My sister and I have several pairs of toms shoes, they are cute, fun and stylish. What we love most about this site or company is what they bring to their company other than making profit for themselves, they bring joy to children who can't afford a pair of shoes. (Every time you buy a pair of shoes, a pair is donated to a child in need) They now sunglasses and for every pair purchased, the gift of site is given to a person in need. Awesome company.:)

I recently bought a pair of Toms Kallie Wedge Booties. I purchased a size 6 as that is the size I am and have worn in other Toms shoes. When I got the shoes, I tried them on, and they felt a little snug around the width of the foot, but the heel and toe had room, so I thought they would stretch out. I wore them for 3-4 hours and my foot literally went numb from being squeezed so tightly. (I have a very small foot). I then tried to return the shoes and was told there is nothing they can do because I've already worn them (for 3 hours). That was it. I was told that I probably ordered the wrong size and that there is nothing wrong with the shoe. Very unhelpful.
I bought two pairs of toms a week ago and there is already holes in them :( i am NOT happy about it. I will never waste my money and time on these shoes. I tried to contact them and never heard anything. If i wanted holes in my shoes i would of went to payless...
Somehow Tom's got my email address (probably from LinkedIn) and began sending all too regular email ads, refusing to honor all "Unsubscribe" attempts. Calling did absolutely no good, unless I wanted to place an order. While their public appearance is nice and benevolent, there appears to be a dark predatory side beneath that. I seriously do not like being continually harassed, not to mention their repeated violation of the Federal CAN-SPAM Act.
I received my White canvas Alpargata... cute but not comfortable. Super lightweight, the edges all around the shoe is rough. I thought they would be like comfortable like sketchers but they didn't compare. I am really picky about my shoes being comfortable and these were far from it. Would NOT recommend!

Firstly, their alpargatas are awful. There'e a reason that you see so few of them around these days. They are so small, so tight, and not healthy for anyone's feet. I've worn an US Women's 8.5 for almost my entire life. I've bought so many shoes in that size with no issues, but Toms are different. The soles are SO narrow and the tops are SO tight. I couldn't even get my foot inside! The soles to be 50% wider to even accommodate the average foot and not be a binding nightmare. The length of the shoe was almost normal, but if it hadn't been for that I would've assumed that I'd accidentally gotten a child's size.
Beyond that, customer service is awful. I don't mean rude, and I don't blame the customer service employees for just doing what they're told. I mean that their policies are trash. NO alterations to orders that you JUST placed, NO price adjustments (even when their website mysteriously removes your 15% coupon during the last step, as happened to me), NO refunds, NO free returns, NO wiggle room, NO anything. Lots of sketchy stuff such as the free shipping minimum changing depending on what computer you're on.
I have included pictures of my soon-to-be-donated size 8.5 Toms in comparison to the soles of my well-loved 8.5 Converse and 8.5 Bobs. Please consider carefully whether or not these will even fit you before buying, because returns aren't allowed on most items and cost $7.50 on the rest! Oh yeah, and their socks are really tiny and ridiculous too.
Returned 2 pairs of shoes(115$) a few days after receiving them. Paid 20$ to get them shipped back. Tracked my shipping #. My shoes where in Surrey at Toms. SURPRISE SURPRISE they say they never got them and wont reimburse or credit. Welll TOMS just so you know alll good things come to an end. Ive read previous comments about the same issue. You will only be able to do that so many times. Karma willl get you!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, I never received them it says not deliverable address. UPS returned back to Toms on 3-25-22 its is now 4-27-22 no refund and no way to contact Toms no chat available and phone # doesn't work. Worse decision I ever made to order shoes from Tom's so upset. I had to give at least 1 star or I would of done none HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
$54 to return a $70 pair of sandals from Montreal. Sorry mam, no free return in Canada. See small print on our web site... never again.
They should learn from amazon what customer service should be like!
Also fire their recruiting stuff asap they are clearly drunk for hiring such an antipathetic rude ppl.
