I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
Edward was very helpful in summarizing and arranging a working life of almost 40 years into a cohesive document that might get some attention.
I subscribed to the monthly service, but was charged the annual rate.

Worthless organization; dont WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$
A week after I already signed up Katie, keeps discounting the program if I sign up.
My requests to confirm anything went unanswered. Telephone call to their customer service did not yield any better

These people take your money and then don't do anything. Literally, I spent $350 on not a single thing. Their customer service takes 5-10 to respond with a BS email. It's a scam.

The writers don't read the initial survey or feedback you send in. They just copy and paste a lot of irrelevant buzz words to meet the deadline. There's no formatting whatsoever. I gave TopResume a try because glassdoor recommended it. TRUST ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Although the initial questionnaire can be very helpful, sometimes our writers might decide that they have enough information from your original resume to write a new one. However, I'll definitely look into the issues you've mentioned regarding the irrelevant words and the lack of formatting.
Waste of time. Edited resume I received had way too many spelling errors it's like they don't even check their work. I would not recommend them at all under any circumstances.
