The flowers were delivered within 6 hours of ordering! They were absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I did not like was the vase they substituted from original advertisement. I understand they have to do that from time to time. All in all I would definitely order from them again but ask about vase availability next time. Thank you Terry's for also following my request of being delivered to an actual person and not just left! Couldn't find delivery pic. Will update.
TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery? Very dissapointed...will never use again
Not who they say they are. Google uses your location, then Terry's Florist pops up as being local. Nothing showed up but charged my CC. No confirmation email either. Try finding their address so you could go in and order….you can't as there is no address.

I wish I would have checked here first. Terrible service, the absolute worst. They represent themselves as a local florist, so I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. When they did not arrive they claimed they texted/called/emailed me, which they did not, as they could not fill the order. This lead to my mother not receiving her flowers at all. Had they told me, like they claimed they did, I would have been able to order from a local florist. They simply refunded me two days later with a canned response. Don't use these folks.
I ordered flowers for a very close friend that died. 4:30 pm the night before calling hrs. They cx'ed the order. They said they don't have any flowers. I am left to try to find something in the morning, The guy who took my order actually said" If you don't mind me asking, how did your friend die?!" I usually do my due diligence but it's been a bad week and i slipped but from what I have read I'm probably better off. I ordered a $200 arrangement!

They cancelled my order 2 hours before the funeral service because they didn't have the specific flower and I didn't get there noon call. No substitution, just cancelled!

I ordered some expensive flowers from Terry's Florist and they looked absolutely NOTHING like the photo. The flowers were a different colour assortment and totally cheap flowers instead of the beautiful ones in the photos. I called to complain but they took no responsibility and did not offer me a refund. I will never be ordering from them again. Below I'm sharing a photo of the ones on the website and the cheap assortment they sent.

Dont order from this company. They delivered late - almost 10PM. I called to ask what happened as they say their policy is to deliver no later than 6PM. They said "what do you want us to do about it?" without any sense that is was not an appropriate time to deliver flowers. They are rude and their customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
Terry's is a middleman who takes their cut of the profits and offers no value in return. The arrangement my daughter received was nothing like what was ordered, and many of the flowers were wilted or damaged. Their customer service rep explained that the fine print in their contract allows them to make any substitution they like with no recourse. Order directly from a local florist!

The same-day delivery never showed up. No communication; 2 days later charge went through. I called and called to reach customer support, but after 15 minutes on hold, I got hung up on, said sorry, and to call later. Now having to dispute with the Credit card company. Save yourself the hassle.
I ordered flowers for my mother. Terrys says the delivered however she never received. When I advised they asked for 24 hours to come up with a solution. As I see it there is only 2 solutions - deliver the flowers or refund my money... still waiting. Will be calling the bank to dispute charges

Wish I had looked at reviews before placing an order with this florist. I absolutely see why they only have a one rating. I ordered Flowers on a Friday afternoon for a Monday Funeral Delivery - the delivery was not made and at 11:33 I received a call from someone indicating due to shipment delays they would not be able to make the delivery. I really wanted to show my final respects to this person's family by having flowers delivered. Horrible service.
I ordered a beautiful purple tropical arrangement and what I got was pink and white roses! Over $85 spent will never use them again or the terry florist website there horrible! I should have read the reviews first
Do not order from this company. I am pretty sure that this is a scam. I ordered funeral flowers on a Thursday over the phone and was notified on Friday (after the supposed delivery time) that they were unable to get the flowers to the funeral home in time. I then asked them to deliver to the families home instead by 8 PM. They told me they were stopping everything to get it done but in fact did not deliver to the family. I was not notified until Tuesday. This company is either a scam or completely unreliable.

I placed an order at 7 am. They confirmed it by email and then by telephone about 3 hours later. Then more than 5 hours after that they called and said they couldn't fulfill my order. Thus, ruining my special occasion as it was too late in the day for another florist. They then put me on hold for more than 30 minutes trying to get my money refunded. Terrible service. Don't use.
I ordered a ornamental plant arrangement from Terry's Florist In June when things started reopening and I wanted to make sure that I was supporting a local business, well no good deed goes unpunished! They sent the wrong arrangement after telling me that they definitely had the arrangement that I ordered. The people at the shop were always friendly but when I called to make my complaint I was told to email the customer service department, after 3 times of calling and emailing them about my problem and being ignored, I went to my bank and made a fraud claim. I WON! What they did not know about me was that I would have settled for a gift card or partial reimbursement but instead I had to fight since they were not returning my calls or emails and got all my money back, it was nearly $100. For a medium Peace Lilly plant that I could have bought at Walmart for $13.00. Too bad t his company is so poorly managed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I wouldn't even give this place a one star if I could! I wish I saw all of these previous reviews before purchasing a floral arrangement from this company for my uncles funeral. With taxes and delivery, it came to ~$120. I was horrified when my dad sent a picture of what I had purchased. The flower arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. I totally understand not having some flowers in stock and having to use alternatives but there was no depth to this arrangement or even a close resemblance to the advertisement. Furthermore, almost all of the flowers were still closed. When I called to complain, they offered to take $20 off of my order. What a joke and total waste of money. Do not use this company! They should be shut down for robbing people.
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law to be delivered and I accidentally put the wrong house number. So I tried calling and no one answered. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me they were delivered. Now mind you, the house number I put doesn't even exist on the street she lives on. I have no idea where they were delivered. I ended getting refunded which was rather quickly done and I appreciate (either way I was going to dispute the charge on my card if they didn't). Customer service is meh. Ordered flowers two days in advance for a local funeral service. They called the day of the funeral (after if was over) and told me they could not deliver due to supply chain issues but they would deliver to the home of the family. I agreed as they also promised to upgrade the bouquet. I got a call the next day saying they would not be able to deliver to the house due to supply chain issues. Seems like this company was very dishonest in both situations. I am very disappointed that we were unable to have our order fulfilled to support our friend who is in mourning.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in law and they arrangement that was delivered was something from a corner store! It was so cheap looking and they told me that have a substitution clause. The clause said equal or greater value, the flowers i received were neither! Instead of a full refund they kept offered me $14, and then an additional $27. I called my card company to dispute it
Be careful when using this company. I placed an order for my moms birthday on January 3 to be delivered on January 4th. The delivery was never made. I had to call my mom and ask if she got anything (element of surprise ruined)...she did not. I called them to see what happened and was told I would receive a full refund. Today I find out that they are not refunding my money but will try to deliver today. NO today is not her birthday and again the surprise is ruined. Then they tried to say that they attempted delivery yesterday but no one was home...also not true. They (my parents) were home all day and sat on front porch for most of the day because it was nice outside. Interestingly enough when I talked to them last night they said there was no record from the driver of delivery or attempt and now they are saying something different. Buyer beware... Now they will not come to the phone...
Terrible service, not same day delivery as promised, no compensation for inconvenience, didnt honor the ten percent off! Spent a long time with customer service n emailed to get a dismissive response! Jerks! Waste of money! Use a different flower delivery service.
The worst experience. I asked for a pet friendly plant, they recommended the dish garden. It turns out it had peace lilies which are toxic to cats. When I called back, they were not apologetic about a life threatening mistake which could killed my friend's cat.
They took my money then called an hour later and said that they were out of flowers! They laughed at me when I tried to place my order... this arrangement was for an infant's funeral. I am devastated. Don't give them your money! Just hateful :(
Ordered flowers on Saturday morning for same-day delivery - received a text that my order was 30-minutes away. 2 hours later no delivery. I called customer service multiplied times and spoke with a guy in India that promised me that my flowers would be delivered Saturday. They never arrived.
These dumb asses then emailed and called my mother o Sunday to see how her delivery was!

First they surprise you with a service fee. So I guess its not really free shipping. They said it's to cover expenses like rent and hazard pay for their employees. Hazard pay? Are they scared they will get punctured by a rose?
Then they sell you an arrangement from the pictures on line and substitute with something totally different. It is in their fine print that they can do that.

I ordered flowers for my daughter. $72. And the arrangement was half the size it should have been and no where near the flowers that were shown. The response from the customer service was to send me a copy of their substitution policy. Pathetic. Will never order from here again. I would give a 0 star but that is not an option
