Thrive Market is an online shopping club dedicated to healthy food and less toxic cleaners and Earth friendly products. They are my favorite organic food source. Why? Because they offer high quality organic food at below retail prices. They have awesome customer service and give timely updates on the status of one's order. By the way, if you are looking for dry beans and lentils, give Thrive Market's brand a try. They have the BEST dry beans and lentils -- very few beans need to be thrown away. Most are in perfect condition, unlike other brands I have tried.
I highly recommend shopping at Thrive Market. The awesome customer service, high quality products, fantastically low prices, etc is well worth the price of membership.
I have been ordering from Thrive for quite some time. I have the membership and appreciate the excellent service, packaging, and care they take to make sure your items arrive as if you purchased them from the shelf. I get notifications when it's at my door, and even before that when it's shipped etc. the selection and value is so much better than stores. The multivitamin I take is nearly double on a commonly used two day delivery service. I enjoy their name brand products as much as others. I purchase anything from vitamins to GF pretzels on Thrive. I'm a lifer with Thrive Market and recommend it to everyone!

I like that Thrive carries many hard to find items and usually have a wide variety of each item. The "Thrive" brand is way cheaper and is good quality. It saves me hunting for items at a specialty market. Very good customer service and live chat is available if you need help.

I have carefully compared the price of products at Thrive and my local store and there prices are very similar. If you take into the count the membership fee, than you realize it does not make sense. Also, they are out of stock of product very often, even after you put them in your cart you will get a notification that they are not available. Their shipping process is very slow. Save your money and don't waste your time here.

While we try to prevent items from going out of stock at all, we typically restock every 1 to 2 weeks.
I love this website. I found it at the beginning of quarantine, and I won't ever stop using it. It's great for hard to find items, and so much more convenient than walking through a health food store. I also like how they notify me when certain previously out of stock items are back in stock. A few of the reviews are from people angry that some items are temporarily out of stock. I don't know what they expect when there is a rush on things and the quarantine has made it harder to get things from manufacturers. It's certainly better than risking your health by going into a Whole Foods, and also finding bare shelves! I also love that you can "shop by diet." My daughter recently needed to get on a gluten free diet, and it is SO easy to find lots of new products at great prices for her to try! The prices are great, and I love the Thrive brand products a lot. Thanks for making my life easier and healthier!

I'm not sure what one of the previous reviews is about, but my box and it's contents were 100% recyclable and signed personally by someone at Thrive! Such a personal touch is nice these days. The shipping was extremely fast, the prices were more than fair, the shipping is carbon neutral, and the products came unharmed! What's not to love! Convinced me to do more shopping with them!
I'm so glad I tried Thrive about a year ago. Only once did an item come damaged and they quickly sent me another one. The Thrive organic products are really good and reasonably priced. Photo shows some of the products I order on a regular basis.

Everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and was packed to perfection. Nothing leaked or broke. Just a little disappointed in the milk I ordered. I should have read the size instead of just looking at the picture which showed the half gallon size 64 oz but I was sent 32 oz. Other than that the prices are not really cheaper so, I may or may not order again there is no wow factor here.

Thrive has the highest quality products and great customer service if you ever need them which you probably won't. The nutritional information and ingredients list are easy to read and know what you are getting. My pantry remains stalked with high quality options and items I can't find locally. I have friends and family members who also use thrive and none of us have ever had an issue. Completely satisfied I will be an continuing customer.

Very happy with my new subscription to thrive. They offer many of the products I stock up on weekly and great weekly deals. I'm especially fond of their spices and supplements. The shipping would be my only complaint so far. My last box arrived with 2 items damaged and unusable. They provide a credit code via email which I find inconvenient. I needed the items for the week and now I need to go out and purchase them again I would have preferred a refund. A code I need to search through my email to find will most likely be forgotten so I'm that aspect I would almost rather purchase from Amazon since they're much better with damaged order refunds.
Answer: Do NOT wait for Thrive to cancel. If you do, you'll just find your account charged again next year. Call your CC and change your account!
