Server bad service

Okey today around 3:30 pm
My family and I went to eat at this Texas road house restaurant in Baytown Texas, so we got our bread and drinks on a good time frame, then we ordered our food but our server never came by to ask if we want something ealse or drinks Refills witch we did need drinks and we when we saw her we ask her that we need drinks she left and never came back with our drinks plus she was kind or rude we finished our food and still no drinks very bad service with this server her name is Hannah and our table # was 526/1
She needs to be retrained on her job and if she is with bad attitude just stay home

Chicken

My wife and I went to lunch there today, we ordered grilled chicken ceasar and grilled chicken salad. The chicken was so over cooked that it wouldn't even cut with the steak knife. We commented to the waitress about it, she looked at us and said sorry. She didn't even say anything when the chicken was piled up on the saucer. My wife made a comment, all she said was I'll go ahead and take your plates and be right back with your check. Not once did she offer us anything. We waited to see if a Manager would come by and see how our meal was. NOT never happened. Will definitely think before we come back. So disappointed.

Very disappointed

We go to T. R. Often. We ordered 6 meals to go, not one of us got a meal you could say was good. The chicken fried sirloin was tough and the breading wasn't as good as in the past. It didn't even look the same. The pulled pork was dry with only a few pieces that had bar B-Q sauce on it. We usually love their salads but this time, they had mostly yellow lettuce and not pleasing at all. I didn't even eat mine. The Mac/Cheese was very dry and looked like it was straight out of the box of Kraft. After T. R. Being one of our favorite places to go, I doubt if we will return.

Horrible service

The service was horrible the waiter was very inexperienced for example I ask how much was extra shrimp she said 2.99 get the receipt it's 6.99 I wanted a 20 oz steak they where out If them so I had to get a 22 oz she said it was 21.00 a 1.50 a oz this size is not on the menu it was 30.00 on the recipe, we was waiting on our appetizer after about 45 mins no food I ask where it was her response was." I don't know what's going on with your order they have it " I'm waiting patiently food comes out wrong order! So second time she bring a rack of ribs out I'm waiting on a rib eye by this point I'm livid that the entree comes out with the food wrong order not once but twice! Food cane out cold, I ask for a manager after waiting 30 more mins I get a very rude lady I ask who she was she stated a " key holder " never heard if this told her what was going on she says I'll go remake it ask what we had. By this time I ask for it to go I'm furious while waiting I here her tell a co worker there lucky I'm bagging all this food up to go! I leaned over told her excuse me you don't gotta bag anything up because I came to dine in! In fact I want nothing I walked out! Horrible service food came out cold! Terrible experience for my friend as well whom was from out of town we was on a dinner date

Great meal

I haven't had TR in such a long time; forgot how amazing it was. I ordered the Roadkill with a Ceaser Salad and baked potato. I ate it about 40 min after I picked it up and let me tell you, "It was so delicious." The steak was cooked like I asked, medium. The baked potato was so fluffy inside and the skin, just delicious. Don't even get me started on that great cinn. Butter. Didn't take any pics, sorry.

Do not go to the Texas Roadhouse in Roanoke. The service is beyond terrible. They sat 6 people at our table and gave us 4 pieces of bread. We had a glass of tea that had trash floating in it. Then we had nothing to drink while eating our salads. I had to yell at someone to make them stop putting out new food on a table that had not been cleared. They were feeding humans not sloping hogs clean the dirty dishes from the table PLEASE. No bread with the meal. The baked potatoes were not even warm enough to melt the cheese on them. Then as I am leaving the manager thinks the solution is a coupon for a free appetizer. Idiot I don't spend good money for a bad experience twice. I will never eat there again. Yes that is my food in a to go box because by the time it arrived I was too disgusted to eat. Notice the cheese didn't even melt in a closed box. Who wants a warm baked potato?

Sucks!

My family and i hardly come here, but we came in today and our waiter tammy wasn't all there, my mom had to ask her to remove some of our dirty dishes in order to eat out dinner, my father had a sirloin and it wasn't cooked the way he wanted, my brother had ordered a sirloin and a side of macaroni, but instead our waiter brought none of his sides and when we thought he ordered veggies, she brought us some but still charged us for something we didn't get, which was the macaroni. She also messed up our ticket by giving us a ticket that didn't apparently have all the things we ordered and then came back with another ticket with a bigger price... my family and i will never come back.

They were not well organized. Had to wait for food after we ordered it because of the organization, so food was luke warm. And I think food quality was not that Great. I go there for dining and again after Pandemic is over. But not for pick up ever again!

I gave the waitress $40.00 to pay for the meal which was $30.75. Yes, I wanted my change returned. She only returned $9.00 instead of $9.25 then walked away. I know it's only a quarter, but it's the principal of it. She walked away after dropping off the change and didn't return. Teach them how to count back money, or to read the slip which clearly said $9.25. I was tempted to let her keep the quarter as her tip! But, she did get a smaller tip than I normally leave because of this.

Order to pick up

We ordered two meals to pick up at Texas Roadhouse, because it has been one of our favorites. We were shocked to see so many people waiting to eat in and not wearing masks. Some of the staff, including a cook, were not wearing masks, or were wearing them below their nose.
The order wasn't correct. We did not receive one of our sides, and the vegetables were almost raw. The Country fried stead was nearly inedible. More than half of it was gristly and had to be spit out.
We were so disappointed in the food quality, the safety precautions, and even the cleanliness of the restaurant, that it will be a long time, if ever, before we return.

So after church, my family and I decided to go out and eat at texas roadhouse. Who are you kidding! So who do they think they are for trying to stop us from eating together. What was I suppose to do, let my 3 year old eat by himself. This is a joke.

Even though restaurants are semi open for business patrons should not be whooping and hollering at their top of their lungs with no mask insight! What about the patrons that want to be safe? What about children? The workers for that matter! Very selfish of people to act in that manner and can't believe Texas Roadhouse doesn't tell them to stop. Their spit flying all over the place when they're screaming like that over some kind of sports game or something. Ridiculous I will not go back.

I was wanting a great steak, salad and baked potato, and that's exactly what I got. Even in this covid 19 pandemic Texas Roadhouse was a welcomed friend. The food was excellent and the curbside Service was equally great. I highly recommend this restaurant in Decatur, Al.

Don't assume the customer is not paying attention when you asked to see the coupon and we open our phone to show you... don't talk $#*! like we can't hear you cause we can... when we ask you to wait a minute after hurlings the food in our car don't run off cause we had a problem with the bill. We had questions and you made it look like And inconvenience to you They want us to support our local restaurants then maybe they should Have a little bit more patience for the customers. This is all new to everybody

During covid 19 4/4/2020 we did a take out order. The service was amazing & wonderfull, everybody outside was doing their jobs Politely, getting my name and calling in for order delivery, Within seconds the order was there.
The meals were hot & exactly as we had ordered. The dinners were Excellent.

I understand these are trying times but if you are going to offer take out service it should be just as good as dine in service. We did not receive half of what we ordered and we were very disappointed in our meal.
