Just spent an hour and a half on theThrive Market website for the second time. I love it! So easy to navigate and so many great items to choose from. Received my first order very quickly and have enjoyed all the items I bought. Purchased the membership today as well. I am a happy shopper
I am a frequest buyer of Thrive products and have been very happy with everything about them until my last order. They send you e-mails suggesting you may be running out of previous purchased items and would you like to re-order? I said yes, and clicked on 2 items that I order often. Very easy except I received the wrong product. Invoice had the wrong items so they just picked and sent the wrong items. I notified them and it's been over a week and they want me to jump through hoops and take pictures, etc. Pain in my side. Just admit they messed up, issue a return authorization and move on.
I've been a VIP subscriber for about a year and can't imagine going without. They carry so many of the products I buy regularly, without me having to go to the store or write a list. Also I found so many products on Thrive which I never heard about, and now I use them regularly. Of course now with Covid-19, there are some interruptions for certain items, but that's affecting many, many retailers.
All in all, Thrive one of my golden sources for sustainable products.

I definitely continue to shop at Thrive because of the many options available. I recently needed to change my diet to low-carb and gluten-free for medical reasons, and it was so easy to set those filters in my search and browse through all of the food options that I have. I feel that many of the brands are affordable, and it's possible to find exactly what you need. I especially respect the option to donate a portion of your savings to a family in need. I wish there were more options for fresh produce, and sometimes the many food and wellness options can be a little overwhelming. Other than that, I love Thrive!

I liked their products and prices, but stopped using the products I had purchased from them. I called to cancel my membership, but they treated it like I was asking for a divorce and wanted to know why, everything short of going to counseling together, etc. They finally, finally agreed to let me go as a customer and to stop billing me for the annual membership fee - and to stop harrassing me with emails. Well, a month or two later, the $59.95 charge was back on my credit card, and it was a credit card that I am no longer using, so I didn't notice at first.
So, I do not recommend dealing with this company. They must be making most of their profits off of fraudulent membership billings.

I am a proponent of support local and small businesses and very much like supporting my local food coop. With that said, shopping thrive market is the next best thing. They have a nice selection, their delivery is fast and always well packed. I've tried many new items, both food and non food items, and repeat order.

I went online to buy some essential oil and bought it from Thrive. Little did I know they would be charging me an extra $60 for a membership there, and didn't even make it clear to me that that was happening during the checkout process! I only found out a year later when I was billed for it again! When I complained they wouldn't refund my membership, but cancelled it for me, then said I could use the money I had paid for my membership towards products on the site. When I went to go do so I found that if I was to complete the transaction I would be billed for another membership! These people are obviously scammers! Buy from someone else its not worth it!
I love the simplicity of being able to order my groceries from my home. Unlike going to the grocery store, I never have the frustration of forgetting something at the store. Given that I live in the rural United States, there are many products and brands on this site that I have never seen in stores. The amount of plastic packaging is a little frustrating though. I would be more content to see more eco-friendly packaging.

I love this company. I feel like they really care. Had some issues with shipping and delicate items being damaged. They resolved my issues and was very satisfied. I will continue to shop online with this great company, since it is the safest during this pandemic.

Great prices. Most things I need are at Thrive. Orders arrive quickly and are neatly packed. I feel that Thrive is a great service. Can't complain when order comes to my door. I have bought from Thrive for years and will continue to buy from them.

I am blown away by all the people who place the blame on someone else. When you try a trial offer you must be on top of it, when you receive an email saying trial is almost over & you don't read it you are to blame. When you can't comprehend what you read you are to blame. So to all those people who don't have the $#*!in' brains to know this my heart does not bleed for you, stupidity deserves consequences. I really like them, they have always done right by me, so wake up.
Love the convenience but hate the search engine. Tried searching for non-gmo corn tortillas. I get tortilla chips. If I wanted chips I would have said so. This is just one of so many issues with the search. Another issue with the search engine, if you do not have a product say so. Don't give me a gazillion options for something similar.
Plus, in the lists drop down menu, how about a clearly market list of what I have bought before (NOT the review product section) so I can scan it and order again? If you have this, I am sure you do somewhere, make it clear where it is. Having it clearly marked makes life easier.
Otherwise, love the products and the to my door service.

I ordered one item from the site a year ago. I then cancelled the membership during the 30-day trial period. They did not charge me for a membership after the trial ended. But TODAY, a year later, they charged me $60 to "renew" my membership when I never bought it in the first place. Getting through to customer service seems to be impossible.
Edit: I finally got a call back, and the man said that I would get a refund. I will update this post again.
Edit2: I got a refund confirmation a few hours later. If this happens to you, contact them ASAP. If I had waited, I suspect that I would have gotten store credits instead.
Any company that does not clearly have a way to cancel your membership is malicious in my book. Especially ones that have a free trial and then make it too difficult to cancel. There wasn't even an option to cancel my membership and I had to call just to cancel. The guy on the phone was nice but you can't pull this type of sketchy membership practices. Just be a good company and the business will come.

Wonderful customer service; great selection and prices! I have been ordering from Thrive Market for a couple of years and I love it. Packages come within a week and they are carefully packed. A couple of times when something came broken from shipping, they took care of me and replaced my broken item.

I was told I would get some of my money to join back but never did even though one of their employees told me I would! And I got no notice that my membership was coming to an end... very disorganized. After my posting this on Facebook they responded saying they wanted to work with me on it. After reaching out a second time, STILL NOTHING! And at first I was wanting to support them thinking they were a company of integrity~

The products are high quality. Thrive helps me buy no or low sugar foods - without artificial sweeteners - to help me curb my sugar intake. We have sampled many snacks and found most to be tastey. I love seeing new products or products that are new to me. The Thrive search engine is very good. The company communicates well with customers. Thrive supports people and the planet. I like buying from them.

We have been very pleased with the top quality merchandise that Thrive delivers. The items always have a much later expiration date than similar items found in a traditional store, and at a better price. The packaging is very good, fragile items are individually placed in sealable bags, and on the rare occasion that something is damaged in transit, Thrive customer service agents are pleasant to talk to and actually resolve the problem with only 1 call.

I just tried putting in my first order. With this COVID garb going on, it seems there are plenty of items they are out of, such as whole wheat flour, yeast, a few other items I'm wanting/needing. But that's not any different than the grocery store, so I don't blame Thrive Market. Anyway, will give a better review once I receive the items.
