When you purchase tickets on their site they create a sense of urgency (with a timer and pop ups claiming the show is selling out quickly) so you don't take the time to read the fine print while trying to get tickets to a show you're really wanting to attend. All sales are final...even though they don't have tickets to the show yet, they disclose that all sales are final. I tried to protest with my bank and my bank said that their disclosure is legal, albeit a shady practice. Very frustrating indeed.

I got scammed by Ticket-Center.com. I paid a much higher price than I should have (on Ticketmaster and other sites), and when I called them to ask for my tickets asap, after my schedule changed and I'm now unable to attend the show, they told me they won't send them until 2 days before the show because the tickets are on "delivery delay". Total scam. I will never buy from this reseller again.

Shame on me for not doing my due diligence I suppose. I ordered two tickets for an event that the price should have been about $50 per ticket. I got charged $171.20 for two tickets and they withdrew $225 out of my account, with no mention on the receipt about what the other $53.80 was for. On their support chat, I was told (by a bot) that there are additional fees to keep 'their marketplace safe'. What a scummy garbage company.

I thought this was the box office of the venue. It turns out it is not and doubled the price; did not provided adjacent seats; and in addition charged a $48.00 service fee. These people should be in jail. I am going to dispute charge on my credit card.

This website poses as ticket master and then charges you 2x the price, plus very expensive handling fees. You do NOT need them. Contact your venue and make the purchase without them. And they run a robot-run customer service to avoid dealing with complaints. It is a scam. AVOID!

I went to what I thought was the Kennedy Center website when I was really led to tickets-center.com. I was in a hurry. The website said you'd better act fast. Hindsight is 20/20. All of their promotional language looked like a rip-off place but I continued. They won't issue a refund. Again. Consumer beware! There are plenty of available seats through the Kennedy Center box office and now I'm stuck with a ticket I don't want. I feel scammed. Do Not Use Unless You Are in Dire Straights. $24 service fee, $7 fee for emailing. And yes, I'm mad at myself for falling for it..

After reading many reviews I don't know whether to cry or laugh. It makes no sense or use to tell my story.
Clearly ticket-center.com is a place of scams, not because they speculate on prices but because they do not deliver what you bought and you have no one to complain to. It is incredible that this website is not banned by the authorities. Recommendation: if you used your credit card in this place, block it and change the number.

I've contacted this company numerous of times about getting a refund for this concert that never happened its going on 2 years now! I just want a refund! This is ridiculous and I'm no longer interested in this event! I spent well over 500 dollars for tickets for a concert that's not happening and this is so crazy and unprofessional! Give ppl back their money! Customer service is rude asf and will hang up on you nobody from this company cares at all! They just take your money! There's no way a customer should be waiting almost 2 years for a rescheduled show or a refund! This is a low down scheming company! I will be suing because this is not right so y'all will not be getting away with this! I've been very very patient but now I'm over it! The worst company ever to give your hard earned money to!

This company is engaging in unfair and potentially deceptive practices. I was sent a direct link to purchase tickets, and thought I was buying from a legitimate official seller. Tickets were over double face value, and the process to redeem these (from a reseller) is very sketchy.

I believe this is all fraudulent and don't want these tickets from this reseller and requested a refund, which they refused.

The rating should be zero. This company doesn't care how inflated the resale ticket is. I found out the tickets at the venue are all $69.00 for all seats. They were charging $163.00 and way above. Where is your conscious?

My husband purchased two tickets to a concert. I wondered where the seat numbers were, so I called them. The recording said, "if you purchased a group of tickets, they will be side by side". When I spoke to the Gentleman, he said that the seller was filling the order and we would know our seat numbers when the seller was done with that process. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told him, "we paid our money, I want my seat numbers". He put me on hold to speak with his manager. When he came back onto the line he told me, "your tickets are general admission, you should get there early to get the best seats". I do not know how they can guarantee we will be seated together when they open the venue doors and it is a free for all for the seats. Nowhere on the reciept or on the ordering page did it say, "general admission".

Just now I purchased two tickets for San Francisco Ballet's Nutcrackers on December 10. I paid $480 for those two tickets, Balcony J, then I went to San Francisco Ballet's official website and discovered that the same tickets were being sold for $19 apiece. What a rip off! I wanted to get a refund from Ticket Center, only to find out that they refuse to talk，and it also claims that all their sales are final. Be careful. Do not buy tickets from Ticket Center website.

Their link came up first when I Googled the Britt Music Center. I almost paid twice the going rate from the Britt tickets because I thought these people were the festival's ticket vendor. They are not. If this company comes up first for your venue, keep looking. They will rip you off!

Ticket center.com is very misleading website I purchased concert tickets recently and thought I was buying from ticket master but ticket center is a resale website charges way to much and has no refund policy! Big ripoff would highly NOT recommend! Ugh!

Hi, writing this review to remind folks to make sure to go to the venue's website to look at ticket prices. I was in a rush and erroneously clicked on ticket center's link and purchased tickets there that were twice the price of the tickets from the venue.

I agree with a previous post. This company refuses to give back a cancelled event to protect themselves financially. They are not considering the financial needs of their customers an issuing refunds. The event I bought tickets to has yet to be rescheduled and may never but I hold a voucher for 373.45 to apply. I understand how this has affected so many companies and the need to stay afloat by offering vouchers. However, in a time of need, the actions and lack of compassion shown by this company makes it impossible to support them in the future.

One star is too many and will be sure to let friends and family know that this is dishonest company.

Wow, what a disappointment. The Ticket Center customer service is designed to prevent any cancellation through closed loop website, email, live chat, and phone tricks. I spent 1 ½ hours trying to cancel a ticket when seat information wasn't clearly supplied until after the purchase…then the frustration begins. I'll never use these guys and can not recommend using them…. Boarder line scam customer service!

I'm not sure how because I'm fairly internet savvy, but this company duped me into buying 2 tickets for $739 to Hamilton that I thought were going to be excellent seats. Imagine my surprise when we showed up and we were within a couple rows from the very back of the theater. The people next to me paid $350 for the exact same thing. Shame on TicketCenter and shame on Ticketmaster whose software they used to transfer the tickets and shame on DPAC for not figuring a way to protect their customers from such scams.
