I've purchased a few orders from Temu, and all have been delivered within the time frame. Unfortunately, the majority of the items are not well packaged to prevent damage during transit. I'd rather have the parcel arrive later than arrive with damaged items.
One big negative is that Temu kept enticing you to download their app with their daily gift. However, everything is not what it seems. If you spin the 20% off, it doesn't mean you get 20% off your next order, but it will give you a.2 cents credit.
Some products are poorly made with cheap materials. You can't always trust the description and the photos of the item on the website.
Also, they carelessly put all your items into a plastic courier bag! The items packaged in a box get squished and damaged, so they look like something you bought from a second-hand shop and can no longer be wrapped and given away as a gift! So think twice about buying something as a gift as it might get damaged during transit.
If Temu does not improve on their packaging for long haul transit pronto, it will cost them financially and it will reduce the number of return customers.
The return/refund process is relatively simple. However, one of the item was damaged on arrival and Temu requested to be returned before issuing a refund despite I had taken a photo of the damage corner of the towel rack. The CSR are polite and pleasant to deal with via chat. However, having read their response to my review and some of the replies from Temu on other reviews, it seems that all they do is give copy-and-paste answers about how they value customer satisfaction, their return procedure and to contact them if you are still unhappy. (Despite some reviews complaining about their poor return procedure and bad of customer service) The responses don't address the actual problems/complaints in the negative reviews. It's almost like a bot responding to negative reviews base on the keywords from the review and then paste the predetermine answer associated with those keywords.
This is a managerial problem and ultimately a business decision to ignore the core issues customers are complaining about! Therefore, unless they start to improve on the issues that customers are complaining/concern about, they will likely start losing existing customers or scare about potential customers.
Overall, my experience with buying from Temu has been somewhat positive with room for improvement.
This site is just full of fake everything. Fake descriprions, fake reviews, false claims, fake customer service, false clains, fake offers. They say 24/7 live chat customer service as well as 24/7 customer service by phone. Both lies. If you go to live chat it's a bot that offers you a ticket to fill out about your issue & says they're assigning you an agent but nobody ever replies. I have 3 tickets in for over 3 weeks now with no response at all. If you call nobody ever answers. I have sat on hold waiting for an agent for over an hour 6x now & nobody ever answers. All of their "offers" to earn gifts or credits are all fake & none of them work unless you refer several new users who install & use the app. Every clothing ad all say true to size but none are. Better order 2 sizes larger at least cuz all their measurements are wrong & you can see through the fabric they're so thin. I was sent 3 glass items with zero padding & all broken. All their good reviews are fake with only stars given it they are in broken English & barely understandable & whenever there's a bad review they put up like 20 fake 5 star reviews with now words after them. There are actually some decent deals & products on there but if you're going to purchase any kind of clothing or electronics be prepared for disappointment. They also say free easy returns but only the first item out of an order is free to return. Any more than that & you have to pay to return them so they must have multiple item return requests regularly. There are much better sites/apps to use if you're looking for cheap products from Asia or the Middle East with much higher quality products. There's a reason all theirratingsv are so high EXCEPT for their Better Business Bureau rating which is only 2.1 stars out of 5. It's because the BBB is the only agency out there that you can't get away with fake users making fake reviews which the Asians seem to be very good at. Use Temu at your own peril. You've been warned.

They even had the audacity to back this up with a photograph, a photograph that proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they had delivered it to the wrong address! Yes, you read that right; they delivered my precious package to someone else's house and had the gall to call it a successful delivery.
Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team, naively expecting a swift and reasonable resolution to this absurdity. Instead, what I got was a masterclass in how NOT to treat customers. Their representatives displayed an astounding level of incompetence and a stubborn refusal to acknowledge their colossal mistake. I offered to send them a photograph of my house as proof, but it was as if I was speaking a foreign language.
In a breathtaking display of ignorance, Temu's customer service team insisted, time and again, that the delivery had been carried out correctly. I can only conclude that they are either completely out of touch with reality or genuinely believe that their customers are fools.
What's even more infuriating is that they made absolutely no effort to rectify their blunder or find a solution to the problem they created. They simply brushed off my concerns and left my valuable item unaccounted for, likely left to the mercy of thieves on the roadside.

This ordeal has been a stark reminder that Temu cares little about its customers and operates with an astounding level of negligence. I received a text from a friend stating "I'm trying to get 5 free gifts can you help me". I clicked the link and then I received an invite to spin the wheel to see if I hit for example silver or platinum. I hit platinum then it said pick a card and when I did it said pick 10 free gifts. I did and then it said I had 24 hrs to get people to help me by responding to my text to join or they could be existing users then I would get the 10 free gifts. I had exceeded the challenge way before 24 hours. I got several people to join and help me with the challenge. The issue is Temu did not honor it's own challenge. I was frustrated because it said the items I chose totaled $154.71 and at the end of the challenge it said sorry you didn't complete the task in time. LIAR! I DID AND GOT SEVERAL PEOPLE TO SIGN UP AND EXISTING USERS TO RESPOND AND TEMU WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY CREDIT TOWARDS MY PRICE. It said you had $0.40 left before you could get your free items. Really! At this piont I see it as a scam and they used me to get a substantial amount of people to sign up and existing users to respond. Then to insult me further I get a message from Temu stating "My bad but I'm making it up to youwith an offer get 3 items for just $10." When I did this it showed my cart for checkout. Only took half off the price. I'M OVER THIS SCAM!

There is something clearly wrong with a company that has a fairly equal distribution of horrible reviews and positive reviews. It tells me that when you get your merchandise you are happy but when there is a problem their support service and guarantees are useless. This is compatible with my experience. When something goes wrong, and eventually it will, you will get no support and turn into a very dissatisfied customer.
Temu's guarantee states, " Temu works with reliable shipping partners around the world. We guarantee that your package will reach you safely and on time. If there are any problems during the transit of items you purchased, such as damage, loss, or delay, rest assured that we will do our best to solve the problems and provide the best solutions." Temu contracted with a carrier to deliver a package. The address given to Temu clearly states an office building address with a Suite number. The Temu chosen carrier chose to deliver the package on a rainy Sunday and, when the whole office building of some thirty separate offices was locked, they elected to leave it on a sidewalk outside the office building. Temu was contacted and despite their guarantee this was their response "We have investigated this issue and our team has confirmed that the correct items were delivered to the correct address. Please check your mailbox, around your house, and other possible locations. Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places" and they refused to accept responsibility. Temu is wrong on multiple accounts. Let me list a few. First they chose unreliable shipping partners. Second the package did not reach me safely. Third, the address given to Temu clearly states an office suite and the correct delivery would be to that office and not to leave on a sidewalk outside the building. Fourth, there is a documented picture of the package being left on a sidewalk so the location it was discarded is documented and to check other locations is demonstrably fruitless. Fifth, Temu's refusal to follow their guarantee and use common sense is demonstrated in their repeated refusal to just use common sense. Temu hired the delivery service and they expect that the customer should just forfeit the funds utilized for the purchase that he did not receive. This leaves no other recourse than to challenge with the credit card company. There are two major lessons from this experience. First, DON'T BUY FROM TEMU. The price may be a bit cheaper but the aggravation and lost packages more than erase any savings. Second, if you feel compelled to buy from Temu make sure you use a credit card so you can contest the expenditure and expect no help from Temu. Temu's response is inadequate as I have responded to Temu.com to get the standardized answer. Then Temu proceeds to challenge this review by claiming it is an unvarified purchase. Obviously, Temu has a scripted obstructionist policy to frustrate and try to block negative reviews.

I would like to take back my original review. This order has been fulfilled and the delivery company ended up delivering the items after the fact.
I spoke to customer service explaining that I finally did receive my order and they could cancel my refund request. The customer service girl said it was too late to reverse the refund but that I could keep the items. I wish it wasn't so chaotic to begin with but I'm satisfied with their service and the items received. SO IN THE END I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The shipping company says that my order was delivered. However, this was not delivered as it said it was. There was nothing left at the front door and I have cameras to show that this was not delivered to my address. Perhaps they delivered to the wrong address.
I called the laser ship company that they used and It was just a message stating to call whoever we ordered from.
I called their customer service phone number and was told they would issue a refund to my credit card. I feel like the customer service person wasn't really interested in what I had to say. Of course, a refund issued to my credit card is a good thing but I would have much rather gotten the items I ordered. I was reluctant to order from Temu to begin with but a family member of mine recommended Temu. I feel like this could have been handled differently. The customer service person rudely said she works for Temu not the shipping company. Perhaps, you need to find better shippers. As a first time customer I have to say I'm disappointed. I really wanted the items and to be honest maybe they could have tried to reach out to the shipper or even offer to resend the items ordered. The customer service rep couldn't be bothered.

I had been using Temu for a while and loved it. Items had nice prices and delivery didn't take too long. However my most order was not delivered to me. I received either someone else's order or only a partial order as two of the items I received were similar items I ordered but the rest weren't. I have tried to contact their customer service to explain this issue at least 5 times just for their customer service rep(Jessica) to accuse me of lying, say that I received my package(I didn't) and that if I have issues maybe I should have packages sent somewhere safer? That last part shows me her $#*! didn't actually read any of the messages I wrote. Then after she responds she closes the ticket and I have to start all over and keep only getting her as my customer service rep. It takes her 3 days just to copy paste a generic and offensive message to me. I just wanted my package which I can't even get since several of the items are sold out now and when won't help at all. So it just feels like they're scamming now that they have more customers and people can't do anything.
Update: Still never received my refund from TEMU or any actual help. The order number was attached to this review so they could look it up instead of asking me to contact them, but I did email and contact them as they "politely" asked me to do below and they just continued to call me a liar, tell me I received my package and refuse to refund or reshoot my items. They kept saying that they "checked" with the warehouse and have proof the correct items were sent out. I asked to see proof but they couldn't provide it. I told them they were probably sent to whoever's package I received they told me no? Then I even contacted USPS about the package mixup because the package was insured. USPS sent an email for me to forward to them saying to refund the package and they took blame for it. TEMU still said no. I asked them if they could open a claim on USPS since they were the shipper and I didn't have the information to do so. Something that wouldn't cost them a dime and is the whole point of the package being insured. They again refused and told me I received the correct package? Like they won't he'll at all and it's ridiculous.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
