500 $ on 3 tickets, never received my tickets. I was told I would get them 2 days before the show, here I am with no tickets. I have called 3 times and no resolution. They assure me they sent them and they haven't and will not refund my money. I hate to admit it, but everyone else is right, they are a scam site.

I bought tickets to a concert only to find out after they charged my credit card that I had to be vaccinated to attend the show. They would not offer a refund or even an exchange for another show. Will NEVER use them again and advise others not to either!

My son bought tickets by accident. I called within minutes and was told "too bad." all of this for an event for which tickets were still available for 1/4 of the price. NEVER use this terrible service!

Do not buy from this website. Absolutely deceitful terms and conditions. I tried to cancel 10 mins after booking and they said they can't. I was also told they don't have the tickets in their possession PLUS cannot guarantee my two tickets will be together. What a bunch of crock. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. The 1-star rating from various reviews reveal a trend.

Ordered tickets for Disney on Ice. Never emailed us the tickets. Day of show called them a few times they said they were working in it. Called back hour before show and still no tickets. Demand to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over ten minutes then came back on to say no manager was around. Told them we wanted refund. They said they would put it in for processing. I don't have much faith in that. Went on ticketmaster and purchased better seats for a lot less money. Horrible scammers.

Worst company I have ever seen. I wish I could give 0 stars. I am so upset with myself that I did not realize they were a third party before purchasing. Tickets cost me three times as much as those sold on official websites. Customer service is absolutely terrible and will not give refunds. Their solution is to "resale your tickets on social media." The tickets will have a different name on them than your own and apparently, there is no way to change the name since Ticket-Center.com does not actually own the tickets even though they sold them to you. The tickets will come with the name of whoever purchased them originally. And there is no way to prove that they have not sold the ticket multiple times to multiple people. No way of proving that your ticket will actually work until you get to the venue/event. There is nothing on their website that says the tickets will not be in your name either. Major misrepresentation of information.

So I purchased tickets to a show off off the website for an event the very next day. When I got the ticket confirmation, the email indicated that I was confirmed for the following day, but when I downloaded the tickets, the tickets were dated for a show 4 months away. After 3 calls, several emails later, I was told the show had been rescheduled and I could go in December (vice July). I asked for my money back and I was told "no". When I asked to speak to a supervisor — the lady said "supervisors are not taking calls". So I bought tickets for a show, off of their website, got a good confirmation and then the tickets turn out to be for something 4 months later — and I cannot get a refund. Total fraudulent company.

My mom purchased us 2 general admission tickets to a concert as a Christmas gift. It wasn't till the weekend of the concert when I was looking up the venue that I realized the tickets were only $29.50 at the venue through live nation. My mom was charged $187.50 for the same 2 tickets. I feel so bad for my mom who is on a fixed income and was just trying to do something nice for us :(

Do not purchase anything from this company. I had purchased 9 tickets for a concert that was cancelled at the end of May. I tried calling the company multiple times to request a refund, they kept me on hold for over an hour and then hung up on me. I tried sending daily emails to request a refund and they never responded. They only offered a credit which they said was part of a "new policy". I Do not want a credit for 9 tickets, I just want my money back. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is the most unethical business!
They "present" as the official site for a venue, then basically rape you in the price, service charge, etc., and then you have absolutely no recourse to change, cancel, let alone speak to anyone.
That they continue to do business is abhorrent.

RUN AWAY from these crooks...biggest scam...I purchased tickets several months from the event I was going to. Was promised tickets would arrive 1 week before the event. I literally emailed/call them 4 to 5 times everyday only to get an email saying the tickets would be at Will Call. We picked them up and they were NO WHERE near where I purchased them. I had tickets on the floor and we ended up in nose bleed seats. I wish there was a way to lock these crooks up.

The event I purchased a ticket for was rescheduled to a day earlier due to forecasted severe weather. I could not be at the event on the day of the rescheduled event. I called Ticket Center and explained my situation at they said they would not provide a refund since the event was not cancelled - only rescheduled. They said I could resell the ticket on another site or give it to a family member or friend. Absolutely unacceptable. So, I am out $160.50 as I could not be at the event on the day it was rescheduled to. They played lawyer with me starting that if the event was cancelled I would have received a refund, but since it was only rescheduled to another day they are not obligated to refund me. For all intents and purposes, the event was cancelled for me. Please don't use Ticket Center.

I purchased tickets for Bonnie Raitt for October 2022 and was sent a link to accept tickets but it was a false site and when I was sent customer survey it as well was not of legitimate site as well. They have run through the same song and dance over 10 times. They are thieves and don't use this site!

We had purchased tickets for an upcoming event. A family commitment conflicted with this event and they would not issue a refund. Other companies that sell tickets for multiple people will refund your money and have the seller resell the tickets. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone my friends or family!

I purchased 9 tickets over 2 months before the event. Tickets were not deliver until 7 hours before the event and my entire family were separated and not able to sit together. I purchased ahead so we could sit together. Because the tickets were not delivered until 7 hours before the show there was nothing I could do. Will not be using company again. I reached out and they said I was only guaranteed a zone. I could have purchased from another site for same or less of a price and get the seats together.

Never got any mobile tickets to download or view, spent my night messaging Ticketcenter.com (because no body is there answering phones at 7:00 on a Saturday night) and crying at the Venue, and my phone was dying! It was horrible!
They would keep resending the same email! Today, over a week later I called again because I never received an email they said they would send to help me get a refund and the lady said no, we will not refund you because you didn't download the tickets! So I asked her to walk me through it, to see what I was doing wrong, so she sends it over again, but this time it has a pdf on the bottom, and there they were!
I was so upset again, but now I know for a fact it was Ticket Center and NOT my phone! They also make you do a review when your buying the tickets, it's gotta be the only reason they have any good reviews!

You obviously pay immediately, however you receive your tickets at the very last moment before your event! Heaven forbid, life happens and your plans change! They leave you No time to sell your tickets, and this site doesn't help sell your tickets or refund! Be sure you can make any event or there's a very good chance you will get "stuck" with the tickets!
