Totally disappointed. They don't arrive, they send untrue messages about having tried to contact us. Worst service I have ever experienced. I never give bad reviews or give one star but giving one star is too much. Never again knowingly.
Left a fed ex door tag on my door when I was home 20ft away. The fed ex door tag provided is an invalid fed ex number and does not work so no fed ex support is accessible. In ebay tracking it shows tnt failed delivery attempt and my package is now back at tnt depot awaiting my instructions. Which is more nonsense since the fed ex door tag left no contact info for tnt,, only fed ex,, which the tag number is completely invalid in fed ex system. Complete incompetent trash. Waited 2 weeks for important international package only to be lost by tnt/FedEx unaccountable door tag tracking and confused online tracking and non existent customer support. Use these companies at your own peril.
Package has been at the depo for 215 hour's, item is just sitting there been on the phone for 7.5 hours lost a days work just trying to get it delivered still not here. If want to loose customers feel free to use TNT.
No one calls back ever. 15km away. I understand that mistakes can and do happen, but this is beyond that. When your sole business is delivering goods and this is the outcome on their premium service,
I have no way of getting my goods I've explain what the contents are and the importance makes no difference I'm at a loss on how to even get my item now.
9 phone calls, 7.5 hours time spent ' calling them 'lost income due to time spent due to being hindered by not having my goods,

Three times in two years TNT shipping has misdirected our packages to the wrong portal - packages meant to go from Portugal to the States were put in portals meant for inter-Euro shipping. Instead of arriving in a week or so, they've taken up to 6 months to get here. My current disaster with them is supposedly in transit to me now (scheduled for a 24 December delivery - this was shipped from Portugal on 3 November). When I call TNT to complain they tell me the tracking number that they themselves eMailed to me, doesn't exist in their database. Why does this company even exist?
TNT severely damaged my air conditioner in transit (cracked exterior in multiple places, scraped and dirty up the front face). Instead of returning it to the supplier, they knowingly delivered it anyways damaged. This is called wilful negligence. I had to take a day off of work to receive it, as its extremely heavy.
Upon request of a replacement they refused to allow me to keep the cosmetically damaged unit, due to the hassle of moving it back out to the front, and compensation for having to take ANOTHER day off of work to rectify their wilful negligence, or to provide any financial compensation, and asked me to source a printer for their label and purchase repacking materials for their return.
Shocking behaviour from a Dutch company, I would expect better. Avoid this company at all costs.
This is the worst courier company l have ever used!
I live in Spain and I go through a courier proxy site to book deliveries.
Both times I have chosen TNT the same things happened.
1. I book a pick up date and time... NO ONE ARRIVES, sometimes they are two days late. So I spend all day waiting not leaving the house.
2. I book a 3 day delivery and because no one picks it up the parcels are not delivered in the 3 days, more like 6 to 8 days!
3. They on both occasions have taken more money from my Paypal account claiming the parcel weighed more or was not the size claimed... both times l had to claim the money back.
I wasted my three days to receive this document. Today I waited all day for document. But delivery driver didn't turned up. But he uploaded a just one dark photo for evidence. Big lier. Rubbish service.
This is the worst shipping company ever. Ive ordered my package over a week ago and its in japan instead of the USA. It was suppose to be a gift to someone. Well, ive missed that party to gift them. Smh. My order date was took down after it was 4 days passed that delivery date and checking the tracking online boils my blood just go to see my package tracker saying "delayed " every time. A poor company
Don't turn up when book for 8.30am when you speak to customer services they say they don't collect that early though site gives you the option. You never hear back from your customer service account manager. All deliveries end up with items missing damaged and or destroyed. They send small collection vehicles even though they have asked you for the size and weight of your goods. They don't send out invoices and don't tell you when they freeze your account. Wish my firm didn't use this company.
It has been more that 9 days since custom cleared my goods and consignment is still at Dartford Hub. I call them almost everyday and one day I am told that shipment has gone to my local TNT depot then the next day they tell me that it is still at Dartford. They are not able to track this 1 metre cube box. Each member of staff is guessing where the shipment might be but no one is sure. I complained but no result. They tell you item will be delivered when it is possible as they have a huge backlog.
Just to remind you all that TNT has merged with FEDEX (those who have used FEDEX they know what i am talking about).
