They overcharge for concert tickets. Tickets on their site were $45 LESS on AXS.com even after fees. Tickets at work will not make it right. They rip members off. I do not recommend ordering from them. Check around for better prices
This is crazy. I accidentally entered the wrong arrival date by one day on a 5 day booking. As soon as i saw the receipt, i saw the error. I contacted them well within 24 hours, and was told if i wanted to drop the one night, i would have to first cancel the full 5 night stay and then see if i would be given ANY refund. So - i have to cancel a 5 night stay (and you know there will be no refund) just to try and drop one night that was fat-fingered during entry on their website? I really have no option but to keep what inhabe and pay for the extra unintended night. This is the second bad experience with them. I will not usr them again.

We are currently sitting at our hotel where we made a reservation for in May and the money was withdrawn. But the hotel never got any payment. Now we have to pay twice for our stay and can't get ahold of them for our refund
We apologize but the hotel supplier did reach out to the hotel and they decided to charge the customer a cheaper rate. The guest was refunded and a manager who handles Consumer Affair issues tried to call the customer a few times last night and today. We advise the guest to give this manager a call when she is available.
Booked a hotel & payed through ticketsatwork.com as I've done several times before. We get to the hotel and the receptionist as for the card on file and my drivers license. I handed him both and he told me they don't accept chime cards. I told him I had already paid through ticketsatwork.com & showed him my confirmation. Ended up contacting ticketsatwork.com and they assure me I would hear back from someone within 72hours. I waited the assured time and never got a email or phone call. I called and emailed them numerous times & they told me they were working on it & they needed to contact the 3rd party. I waited weeks and weeks & still never heard from anyone. Here it is 5 months later & im writing this review to warn others. Be very careful when using this website. They do NOT stand behind they word.
I booked a hotel room in march for July. In April, I asked if I could cancel and refund or reschedule to another day. They said they would open a ticket and had to ask hotel. Hotel said no per ticket response given. So I just kept the reservation as is. Now it is 2 days before reservation and I call hotel on question on stay and am told hotel was cancelled. Called T@W and was told it was cancelled it and I won't get a refund. I have no emails saying they cancelled it nor did I agree to not getting a refund. My inquiry was a question on options, the response I got on the ticket was there was no options. Was on hold for 30 min as they read my ticket and responses. Agent finally say they can't rebook and need to escalate on a refund. They said they would call me back that night and I have heard nothing.
The worst customer service I have ever come across. No help in resolving any of the issues with absolutely no care on their end. I will never use and will make sure that our university removes this link from their employee benefit website. How can you cancel an order on me and charge for different seats and then tell me that you cannot cancel the one you all booked without my consent?
Please do not use their services. If you are a company I recommend not partnering with them. Their service is ridiculous and the locations chosen for hotels are slum, drug infested areas. It's very dangerous to allow such false advertising. This happened to me back in September 2023. I asked for a refund because, I did not stay at the property after pulling up and saw the location and facility was nothing like they advertised. I was terrified for my life. I'm not the first person this has happened too. I saw a trend when I started researching. I wish I had researched ahead of time. I suggest using booking.com They have never set me up like this company. Be careful and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They will lie to keep your money. It's a scam. Companies stop partnering with this company it's not worth having your reputation connected with them.
As a 3rd party we sell thousands of hotels. We recommend making you as a guest you pick the right hotel you need by looking through the reviews. We looked at the guest order and do not see any complaints or concerns about this matter. If the guest can kindly call us back or reach out to us, we will appreciate this.
Please do not I repeat do not use this company they are fraudulent and will take your money and submit fake documents to the bank so that you cannot receive your money back I have been trying to resolve and is sure with them for a month and have gotten nothing the hotel I booked stated that services were canceled and they still refuse to give me my money back I keep getting different emails from different people saying different things save your self the time and stress and book with a different company.I'm looking into legal options at this point!
Id give them 0 if i could. Absolutely awful to work with. They screwed me over for a car rental. Saying you will receive an email 48 hours prior. Received no email till the day before, and when you try and go in to manage the booking it will not allow you to change anything, I had to purchase a whole new car rental because of this and they just keep sending me the same generic email over and over. They are horrible to work with. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
We apologize but you can get the booking possibly emailed 24 to 48 hours before the date of pick-up. Once the booking is made it is considered a final purchase. However, please provide us an order number and we will gladly look into your issue.
I booked a supposed four-star hotel hotel through tickets at work and when I got to the hotel there was blood on the bathroom floor, shampoo bottle, one of the pillows and headboard. The hotel had no manager on duty and no maintenance service to clean my room. Tickets at work advertised it as a four-star hotel, it was barely a cheap motel. I asked for a refund and have been getting the runaround. I was even told that I had to contact the hotel on my own and get a letter from the manager that they agree to the cancellation. The hotel agreed to refund everything but tickets at work is refusing to do so.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
