Upon looking up the show I wanted to purchase tickets for TICKET-CENTER popped up. I purchased three tickets for $387.95. I then found out that I could get the exact same tickets for $80.75. On the same day I purchased they refused to cancel my tickets. I then asked for a refund of the difference. They refused as Ticket-Center purchased the tickets from a seller. Upon asking for the sellers name I again was refused. Reason? Confidential RIP OFF

I purchased tickets last night and when I looked at all their reviews on their page they have a great rating. Something didn't seem right after I placed the purchase. I called the number off their page and got some guy who has no customer skills. He basically said to bad we have your money. I will be disputing this with my credit card as soon as I post. I also went to BBB to find the reviews there. There is nothing on the BBB page but complaints filed and bad reviews which is what I will be doing next. From what I have read from other sites outside of the one they use that only they can post on this is nothing but bad. They don't allow google reviews somehow. They protect themselves from their horrible business practices as much as they can

Do not buy your tickets here! They sold me tickets to a local children's recital as if they were legitimately tickets to the Nutcracker ballet. IT WAS A RECITAL! There was not one adult in the performance. We left and I called to get some sort of resolution. The customer service agent was not helpful. When I asked to talk to a manager she told me they don't allow that. Run, don't walk, away from Ticket Center!

This site is a complete scam,selling tickets for 3- times the original price of tickets,they tell you they'll send them 3 days before the event, then send a text to your phone,instead of tickets to your email, stating verify your tickets transfer by using your email, once you put the email in,the site will say someone has already used your email, and your tickets have been sold,a foreigner will answer your call apologizing about the confusion, then tell you they'll give you better seats at a lower price,but tell you,you have to pay again, before getting your refund for your first tickets.

Purchased 6 tickets to a Baseball Game during a family vacation. Due to COVID-19, the game was cancelled. Ticket Centers offered store credit and not a refund. We don't live in AZ, and won't ever be able to use the credit. I'm out $350, and their only response was, Oh well. I'll never use this site again!

This website is a total scam. I went to this site thinking it was the legitimate site to purchase tickets to a college sporting event. Totally got fooled. Shame on me this time. Shame on Ticket-Centers for stealing money from hard working people.

I purchased 4 tickets to a concert at what appeared to be face value of $46.00. I thought that the total would be around $200. The actual total was $813 after they added additional fees. Groups like this shouldn't be in business.

Bought Spring Training Tickets. MLB cancelled game due to lockout. They won't refund money. Offshore answering service says the event is postponed and they can't refund. The game will never be played and I will never see my money. They suuuccckk. Don't use them they are not trustworthy.

I bought tickets from this site because I thought it was the official one for an event location that is fairly close to my home. I thought I would save me a trip downtown. Foolish I trusted that this was the site that assisted in finding the best seats.
When I print the tickets I come to find that they are not that close or in visibility of the performance. I also find that it's more than twice the actual price of the seat. From $80 I paid $200. This company needs to go down. I bought two tickets for $400. And I could've just driven down and paid $160 for the same seats. Horrible. I'm about to complain to the better business bureau.

I purchase 4 tickets to a concert and the seating were not close to each other. There was seats in different rows And spread out. They would not issue me a refund or or work with me whatsoever. I don't recomend this shady company to anyone. Buyer beware

I bought two tickets to a baseball game last Friday Milwaukee vs. Yankees and also paid for preffered parking $71, what a joke. 6 rows from the initail entrance about a mile away. Do not waste your money here!

What a ripoff! I made the mistake of clicking on the first ad that came up and wasn't paying attention. The ticket I bought was over twice the price I would have paid had I gone to a the venue link itself. Terms and Conditions prevent any refunds or exchanges. Live and learn.

We had a concert planned in September that got rescheduled to Dec and we will be unable to attend that date. The musicians website stated all tickets would be honored and refunded if unable to attend the scheduled event. I called event center and nope they don't refund rescheduled events per policy! Maureen the lady I spoke with was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with! I'm so surprised after reading all the negative reviews they seemed to still be in business! The bad thing is the musicians may not even be aware that company's are not honoring what they clearly post on there website!

Tickets for a Detroit sporting event were ordered and paid for via online Ticket Center one month before event.
Ticket Center did not email me the tickets as they said they would on the day before event.
After speaking with at least 6 different Ticket City agents, beginning on the promised day of reneged disbursement ( one day before event) and into hours before the scheduled event, they cancelled my order.
They however, reissued the tickets four hours before the event, when it was too late for my out of town guests to make it to the event.
The company refused to refund me even though they did not meet their agreed upon transaction of emailing the tickets the day before the event.
Some people have had success with this site, while many have not. I recommend that you do not use this site and save yourself stress.

I was automatically sent to this site from the Dell website looking for tickets. I wasn't paying enough attention but thought it was super strange that the tickets were so high. I paid $250 plus for two $30 tickets. Beware! I also was told my tickets would arrive the next day, now it's saying the day of the show. In their terms and conditions it says tickets have up to an hour before the show starts to be delivered. Such a scam! You got me once, but you will not get me again, you dirtbags!

Horrible horrible company. Do not buy tickets from this scam of a company. Took months of trying to get in touch with them. By phone, email, even live chat. First email I received from them saying show was postponed, said if we could not make it, we would be eligible for a refund. That was September. Four months later I finally get ahold of them, for them to tell me their policy changed. I'm responsible for selling the tickets. I reported them to BBB they have over 5000 complaints just in the last year.

I purchased Tickets for Riverdance on Feb 8,2022 thru Tickets-Center.com. I was later notified that it was rescheduled for May 2,2023. I requested a refund since its over 1 year and 3 months away from original date and I'm unable to attend. They advise me that they will only give refund if its cancelled. I spoke with customer service (Darling) via chat line and was advised that they wouldn't send me a copy of the refund policy stating this!

I also noticed that they are selling tickets to the Prescott Rodeo. If you go to The Prescott Rodeo site they are not authorized to sell! It states on the Prescott Rodeo Site, "Please Do Not buy tickets from any other website, as they are not legitimate!. This company is a joke! Save your money and buy from a legitimate company!

I Purchased tickets for the show in a good section and months in advance. And I received tickets in the Nose Bleeds. For $250 Each?! I requested a refund or upgrade and was told no. Such horrible business practices. I was fooled and sold trash. I paid $566 for 2 $50 Tickets. I will be sure to write to the BBB and all that your tickets-center.com is a fraudulent company and is only out to steal your money. I hope your business dies.
