I Purchased tickets for the show in a good section and months in advance. And I received tickets in the Nose Bleeds. For $250 Each?! I requested a refund or upgrade and was told no. Such horrible business practices. I was fooled and sold trash. I paid $566 for 2 $50 Tickets. I will be sure to write to the BBB and all that your tickets-center.com is a fraudulent company and is only out to steal your money. I hope your business dies.

I bought 2 tickets for Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the Ryman in Nashville. Could not download tickets site problems. The guy on the phone could not understand us and vise versa. Got into show 45 minutes after it started. Did not get the tickets I paid for. They resold them. The tickets they gave me were I. The very last row. Very last row and they say they upgraded my tickets. And they are a sponsor of the Ryman. The Ryman should cut ties with this company. I will spread the word everywhere. Do not ever buy tickets from this place. No exchanges. No Refunds and they don't release the tickets in time for you to resell them. I even bought insurance and I STILL can't return them. I totally got scammed.

I arrived at the venue and when I said I was using ticket center they rolled their eyes and said "We're so sorry, we can tell you now this won't be easy. Never use them" And they were right. I never got a link for my tickets and they arrived at 2, at which time the theater has a strict policy of no late admissions, so I had to just get 3 tickets right there. It was stressful for no reason. I am about to start the process for a refund and I can already tell it's going to be drama.

Completely useless, claimed they sent the tickets but I never received them. Called multiple time order, they called it a re-transfer and wanted a different email to send to, order was "Pending" up until the time of the event. They claim they sent the tickets and so no refund.

The day before Christmas Live with Amy Grant and Michael W Smith concert at DPAC, I got a call cancelling my purchase because the seller couldn't transfer the ticket with less than 24 hour's notice. The only other option I was offered was to downgrade my seats from orchestra to upper tier balcony at the DPAC. I was able to purchase an equal value ticket in the same seating area for the same price on Ticketmaster.

They won't answer you via customer service until you threaten to charge back your card, then they tell you that "you should have read the terms and conditions." I reported them to the BBB. Do not use them.

Ticket center is a nightmare! They will not take your call until day of show and then put you on hold for an hour and then hang up! I paid $400 for a dead link and they refused to send another, needless to say, MISSED THE SHOW! Lying cheating scammers!

I thought I was buying tickets on ticketmaster because they came up first on my google search. My attention to detail was obviously lacking! I bought tickets for my favourite comedian, paid what I believed was $322.00 for 2 tickets (I love this comedian so much that seemed like the correct price). Then I got my VISA bill and saw it was actually Ticketcantre not ticketmaster AND it was American money and I paid $487.00 CAD! The tickets I bought are $67.80 on ticketmaster. I immediately contacted Ticketcentre and they are of absolutely no help. So please do be very careful! I overpaid for crappy tickets in the balcony by over $350. I totally understand that it is my mistake but please be warned!

BEWARE! I thought I was on the Yoshi's site and bought tickets from TicketCenter. I regretted it immediately. I realized I was not on the Yoshi's site. Tickets on the Yoshi's site (the venue of the concert) cost much less. TicketCenter charged me 2.4 times the actual price for tickets. And they do not give refunds!
To make it even worse, I am told I will not get my tickets until the day before the concert- and they will not guarantee that I will even receive the tickets before the concert!
BEWARE! This is terrible!

I bought tickets for my 8 year old grandson who is very ill. He loves the Grinch. How can this company still be ripping people off. They don't give you seat numbers!

If I could give them negative stars I would. They sold me so-called tickets to Disturbed. Added extra fees so it cost more than ticketmaster if you can believe that. Then said they would e-mail the tickets just before the concert. Of course never got the e-mail so I bought lawn tickets through ticketmaster. They crooked me for $250. DO NOT USE THESES CROOKS.

They sold us the tickets through Ticket-Fulfillment Services LP a SCAM see information in BBB and Fraud Credit Cards. To complete, they never sent the tickets, just an image that seemed like a complete fraud. The image said that the ticket cost $75.20 (two tickets) and they deducted $617.50 from my son's account.

Do not purchase tickets from this site. Represents 3rd party sellers and the tickets were not legitimate for the venue! SO frustrating to drive an hour into Houston to see Rock of Ages at the Hobby center and the print out I was sent as tickets were not accepted by TUTS. They said the tickets had been scalped and to only buy tickets for events through the actual venue.

On November 17,2023, I Googled "ticket office" for show at Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre in Red Bank, NJ. I hit the first link and it appeared to be the ticket office of Meridian Health Theatre, with visuals and tickets choices. My ticket search said just a few remain. So I BOUGHT two $89 tickets. When I went to payment it added a $25 fee and an additional small fee which brought two tickets to $235! I paid but then rechecked the google search and found the official ticket office. There were many tiks available at all prices. My tickets were selling for $40 each or $80 total. Within 10 minutes I called TicketCenter and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a rep who said I read the small print and there are no refunds. He said I should try to resell the tickets. VISA accepted a complaint but said that TicketCenter will just send a photoshoot of the box i checked. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they identified and cancelled a monthly subscription plan for $235/month, which I did not request. However they said they could not get a refund and I should talk to TicketCenter, which already said no refund. TicketCenter makes it's money by misleading consumers. Google is also at fault for allowing these ads to show up first in a search and PayPal should screen their client companies because they are enabling misleading marketing. Too many people in financial tech lack ethics.
