Se me hace de muy mal profecionalismo trabajar con compañias de envio que no sean confiables, mi pedido aparece como entregado mas a mi nunca me llego, les hable y me dijeron que se puden tomar hasta 15 dias para resolver el problema, pero para colectar tu dinero eso si lo hacen al momento, no los recomiendo y no les vuelvo a comprar hay paginas mas seguras en el internet

Estuve verificando los productos de temu.pero tiene 3 grandes detalles que deberia cambiar en la manera como cambia los prwcios constantemente y en cuestiones de segundos asta parece la bolsa de valores.la calidad en la ropa.de pantalones y camisas es muy baja de calidad.los trajes por el.precii que vas a pagar puedes conseguir un calvin cklein o tommy.o asta el DDD puedes encontrar el precio mas bajo que en temus aqui en estadoa unidos vimos la misma ropa mas barara en el ddd que temu era el mismo producto temu era 20.50 y en el ddd era 13.99 no hay razon.temu si quiere entrar al mercado de latinos d3beria respetar precios y exigir mejor calidad en los priductos...para mi concepto.es poor la calidad y ae descolora la ropa vale mas calidad que cantidad...esa es una esencia de empresa

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
