finally say that my items were sent! And it took some more 8 days to reach me! Then it was the surprise: it was Trash! Nothing looked like in the pictures! And very bad quality,, and I received some strange something instead of a blouse I ordered!
It was literally Trash. Very bad quality and very low quality imitation to the original shown in pictures... they are a bunch of thieves!
I sent them requesting redress. Of course their reply was STUPID and careless!
Furthermore, there were two missing items and listen what was the fantastic reply: ( no they are not missing but we will ship them separately)! WHY?!? Because they are a bunch of thieves!... ok... and I was waiting for the two items to arrive to get my failure part 2! It took tooo long,, when I asked them look at their extraordinary reply: ( we shipped them in ordinary mail... we already spent a lot of money for the first delivery! WHY?! I paid for express delivery! Because they are a bunch of thieves!...
This is the worst site ever and I wish nobody will get fooled and buy from it. Never ever!

I have never been disappointed with TB Dress. The dresses are unique, the accessories look dainty but aren't fragile and there are different designs to suit different occasions.

Horrible site! I ordered some gift items the middle of December with a "guaranteed" delivery date of Dec 20th. It is now Dec 30th and I have not received them. They charged my credit card very quickly, but the items are stuck somewhere in China and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! My son also ordered an item which he received a week late (after paying for expedited shipping) and he said it is very poorly made and a waste of money. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM TBDRESS.COM!

TB Dress has an amazing collection of wedding dresses. I have decided already to buy my wedding dress from this very site. I hope by then they'll have some colored wedding dresses as well!
