The flowers were delivered within 6 hours of ordering! They were absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I did not like was the vase they substituted from original advertisement. I understand they have to do that from time to time. All in all I would definitely order from them again but ask about vase availability next time. Thank you Terry's for also following my request of being delivered to an actual person and not just left! Couldn't find delivery pic. Will update.
TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery? Very dissapointed...will never use again
I wish I had read these reviews first! I ordered a beautiful purple floral bouquet for a recent death in the family & the first review I just read said it perfectly…no matter what you order they just send what they want! I was so disappointed at the flowers my daughter got, they looked nothing like I ordered, & when I contacted them with my displeasure they said their policy states they can make substitutions. They offered me a $12 credit which doesn't even cover the fee on a charge of $58. I wanted to use a local small business but integrated future I will stay with a well known, reputable company.my advise us to select a more reliable florist.

Wow what an idiot I am for not looking at these reviews before placing my order. Again they do not provide what you order. I spoke with the local florist that delivered the product and they stated the order was for red/white roses and greens valued at around $50. I ordered a Autumn Amore bouquet valued at $75. So not only do they not bother to give you the correct product, they take 30 per cent of your order value in addition to the $14 service charge. So not only is this misrepresentation, it likely represents internet fraud and should be be federally investigated for interstate / internet fraud. I bet there are multiple federal laws violated by this sham company.
We were excited to support local and ordered flowers for our friend who was grieving. We selected the beautiful arrangement with lilies called "A Day at the Beach," paying extra so it would look like the photo: "Deluxe (As Shown) $69.99" is what the site says. What my friend got, the other image of flowers on a wooden table, doesn't have a single lily or look anything like the arrangement that was advertised. I wrote to Terry's Florist letting them know I was disappointed in the bouquet, but they never responded to me. I would have appreciated them saying that they were out of certain flowers or would need to substitute others, or just giving me the option to choose a different bouquet. At least my friend loved the flowers and didn't know what she was supposed to be receiving. I will not order from them again. If you like an image on the site, just know that you may be buying something totally different.
I trusted Terry's Florist to deliver the arrangement as shown on line but I was sadly disappointed. The arrangement had gaps looked sloppy. Not at all the quality I expected to represent my heart felt congratulations to my daughter for her new job. I hope this review is read and that the staff remembers how important what they do is. The arrangements you all make live forever in the hearts and pictures of many. Please take time for each one knowing that what you do means so much to many.
I wish I would have found these reviews before I purchased. Ordered a beautiful arrangement on their website. Paid for the premium order. What my mom received was pathetic. For almost $100, I at least expected more than a $20 bouquet of flowers. I understand flowers delivered have a certain premium attached but this was ridiculous. Of course they did nothing to correct it. Very disappointed.
Ordered Lavender Brilliance bouquet, even upgraded from $49.99 to the $59.99 size. My daughter received a few half dead carnations with some filler flowers, all wilted. They said delivery was $24. The local florist sent me a copy of order from Terry's, they said I wanted $49.99 bouquet and delivery was $12. Order said mixed white and purple stems. Could have spent $20 at Publix and gotten a nicer arrangement. Yet my card was charged $84+!
I was completely dissatisfied with an arrangement I had ordered for my sick mother. I thought they were located on Amelia Island, Florida but that was a lie. They were in New Jersey. I was misled by customer service. It was expensive. 55 dollar for the arrangement and another 15 for delivery plus tax. I have included the pictures. The main problem is that they used the wrong type of vase. Completely different from the picture. Thus that contributed to an arrangement that was nothing like what was ordered. Customer service was apologetic but only offered me a 10 dollar credit. I will never work with them again.
I would give a lower review if possible, and it would take too long to write my experience with this company. This is an out-sourced, third party company that appears to be a local florist in the city one Google's. However, one is directed to "customs service" to place one's order. Customer is in NJ (according to one of the ladies with whom I spoke, but all 3 made me think they may be in another country) while I believe the headquarters/whomever they are, may have a Las Vegas address. They take your order and credit card, only, at least for me, to find out hours later, the order can't be filled. I called my card company and got my money back, but what a frustrating experience. Beware of Patricia's Petals. Same lovely website, same experience! Buyer Beware! These people ARE NOT who they say they are!

The flowers I ordered were nothing like what was delivered. The balloon colors were not correct (party had color theme). Customer service sited their right to substitute policy. They refunded $13.24 out of $130 order. I will not order from them again.

Nothing good to say at all about this. Not even what was ordered along with the flowers were almost all wilted. Delivery was absolutely horrible also! Left on porch with no indication they were delivered while people were home.
Very poor communication. Repeatedly misled me about what was possible/likely with respect to delivery. Did not deliver with appropriate card and then lied about it. They advertise "day of delivery" and I opted for the following day, figuring that if they were advertising honestly that this would not be an issue or that they would communicate with me appropriately if it was not possible. They only called me the day after they said they would deliver to try to fix errors and never contacted me to confirm delivery. (I had to follow up/get information from grieving family members to get answers and then call Terry's Florist again.) Overall, an unnecessarily stressful experience I especially did not need in light of the funeral the flowers were for. The lack of empathy for why timing mattered and why I was requesting honest communication was striking.

We ordered an arrangement via this company, only to have something delivered that was not what I ordered, and no where even remotely comparable to what I was supposed to receive. When contacted, they put up a stone wall. I could've gotten what they sent at Publix or Kroger's for 14.99... yet we paid $80.00. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will they ever receive my business again. They ruined a very special occasion

Placed an order for next day delivery and they waited till the day of to text me that they would not be able to fulfill my order. When I looked up local florist they popped up, just to find out that they were not local but halfway across the country. I am supposed to be receiving a refund in about 5 business days, so hopefully that goes smoothly. Based on the pictures posted, I'm happy that they could not deliver. Does not seem like a very well run business.
I'm ashamed I had to give them 1 star. They are definitely scam artists and in several states. Purchased a beautiful Zen planter with orchids and bamboo for a friend. The friend didn't receive what I ordered, instead they received a plain glass vase with cut flowers from another florist. I did some research and they don't have a business in Illinois, they just have a phone front out of Las Vegas.
Could not be more disappointed in this company...flowers for moms birthday are not getting delivered today as promised. They have called me multiple times today to ask me stupid questions... and to boot even though they came up as a local florist in my moms town...I now believe that they are not. Lets see if she gets them tomorrow the day after her birthday.

Living out of state, I purchased flowers for a friend's graduation thinking I was using a local florist but they were not a local florist. The floral arrangement purchased was not what arrived, not even close. It appeared to be flowers purchased at a supermarket and put in a vase. It was truly embarrassing to see what was delivered. Terry's Florist also included an unexplained ‘Service Fee' of $14.99, a charge more than 20% of my order.
When asked for a full refund, they provided a odd amount of $17.49, with no explanation. I paid $89.88 in total for very little. Terry's Florist has mastered how to provide piss poor service.
This company calls local florists and tells them to just give a list of colors, no type of flower details, not even close to the specific arrangement that you ordered on the site! When you contact them they tell you they can supplement however they choose According to there policies even if isn't what you wanted! You spend $70 you end up with a bouquet that looks like maybe a $30 one. You order Lilly's you get carnations! Terrible company!

I ordered flowers for my wife. She didn't receive what I ordered and the delivery was late. When I contacted them about the error I was told that their substitution policy says they can substitute any flower, arrangement or vase they want. However, I paid for a deluxe arrangement and my wife received what was obviously the basic package. It would have been great if had I been notified of the change as quickly as they accept my credit card payment. Customers should be allowed to decide if they want something other than what was purchased. I wish I'd read the reviews before using this florist. This business is a scam!
Wanting to find a local florist for a same-day delivery, I specifically asked for the city in which Terry's Florist is located. I realized later that the salesman gave a misleading answer. I needed same day delivery and he assured me that yes, as advertised, they could make a delivery today. At the end of the work day, I received an email apologizing that their vendor caused them not to be able to make the delivery after all. I question whether he knew at the time of the phone call that it was unlikely. I don't find them trustworthy or reliable.

Paid $150.00 for a "Premium Sympathy" arrangement for delivery to an elderly grieving couple who lost their son. The garbage that was delivered was also an entire day late and dumped on the porch without the courtesy of an apology, a knock, ring, or call. Demanded they look at their own images and the weeds that were delivered and tell me how its anywhere close. Disputing the charges.

I sent flowers from out of state to a friend who had lost her spouse. What an awful arrangement she received. I feel like I need to send her an apology letter. Wish I had seen the horrible reviews prior I most definitely would have showed elsewhere.as you can see in pics I ordered beautiful in blue and there is not even a blue flower in arrangement delivered. This review is in regards to Terry's Florist located in Florida. I wanted to send my mom roses for her 82 birthday, and being I live out of state, I didn't know who to call, so I googled local florists in Florida. I came across Terry's Florist and decided to call. I spoke to a pleasant woman who repeated my order exactly, so I know the florist knew my expectations. Once my mom received her arrangement, she was very surprised and ecstatic. After seeing pictures of the arrangement, I was extremely pleased with the 25 long stem premium roses I had ordered. I've noticed Terry's has not received very good reviews, perhaps due to online ordering? So I highly suggest placing an order over the phone to speak with someone who actually works at the shop then surely you will get exactly what you want, and Terry's will exceed your expectations as they did mine.
I am not sure why this company is getting so many negative reviews. I order my wife a bouquet and it was delivered the exact same day as promised and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous I would give them 5 stars and I will be using them again.
We ordered the picture in the left and pod over $100. They delivered the bouquet on the right. They stated that this is a "comparable substitution." What a joke. Their solution was to refund $23. However I never would have paid anywhere close to $75 for the flowers that were sent!
Ordered Mothers Day flowers for mom on Thursday. They texted me Friday and said they didn't have any flowers and I be refunded. Waited on hold for 5 minutes to talk with an employee but the person I talked to was an answering service. Terrys is no longer in my contacts.
