For the items I've ordered, the prices are great. It all depends what you need and want. Their delivery has been on time too and even during the beginning of our pandemic, they communicated that orders would late. We are all learning.

Thrive is a very well run business that puts customer service 1st. The product offerings are really excellent. The dry goods are great, lots of organic choices in groceries, pet food, personal care products. The wine selections are fantastic, and free of a lot of the additives that can cause headaches and digestion issues. The frozen meat and seafood options are really quite good as well. Thrive also contributes a lot towards low income, and other people in need during natural disasters, etc. I feel good about supporting this company.

I have never used an online market before, but I live in a town where I can't get a lot of the things I want locally. Thrive has made choosing healthy, inspiring food and household products easy for my family. I just keep coming back. I don't know what I did before!

Its ok always run out of stock takes forever to restock. Alot of things when you check out will all of a sudden will no longer be available

Thrive market prices are amazing considering all products are ethically sourced. Shipment arrives quickly, safely packed, and sustainably packaged (mostly recyclable packing materials).

I have been using Thrive market on and off for a couple of years. Now with the pandemic I have relied on them more. I love that they have some of my staple items that I would normally buy from whole foods at a discounted price. I haven't had any issues with shipping because they always communicate any delays and pack my materials well. I also like how they share the person who packed your box. They have had quite a few things out of stock during the pandemic however I wonder how much of that is at the fault of Thrive as oppose to the actual company. I am patient with them because I believe in their mission and the service they provide to the underpriveledged. I will continue to support.

It's nice having a very trusted site to find some combination of organic, high quality, hard to find products that are priced lower than at other places. For myself, baby, older child and husband! I love not only what they have but the responsiveness of their customer service! Not only in answering any questions but resplacing a broken item that came in a shipment. During the initial days of shortages and confusion of the covid issues, they were clear in what they could do and were doing. And did what they said.

The site is easy to navigate. Items are clearly labeled and easier to compare than many sites to include Amazon.
The breakdown for pricing is more consistent... such as price per ounce, rather than per item or a variety of ways to compare pricing. There have been times when items are out of stock. That is frustrating, but understandable due to supply chain breakdown during pandemic. Shipping is generally free for a modest order. The seldom times when items arrived damaged, they always refund or replace.
