I ordered some things for my 11 year old daughter, one of those items being a roll of stickers, once my daughter got to the bottom of the roll after unraveling them to give some to her brothers and stick on every person and surface in our house, she realized very quickly after getting to the bottom that one of the stickers was covered in blood someone else's blood none of ours! I still have the sticker in a little bag and have pics of it!
It's disgusting! What are they trying to do? I'm livid

If you're trying to get high end clothes, a bag that can pass of for Chanel or the best vacuum cleaner ever and you're unhappy that a $10 handbag is not the same quality as a $1,000 handbag then you need to be realistic about your expectations. However if you're looking for simple and helpful items, comfy nightshirts (omg they have the best and cutest sleepwear ever!), handy everyday items, pet items and simple electronics there's no better place than Temu. I have the Temu and Amazon app side by side for comparison and the same items are 30% cheaper on Temu and a lot of the time they're the same item. Also their return policy is AMAZING. The only downside is you have to wait a week or two but if you don't need the item immediately, why not shop till you drop and feel like you actually have money to burn when doing it?

I couldn't stop myself from buying this dress and I'm so happy that I did! The quality is really great for its price and it fits really well because the measurements were accurate. I bought this for a hols celebration with my friends because we have a theme and i don't want to burn my pocket just for this hols events and not only did it arrive earlier than I expected, but I was able to pay using my PayPal so everything was super fast and convenient! I'm really happy with my purchase! Now I know where to go whenever I want to buy nice clothes at an affordable price.

I ordered from Temu last month just to get an idea of what to expect. Nothing over $10 and stuff I could use if I liked it and throw away what I don't. They were fine. All cheap made junk, but... cheap price too. But then I did a silly thing and bought a few more things. A couple over $20 and the rest under $10. All of it was absolute s***. Again. It's not worth returning. One was a string of lights for our patio. The photo on their app showed nice round lights about the size of a golf ball. When I got them, they were the size of a dime. A pair of shorts for $8 were so badly made that they went down to halfway down my calf. They also would probably fall apart the first time you washed them. Just skip it. They are not worth it.

Yes it is cheap. Get what you pay for. Then they do the "5free" joke. Have to send so many invites. Starts off great then get to a dollar and it takes 500 ppl if temu lets the link go through. Literally sitting at 5 cents for my 5 free items that they wont let go through.

I bought 1 pair of shoes and 3 pairs of zip up compression socks. ALL have strong chemical odor even after being outside for 3-days. The prices were really great and the shoes were cute but the odor is so bad I don't dare bring them inside with humans or pets.

Saw the ads on Temu and went on to buy some items i need, safe to say this is my new favorite,my only downside is just shipping takes a while, they are hella cheap for some items, not All though i must say, so do your comparison, havent tried to refund any items yet

I had a very very bad experience with Temu Spain. They couldn't fix the problem. Just apologize. And apologize doesn't really help.

I recently made my first TEMU purchase order and was satisfied that all 7 items arrived quickly. They were exactly as described. I ordered some tile stickers (vinyl) for by bathroom and they were very nice quality. They look great! I'm very happy so far with TEMU in general, and I will be placing another order soon.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
