I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I asked to see where all the things were that I had clicked on to process and five minutes later the representative still had not answered my question.

Tip for consumers:
Order everything at once. Don't order one thing and then spend another hour shopping the site like I did because all those things I put in my cart have not yet processed. And there is no Check Out button, so I don't know when the order will process. Customer service chat was useless. He never responded to my question. One rep said he'd have to get me another rep, and then I asked that rep the same question and five minutes later he never responded.

I haven't gotten them yet. I ordered nearly $100 worth of goods, but it takes hours to process. So I don't know what all Temu will even send me.

My sister introduced me to them a couple of months after they first came out. At first, I was worried because it looked similar to Shein and I had heard bad things about their company. I tried to find reviews online and unboxing videos on YouTube to make sure my items would actually come if I placed an order. I decided to go for it and they have always given me what I purchase. Some items aren't the best quality, it just depends on what you buy. The coloring is also not always exact so I try to look at the customer images under the review sections. Overall, I've been happy with my purchases. They actually gave me an 80-dollar refund for an order I received! The website said my order was never delivered so they gave me a refund but it was delivered. I told them about this and they said to keep the money. They have a chat section where you can immediately talk to someone and the customer service is good. A couple of times I've received an order a couple of days late (but I've made many, many orders) and they have given me 5 dollars every time it comes late. Also, I only need 10 dollars worth of items to make an order and get free shipping. My sister's minimum spending amount is 15 but I think it's because she got an update. I think they recently raised the price.

I have been trying with no success to reach someone, anyone, with Temu customer support. They show my order as delivered but it was never received. The order was shipped but there was an issue with the post office losing it or delivering to the wrong address. I followed all of their suggested recommendations of what to do if an order is not received and I'm trying to get a reshipment. On the Temu app I entered the required info for reshipment and whenever I hit submit it pops up with " please contact customer support. I've tried numerous times to contact them thru the live support and it's nothing but a frustrating waste of time. After being # 586 in line and waiting over an hour each time when I got to the 160's in line it says they have disconnected from the chat session and to recontact them if I still need help. Now when I try to contact them thru their live chat option it says there's no connection and try again later. I've tried calling every customer service number they have listed. They're ALL disconnected. Take a look through the responses from Temu to other reviews on this site. Every phone number they have listed is disconnected. Sent emails with no reply or acknowledgement from them.There's no way to contact anyone.

I made a few big orders with Temu, I was out for the day and they apparently delivered them, I came home with no parcels in sight, checked everywhere and with neighbours, Now the order wasn't cheap and yet TEMU are refusing to replace or refund my order

First order with TEMU. Instead of delivering my order to a safe place ie walking through my front gate and leaving out of the elements on my porch, PFL Logistics threw my order (containing glass bottles) over my fence and left it in the rain and dirt in my garden. I had to go climbing through shrubs to even find it, where one would least expect it. When I went to review my order with TEMU, they don't allow you to review on customer service or delivery - just the items purchased. Additionally, I went to contact them to raise this issue and they offer no email contact. The only contact is to chat to a bot. So I outlined the issue and a bot replied and asked me to outline my issue. I told them I had and to read it. It was then escalated to someone else and they to repeated the same line. They deliberately obstruct you and prevent communication and complaints. I have two more orders on there was and they will be the last. I fully intend on writing reviews across social media to warn people what this company is like. Interesting to note they've switched off Facebook reviews... clearly hiding the numerous complaints and poor feedback.

I bought two dresses one was too tight one was too short also bought a sweater outfit which the top was too short and the skirt was kind of huggy but I talked to someone on the phone they said to return it so I did return it but they never gave me my money back they have they merchandise but they refuse to give me my money or credit what I have brought and I would have went along with the credit you know so I can just got something else but they did not refund my money or the clothing back when I talk to him they say they already sent it to my bank account I'm looking at my bank account about every single day more than one time and I know they have not returned my money back and they decided not to do anything about it I will never ever buy anything from them and I hope nobody else do by nothing from these people because they are crooks

After I placed an order, they added junk THE NEXT DAY. They had tried to get me to buy some extra lousy thing the evening before when I placed an order, and I worried that I had clicked wrong. So, of course, I checked the order to be sure they had not added it. It was not there. About 12-13 hours later, they added it for $5 -- something I certainly don't want. It took me exactly 41 minutes of absolutely constant work to get the junk off my order. In a chat, he offered about 5 times to remove something that I had actually ordered. But could not remove the added junk. Then he said he would transfer me to a specialist who could remove it. AND HE HUNG UP!

He had given me a long procedure for me to remove the junk. I finally managed to do that -- after 41 minutes of chatting and work.

Temu does have some nice products, but this policy of adding things the next day -- without the customer's permission -- and then not removing it when asked -- is completely, totally unacceptable.

From now on, I will buy from Wish and Amazon. They have comparable products without adding things to your order -- a day later when you don't expect it.

If it were not for the dishonesty, the horrible customer service, and the hangup, I would have become a regular to customer

Don't buy from them because they wait until the next day to add junk that you don't want. You are likely to miss the notice that comes hours after you place an order.

Many of my (mainly clothing) orders have been fine and on a few occasions I've received a refund due to quality of the material / not as described on the site.

Recently I've been refused refunds for 6 orders of items worth over £240. I sent the items back and received emails confirming the warehouse had received them. They then refused my refund, the reason being that the warehouse hadn't received the items, despite my showing proof of returns.

I appealed this and was again refused for the same reason. There's no email address or telephone contact number on the app so automated live chat is the only means of communication. It's like hitting a brick wall.
I tried to ask for the items back, intending to give them to friends or charities, but there's no option to do so and a non relevant answer is given.

I then went to PayPal and raised 6 disputes with them. So far they've reviewed 3 of these and declined them, stating that my reasons aren't within their cover.

I've gone back to them and asked to look at the cases again, given that TEMU have previously refunded items for the same reasons. One of the items was a coat which I didn't even open. I ordered it in error but there's no option to cancel an order.

So now I've paid over £240 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I am angry, frustrated and frankly disgusted with the company.

Download the app because they have a deal of 7 dollars for a Nintendo switch and when I tried to buy it 30 seconds later the app says outstock what a lie LOL, so after that they sent me 15 dollars coupon so I did an order but products looks so cheap and bad quality so not buying any more here with temu and please do not do it too.

I ordered stuff from Temu two times prior to this last time that I ordered. I finally felt comfortable spending a little more money since my previous orders did arrive. They sent it this time through a company called piggy ship. And initially I was getting a lot of tracking updates. And then all of a sudden I stopped receiving them and then when they would update, it would only update the date not the actual process it was at. It was in transit for weeks on end. When I contacted customer service because I tried calling the shipping company number and it does not answer, I was told that it's just processing. I told them the tracking is never updated. It seems as if my package is lost and they continued to assure me that it's still just processing. Fast forward to a month after I ordered. I'm getting a refund because my package is NOT coming, but if they would've fix this the couple weeks before when I contacted them either resent the shipment or refunded my money they would not have lost the customer. It was pretty obvious that the package was lost and a five or $10 credit is not gonna cut it.
I think my biggest issue is the disappointment of my kids after I tell them it for sure is not coming.

I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality, but this was way worse than expected. I placed three orders all before the first one arrived. Here is what I found: Sizes vary a LOT. I ordered several shirts in size small. Two fit, one was enormous on me and one looked like it was for a small child. Also, not sure how a "sweatshirt" is actually thinner than most shirts, but it apparently is on Temu. Other items are really dollar store quality, at best. Anything priced higher than a dollar and you will end up feeling ripped off. The only things that I was somewhat satisfied with were makeup items, although I haven't used them yet. Also, when you order, get ready to be bombarded with texts. While I appreciate order updates, I get one to two additional texts a day offering coupons, "free gift", etc. I also had one order with an item missing. I was offered the option of an immediate credit or wait 8 days to get a refund to my original payment method. Not wanting to deal with waiting for a refund, I opted for the immediate credit (within 3 minutes it said). I then was notified that I had to submit pictures of my packaging and the items I received. Not sure how this shows that my item is missing, but I did that. After doing that, I got a notification that they would need the warehouse to approve my submission and that I should get an answer back in several days and would have to wait until then for my "immediate credit". I will just consider this a lesson learned and won't even be using my credit. The only positive thing that I can say is that they do deliver when they say they will.

After ordering over $100 and 7 days later, they tell me it has shipped. Call UPS, they told me they don't have it or receive a notice to pickup anything. Anyone can generate a UPS#. Will you believe Temu or UPS?

The shipping company delivered to the wrong address and claimed delivered, I contacted TEMU and showed them the evidence such as the photos of my address it's not the address they went to delivered, anyway TEMU refused to reshipment or refund me for those lost packages. What a scam!

Tip for consumers:
The shipping company they use is the worst. Left my packages somewhere else and claimed delivered!
