Fair, because they have not raised prices on any products! This company is an awesome example to other companies who are taking advantage of food shortages, and raising prices to a degree of shame! Thrive Market goes the extra mile, particularly under the present pandemic, to restock and deliver as fast as they can. The customer service is amazing and ready to address any query you might have regarding a certain product. Their products are mostly organic, which is a plus. It would be great to find also regular unbleached all-purpose flour and sugar, especially at present when one has to improvise and prepare more at home with the available ingredients. Just love them. ANY time I have had an issue (very few) they fix it, credit it, do whatever needs to be done. Very happy with their service and the prices are really good. The savings on the vitamins alone pay for our membership.

Meh. It's hard to tell what Thrive sells if you don't go through an intensive login process first. I purchased an order of pasta, sauces and other items. Overall it arrived in good condition but one of the spaghetti packets was busted at the seams and open when I pulled it out of the box. We used it anyway, since trying to return it seemed like a hassle. The prices are only fair if you set your account up for recurring service, so unless you know what you are going to run out of and want a refresh on, the service is way overpriced. Again it's hard to tell what the market actually has in stock w/out logging in so buyer beware. Why not make that info available easily?

I haven't used or been on Thrive Market in well over a year or more, but they just changed my bank account for a $55 membership fee. I never ever signed up for anything with them. I'm beyond pissed off right now because I have bills coming out and not enough to cover them.

Unfortunately, I had no idea I was able to do a trial with Thrive. I wish I'd seen that offer because I would have stopped using them a long time ago. The variety is decent but the prices are not that great. If there's a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's nearby, take the time to go there instead of using Thrive. It seems that once they get your membership, you're on your own. No notice of deliveries made or that you'll wait longer if your order is less than 9 lbs, yet they constantly bombard you with emails and text messages for offers. And I'm still waiting for the "free gift." Overall, it makes no sense to use Thrive if there are comparable food markets near where you live. I was too lazy to drive and I'm now paying the price... literally. Skip Thrive and save your money. Not worth it!

I've been a member for several years. Great customer service, very nice people. Prices are more often than not lower than elsewhere. Aside from the pandemic, when every store is out of stock and delayed with shipping, orders arrive very quickly. They take care of their people and customers.

Sadly thrive market is deceptive about your membership, sure you can monitor your account and ensure that you close your membership before auto renewal, but it requires a phone call. And if you have used their 30-day promo on a separate email you will also have another account and this will auto renew as well. Obviously, this happened to me. Its got some great products and great info. Some products are remarkably cheaper, most others I can find at vitacost or on sale at Sprouts. It's just very clever at giveaways that turn into paid annual memberships... and I think badly about those so it will preclude me from using this site in the future. Sure, it's my fault and my responsibility that I didn't end membership in time... but I don't think trickery works well for what appeared to be an integrity-based, healthy living company.

I love that they have so many choices of organic products and a huge assortment of vitamins. I've been a member since before the current pandemic, so I know that some products sell out quickly now (they carry some things you can't easily find elsewhere), but you can be notified when something is back in stock. They are friendly to work with, ship quickly, and package items carefully to prevent damage in transport. Many of the items I buy from them are priced much lower than my local grocery store. My only gripe is that so many of their Thrive brands are packaged in plastic. I'd be willing to pay a little extra for herbs and seasonings to be sold in small glass jars, or dry beans, sugar, flour, and similar to be sold in paper bags or cardboard boxes. Overall, I shop from Thrive first before looking elsewhere.

Yeah, you can buy most of the products at other stores, but I find Thrive to be very convenient. Besides, the pandemic isn't ending anytime soon, especially where I live, so I like being able to have things shipped to me (at no charge coz I easily hit the $49 more), packaged extremely well, and arrives in a decent time frame. Nice selection of products, their branded items are less expensive but of excellent quality, and overall, I'm very pleased with their service.

All my items are wrapped and shipped so nicely, never any spills, open or broken products. Loving this site and being able to find vegan items. Although some prices are not the cheapest, there is a good variety to choose from. Quick shipping!

I was interested in thrive until after my first transaction. These idiots offer 30% off their items, but when you go to their site it's nowhere to be found even going through checkout. Then these idiots promise you $10 "thrive cash" for downloading their app. Nothing. NADA. ZILCH
Dont waste your time, all these idiots want are theirs annual access fee.

Their free trial automatically adds you to their 49$ yearly membership. You will not receive an email about it since it will go to your spam like many others. To cancel, unlike a normal businesses where you can click cancel on the site, you can only call them.
Very unethical practices to make money by tricking your customers.
But if it's in fine print I guess nothing you did was wrong especially if you have no morals. Your focus should be making a great service not tricking people to paying a yearly fee they never about. Thrive Market are filled with children in adult bodies I swear.

I love to get my staples (plus lots of extra goodies) on Thrive cause the cost is definitely better. Plus, I've discovered lots of awesome new products on here. It can be a bit overwhelming with the assortment sometimes, but hey, too much to pick from is better than not enough, right? Customer for 2+ years and no end in sight!

I live in rural-town Montana, 60 miles away from the nearest organic grocery store. I love being able to get my organic non-perishables online at a better price than what I find in the store. It makes grocery shopping trips less of an ordeal when I only have to shop for fresh items when I go "to town". I see that people are complaining about shipping times right now, but I want to applaud you for working hard during this time and doing your best under the circumstances. I'm in my second month as a Thrive Market member, and, on balance, I'm satisfied. The highlights: pantry staples, home goods and spices. I'm just about to try the wine. Like others, I'm frustrated over the pantry staples that never seem to be available (looking at you, coconut water!). But my single largest frustration--and one that may turn out to eventually be a deal breaker for me--is that you can't buy larger quantities. As a gluten-free vegan, I eat lots of dried fruit and nuts. VERY frustrating to me that they only sell small bags of those snacks. Doesn't seem very eco-friendly either. I end up feeling ripped off at having to buy four little bags of say dried apricots rather than one large one. So I'm still a bit on the fence, but if the wine is good, that could be a deal maker for me.

I placed 2 orders. I was satisfied with both, and the speed of shipping. But, the next thing I know I get charged a membership fee. I never signed up for it... apparently you don't sign up for it they just automatically charge your bank account. Now you are responsible for calling them to get it refunded. How many people don't look closely at their monthly bank account activity? Why be so sneaky? Why not ask us IF we would like to join? Let the customer make that decision not them. Infuriating and so time intensive on my part to get this straightened out.

My kids LOVE turkey jerky sticks and I always buy them through thrive because they are typically $1 cheaper than what the local store will have them priced at. I also really love their makeup! One of the reasons why I joined thrive was because the freebies and/or coupon codes that they would give you often. Now for some reason we never get them anymore. What happened? While I appreciate so many things about thrive, it's not very fair to take away all the pro bonuses now. I'm really not saving that much money now.

I can not exclaim enough about Thrives packaging. It's never come to me with opened packages, missing seals nor ever had glass breakage! I joined Thrive two months ago, when going to the grocery store was not something I could easily do. Things have changed a little but having the ability to order high quality products from sustainable producers and distributors is such a blessing and privilege.
