Using thrive market makes it easy to eat healthy for a good price! They carry specialty items that can be a pain to try to track down through conventional grocery stores, and ultimately that can put people off of eating healthy. I also appreciate that they categorize things by different diets, which makes it easy to see which things are complaint with your particular way of eating. I had an issue with a few items in one of my shipments leaking and they immediately replaced them, and the person helping me was super nice and made the process super easy and seamless. The items come packed in recyclable packing, and the leaks were not due to poor packaging of the box, but rather that the item itself is a poor design from the manufacturer, not Thrive's fault. Ultimately I am extremely pleased with my experience!

It took me a couple of years to finally place my first order and I have been more than pleased. The ease of using the website and the customer service made first impressions stellar! My box arrived as expected and in very well thought out packaging. Everything that I ordered exceeded my expectations. I just placed my second order and I have referred to several family and friends. I also ordered a frozen meat order that arrived frozen solid as promised. It is some of the best, maybe "the" best grass-fed meat that I've ever tasted. The website is super easy to use. The selection of products is outstanding. I've been ordering for over two years and have been continually happy. I get almost all my non-perishable and dry goods through Thrive Market. It is cheaper and easier than anywhere else, particularly when you want healthy and diet-specific products.

Thrive carries what I need, has a "house brand" that is every bit as good as the standard ones, and saves me a 100-mile round trip into Albany NY to the nearest Whole Foods (who are more expensive than Thrive anyway)! So glad to have Thrive Market in my virtual back yard. (Note -- the picture is only the TOP of my order, which consisted of 40 different items.)

I bought on thrive market once using a discount code, then that was it. Then a month later they charged me an extra $64 without warning, when I confronted them about it and told them to delete my account, they said it was because they have a 30 day free trial (why didn't they warn me of that first?) and if you don't take action it will charge you automatically after the 30 days. But they deleted my account and said they'd give me a refund, they did. But then charged me RIGHT AFTER again. Don't buy from this scam-site, there's way cheaper options to buy from that don't use shady "membership" fees. You can't even delete your account or cancel your membership on your own! You have to go through them? That in itself is a scam. Lets hope they don't charge me next month too (especially since when I checked the website again, my account and all my information was still on there!)

After the trial, we charge the annual fee for our services, as clearly noted in the policy on the checkout page. We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated, as well as prior to renewal. Sometimes these can go to spam. I'll be reaching out to you via private message and would be happy to look into any unexpected charges for you right away!
If you are looking for a health / vitamin store this is the company you want to shop from. Prices, customer service are excellent. Their commitment and mission to not price gauge, help as many people as possible and to donate to those who need Is my mission also. I've told everyone I know about Thrive Mkt. I've been cooking since I've been a child. Food is my love language, and I sincerely enjoy everything associated with it. As I've aged, I've developed several GI issues and now have extreme dietary restrictions. Cooking, eating, entertaining and shopping have become difficult. Grocery shopping alone can involve trips to six local grocery stores just to get the basics. It's exhausting rather than fun, and specialty food is expensive. I found an ad for Thrive (possibly on Facebook) and thought I'd give it a try. I'm so, so glad I did. Many of the pantry items I need are available, cheaper than at the stores, and I can usually eliminate several stops on grocery shopping day all by spending a few minutes on the Thrive website. Delivery is quick and their packing is careful. I love this company and plan to stay a loyal customer for a long time.

I made the mistake of signing up for Thrive market. I then placed an order after spending over an hour trying to find something that I would use at a reasonable price. 2weeks later My order has never arrived but I was charged for it. Now I can't get anyone to help me on the phone or online! I can't get my money back or cancel my order. I could understand if it was a shipping delay but I have had absolutely no communication from this company. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I joined during the pandemic and while I understand there was an initial demand that was high, I would have thought that now in my fourth month I would be able to get a better choice. I order only once a month, just to counteract my fee with free shipping. I have really loved getting these boxes, but is it worth it after awhile when most of what I need isn't available?

I love Thrive Market for so many reasons. Their Customer Service is unbeatable & their products are 99.9% sent without being damaged. They pack their products so well compared to other on line retailers. I find myself ordering more and more from Thrive because of this. Who has time deal with retailers that want to cut cost on shipping? In the long run it just cost these retailers more money. At one point of my life, I was working full time, going to school part time and planning a destination wedding. I barely had time to feed myself let alone go shopping. Thrive itself is great, but the no name delivery service was awful. The driver actually rolled my box on to my doorstep and not surprisingly, several items were damaged. Thrive did an excellent job resolving the issue.

I've had three orders. First two arrived more than two weeks after order date. Third one finally arrived and the box was completely beat up and everything inside was battered and a mess. I am on a fixed income and wanted to try this for a healthier food source, but I am not satisfied with the company. Once I find out how to unsubscribe, which isn't easy to find I will end my subscription.

Selection, shipping, customer service, product info is all great. I can get healthy oils and vinegars, organic nuts, toothpaste and soap, laundry soap, staples, its all there. Stuff i can't find in my local rural grocery store.

I am in love with the products and the pricing. But the shipping took a very long time. Then when I finally found out the products were delivered, the driver did not drop them off at my door. Yes we live in a Canyon, but there is no snow on the road. I would suggest you get a different company to do your deliveries.

I do love Thrive. The only downfall is the packaging. Prob half of my orders have had something dented or damaged. If customer service wasn't so good with fixing the problem I would've stopped shopping here. I had ordered wax strips that were used and missing items in the box. That was very nasty so I mostly stick with food items.

I really like the fact that Thrive Market goes out of their way to be conscientious about the types of products they carry. They try to cater to everyone's needs and different diets in a healthy way. Other stores are also featured with sales and discounts, as well.
There are free gifts, and samples which I had a little trouble locating at first because they seem to be in different spots, and change frequently.
Overall though, they are pretty awesome.
