The flowers were delivered within 6 hours of ordering! They were absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I did not like was the vase they substituted from original advertisement. I understand they have to do that from time to time. All in all I would definitely order from them again but ask about vase availability next time. Thank you Terry's for also following my request of being delivered to an actual person and not just left! Couldn't find delivery pic. Will update.
TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery? Very dissapointed...will never use again
My husband ordered 100 dollars of flowers for our anniversary. No Flowers ever arrived. Contact with them said they would look into the delivery. Never heard back. No Refund. No Flowers. Don't throw your money away.
Ordered floral arrangement for a funeral based on example photo on their website. For nearly $100.00 was provided an arrangement that looked like something you could get for $15.00 at your local grocery floral section. When contacted by email they fell back on their "substitution" policy to justify the arrangement not looking anything like what I ordered.
Very much the same complaint as a lot of people here. Ordered what I thought was going to be special for my daughter's birthday, and the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. Don't waste your money on these people. You will be disappointed

I ordered a beautiful arrangement so I thought from this company. I ordered first thing in the morning I called four times during the day kept getting the runaround my arrangement was not delivered to a 73-year-old woman until 8 PM when her birthday was almost over. The arrangement that was sent by this company was embarrassing nothing like what was on their website. I have tried contacting them and they are saying this is in line with their substitution policy. A cop out so they can send trash they should be embarrassed by what they sent. Do not use this company if you want a beautiful arrangement they don't care and this arrangement or the substitution was $84. They had no concern about my disappointment in their service and in their product all they wanted to say is oh we look at the flowers and that you were OK because that's right in line with our substitution policies no it's not! Awful!

My bad for being sucked in by a Google search for flowers in a specific town. (Should have done Yelp first). This call center is based in Las Vegas. Communication was poor. $16 service charge not explained. Was told the online photo came without a vase and needed to upgrade order to get one. What was pictured and what was delivered very different. Not a sunflower in sight.
I thought I was ordering local. My bad and so is this rip off phone center.
Ordered flowers for $80 18 to delivered to my daughter, who lives in Johnstown same as Terry's Florist, and find out they were never delivered. Just called them and was told that they were cancelled and I was left a voice mail and sent a text message. Never received either! BUT I did receive a confirmation email and an email this morning asking me how was my flower delivery. Can't answered because they were never delivered! So much for trying to support local business!
I, like many others here, thought that I was buying flowers from a local florist in the town to which they were to be delivered. That was not the case. Before I had to deal with any of the non-delivery/ customer service nightmares many others faced, I cancelled the order. I have been watching my credit card app like a hawk since I got the email confirming the order was cancelled. Sure enough that same day a reversal showed pending. Then, 4 days later, odd PayPal charges and reversals started showing on the app. Four $1 charges with reversals. I, however, do not not use PayPal so it was not a legit transaction. It was a scammer testing my card. The only online purchase I have made with this brand new card was to Terry's Florist. Every other transaction has been a bill pay from my Apple Wallet, so yeah. Some shady stuff going on. You've been warned. Steer clear of this business.

I'm still waiting for the real flowers that never showed up. Terry's has yet to refund a portion of the $264.00 that I spent for what turned out to be half of an order, and those were "replacement" flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered 3 specific arrangements. 2 showed up, but one of those was completely different than I wanted. Not only that, they didn't attach the cards that identified who they were from.

I had used this business about 4 years ago, and they did very well. Something has gone seriously wrong in recent years, and I wish I had checked the reviews. The order was taken & processed efficiently, but the confirmation email indicated (to my surprise) that it was incomplete (?). The link I checked on to complete the order just took me to their home page. A call reassured me that all was well. Then 4 days later (today, 12/20/2021) - the day before my floral gift was to be delivered - they called to tell me that it could not be done because their supplier was not able to meet their needs. At least I am supposed to get a refund. Now I have to find a replacement at the last minute. Color me gone - which is what Terry's florist should be.
My coworkers and I purchased "beautiful in blue" sympathy bouquet for our boss that lost her mom. Flowers looked nothing like the advertisement. Even email confirmation stated the deluxe bouquet would be as shown in photo - big, amazing blue flowers. Our bouquet looked gray and very sad. Extremely disappointed that we were not contacted for substitutions if no blue flowers were available. Do not purchase from.
Lesson learned, check reviews in advance. I did not receive what I ordered. Basically what arrived were flowers I could pick up at the grocery store plopped into a vase haphazardly. No shaping at all, just randomly shoved into the vase, all uneven, it looks horrible. Also, arrived a day late. Also, when I called to check on the status of the flowers, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. They only answer their phone if you are placing an order, not if you are checking on your order and they do not respond to email. I do not recommend this florist.
Left a message the day the delivery was scheduled saying they had to cancel due to "supply issues" and that they would generate a refund. When I called, I asked if there were other options to choose from so they could still deliver that day and she said "no sorry. Can I do anything else for you?" I mean... clearly NOT.

Customer service was fine. Delivery on time appreciated. Flowers sent were not the same shown on website that said available. Unfortunate as it was a special event for the following day specifically needed the blue and white flowers and we did not see the photo of flowers delivered until the day after the gathering. They were pretty bouquet, colors different. Hard to order flowers from out of state.
I sent flowers to a friend for her birthday. Ordered the deluxe arrangement on the website. It showed up completely wrong AND full of carnations. The buds fell off the next day. Just contacted them and they are refunding me $23.74 for a $120.00 arrangement. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Below is what I ordered vs what was delivered
Finally after contacting the Better Business Bureau, the company completely refunded our money, but it took a little while. I would still not ever buy from this company again. I do not trust that it has changed it's ways.

Terry's Florist had a picture of a $75.00 succulent that I ordered for my sister in Arizona. Total cost with handling etc $96.00 A local florist sent an overgrown succulent, too small for the dish, not even close to the picture on the website. When I called they said Terry's Florist only sent them $50.00 for the succulent. I've called and emailed and was told by Terry's customer service they'll refund $22.49! Seriously the worst experience I've had with a florist. DO NOT USE THEM!

Stay away from this florist! When I called this florist on a Friday they offered me phone suggestions for a birthday bouquet to be delivered on Saturday afternoon. When I learned nothing had arrived I called them to learn that they lacked the stock for their suggested order, and had simply cancelled the order without any follow-up email. By then it was too late for any replacement in time for the birthday. This company has outrageously poor service - they suggest flowers they don't have in stock? They cancel the order without any FU email? Choose an alternative florist.
This place is a scam. Don't trust them. They will charge you for this gorgeous arrangement and do a switch on the last min. Avoid at all cost. I wanted to order from a local florist but I wish I ordered from an online place instead. I paid for a deluxe update for this?!?! Do you think this is worth the money? If the site doesn't have a social media or located in google that is a HUGE RED FLAG. I should of followed my gut.

I ordered a floral arrangement on 02/01/2023 for same day service. I ordered it before noon and was told it would be delivered on time. I received a call an hour later and the customer service representative said they had supply chain and delivery issues. They assured me that the flowers would be delivered by 12:00 P.M. on 02/02/2023. I never received a confirmation about the delivery.
I called them and was on hold for about 15 minutes before an operator answered and mentioned that it was delivered at 4:30 P.M. I had specifically asked if the floral arrangement would be delivered before the service. But it was not delivered in a timely manner. I was told I'd get s call back the next working day - 02/03. A little too late.
I tried to give my business to a local flower shop but highly disappointed by their actions.
They are a complete scam! I orders the cherry harvest flowers and they sent me this crap! Two totally different sets and what I would say is they sent an ugly set. Said no refund And I spent over. $60 and that they substitute flowers out if not available I feel like they picked these flowers out on the street before delivery! Very dissatisfied! Save your money
Do yourself a favor and run from this florist. I placed an order that they immediately called back to say was not available. Then they replaced it with an arrangement that was half the price but charged me the original price for the more expensive arrangement. I called at least seven times to talk to someone and no one could help me. I would receive texts to call an 888 number, which I did. The issue could not be resolved by the person who answered. They would tell me someone would call me back but no one ever did. Call back requests were not returned. Then they didn't deliver the arrangement, claiming no one was home. They were. They refused to return that day. Finally, when I told them I was cancelling the order, they suddenly delivered the flowers but charged me the higher rate. Totally shady operation. Complete scammers. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.
Not as advertised. I paid $10 extra for a couple of irises — no irises, no explanation or apology. I spoke to the shop they said they had them at the time I ordered. Two carnations were dead within 24 hours. Carnations are hardy. They should last a week. I was mortified I contacted them. They apologized and offered $32.99 in compensation

We ordered a large funeral arrangement but received a very small arrangement that was embarrassing to our family. I've included what we received vs what we ordered. Our arrangement was the only one in the back of the room on a small table. When I emailed them, because they didn't answer their phone, they said their substitution policy states that all items are subject to availability. You tell me based on the attached photo if that's a comparable substitution. I wish I would've read reviews on this location before using them. I did end up getting a refund for the flowers after numerous back and forth emails but still paid their service fees and tax of $27.19 because I was tired of dealing with them and did receive an arrangement.
I ordered a plant for my Uncle's funeral the day before the service. Terry's put me on hold while they confirmed with the church. I received a SPAM call a couple of hours later with a voice mail to call them back, which I did immediately and no response and no message about any issue with my order. I called an hour before the service when the plant was not there. ( Terry's never called me to let me know) They informed me their supplier could not get the plant in time. ( not my problem nor was this stated the day of order) When I asked for a discount on a $90 order, they offered $5! I cancelled my order and asked for an apology since we had family standing in the church wondering where the plant was. The rep just sat there and did not apologize or respond. I asked for an apology again...no response! WOW...they don't deserve your business. They were not sympathetic, apologetic or willing to find a solution for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable.
