Due to the circumstances of the economy, they are still getting my order quickly. Not all items are available but more and more are coming available and I love that they notify you when something that I had ordered in the past comes up available.

Every time I have a question, the customer service reps that manage chat are always so helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable and quick to respond. I'm shocked by how many service members are available on a Sunday afternoon. I love shopping on thrive and the thoughtful options, such as ways to donate my savings - great idea! The have good prices on quality products if you can get it in stock or it's not too hot to ship. Don't quite know why it's too hot to ship chocolate and yet when it's not too hot, it's not in stock or their's a limit and yet they can ship meat. Doesn't make much sense. Was very frustrating during the beginning of Covid when they had "limited shopping hours". Thought that was stupid, I mean I don't care if it takes you longer to ship it, just let me order when I'm awake and not at work. I thought they would have grown out of their newness by now, but I guess they are still going through growing pains.

As for the "too hot to ship" messaging, we completely understand the frustration. Some of our brands have chosen to participate in the cold-pack program which allows us to confidently ship items most at-risk of melting. If we are not confident that an item will maintain quality in transit to you, we will not put those items at-risk. I've ordered from Thrive for the last few years, and have always appreciated the ease of ordering from them, the varied selection they carry, how quickly my orders arrive, how well packaged they are, prices, and that the modest membership fee helps others eat well who may not be able to afford the higher prices of organic foods. I love having the option to donate to this fund with each order, as well. Hey and even during the pandemic chaos and being hit with what must have been a massive demand for goods, they did such a great job at communicating and getting back on their fast track as quickly as possible. I give them room for error, but rarely find any! A couple of times something has unfortunately leaked during transport and they have always taken care by replacing the item and refunding. I am happy to be able to get items sent to me that I cannot get for pick up at my grocery in these cautious times. I am. 65 & high risk for Covid! I am addicted to the Dark Choc Almonds. They are huge! Also like the soft toothbrushes( ultra soft Preserve). I am a retired dental hygienist! Also like the Desert Essence floss!

If you check a product's nutritional statement and ingredients it is sometimes impossible to return to where you left off.
I was told I would receive a notice when out-of-stock products became available but I never did. But i found those very same products on other websites.

Totally love shopping this way, no more spending weekend afternoons in a grocery store. I like the product selection and love the ethics of Thrive as a company and that they seek out equally ethical food manufacturers. I recently suggested a new product and in about a week was actually buying that product from them. Sometimes items are "out of stock", but honestly I don't mind that much. There are always plenty of other things to buy in the meantime. It may take some getting used to shopping with Thrive, but I am glad I made the switch and will not be going back to Whole Foods anytime soon. I would much, much rather my dollars go to Thrive.

Thank you for a lovely variety of products to protect the earth, a surprising variety of food items, great customer service. My only negative is the size of some of your cleaning products, larger containers of bleach alternatives would be nice and the same actually for all of your laundry products. Other than that no problems. OH! I almost forgot, a lovely variety of wines.

I love the inexpensive Thrive Market selection of organic goods, vitamins, supplements, and all the other brands I need. They even offer wine, meat boxes, and ready-to-eat meals -- as well as subscriptions/discounts. Also everything ships in 1-2 large boxes at the same time. And if they're out of stock on one thing, you can subscribe for alerts, but I've always found there are plenty of other options I can choose from. These guys are amazing! So glad you're here for us! Keep it up!
