Either there is a giant difference in service, or the positive ones are fake. I bought a large package with LinkedIn, Cover letter, thank you letter and resume writing.
I sent them two resumes, linked in profiles, my cover letter etc to ensure that they had as much data as possible.
I ended up receiving template letters, a resume that was the wierdest ever with dates all wrong and a total misunderstanding in what it is I do.
The Linked in service was a template that was filled out with the really bad resume.
I ended up spending an entire evening rewriting everything and sending it back with word tracking.
5 days later I receive more-or-less the same package I just sent to them. I wrote back and said that at lease they could fill out the LinkedIn template correctly since I've paid 400 bucks for it. And that was it... never heard from them again.
Don't just don't buy anything from them. They aren't interested in helping. Only to make money.

I paid $249 for their LinkedIn profile, coverletter, and resume. At the cost of $249 and what I received, it wasn't worth the cost. LinkedIn profile was my resume but just in paragraph form which anybody with half a brain could do. If you are mid level career then I would say they do an sub par job. If you are looking to go from an mid level to professional then you are wasting your money. They re-formatted my resume and took away bulletpoints, that's it. Top Resume is a company that will rob you.

The team at Top Resume is top notch. They were very professional and easy to work with. They were also very timely in their responses back to me. I am very satisfied woth the end product and would recommend them to candidates at any level; entry level to director level and beyond.
I had a terrible experience with TopResume.com. The quality of the resume they delivered was subpar, with numerous errors and formatting issues. Despite multiple attempts to provide feedback and ask for revisions, the writers did not implement the changes I requested. They were also very slow to respond, which was frustrating since I had paid for expedited service.
To make matters worse, the customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful. They refused to accept any responsibility for the poor quality of the product, and would not even return my calls or respond to my emails as promised. It was a nightmare trying to get any kind of resolution, and I ultimately had to file a chargeback to get my money back.
Overall, I would not recommend TopResume.com to anyone. Their product quality is subpar, their customer service is non-existent, and their writers are unresponsive and unwilling to make changes. Save your money and go elsewhere for your resume needs.

I use Top resume services to redo my entire resume. The turn around time was fantastic. There draft was sent to me the next day from the time I signed up for there services. I reviewed the resume and sent it back for finalization. Once, I received the final resume, I submitted for two positions. A week in a hlaf later I was called by two financial institution requesting interviews with me. I highly recommend Top Resume services to anyone.
The turnaround period was very quick and I got my CV updated in a matter of days. The layout looked a lot better than my original CV. My only criticism is that it seemed the CV layout was just copied from a template and I didn't feel it was particularly tailored to my specific needs.
I found this site, the resume, cover letter & my writer to be absolutely wonderful! The resume that I received back did not even cover my skillset. It was a resume from someone else that they added a few things, but left things that I never did... I am a CEO, it made me look like a project manager. I feel like I am wasting time and money
When my resume critique was done the feedback was that I had not done a good job of telling my story in a manner in which HR managers wanted to see it and that it was too activity oriented and not about results, so I assumed a rewrite would be done to accomplish that. I knew that it needed to be in a more organized and concise format so I asked for that as well.
It was reformatted nicely, but there were essentially no changes to anything I had previously written. It was my own "ineffectual" resume reformatted. I did give this feedback to the writer who said it looks better and that she wasn't going to make any more changes.
Unless you want to pay for a resume reformat, its not worth the money.

Sent in my old resume and got the Career Evaluation Package along with Linkedin Makeover. I was assigned to Nnodim. O. Nnodim did a great job revising my old resume, cover letter, and linkedin profile. About a week later I got an interview with the organization I applied for and landed a job.
I purchased the resume and cover letter package. My resume defiantly needed a tune up. Even though I am currently looking for a new position I coach both crossfit and lacrosse during the week and I am a freelance videographer and photographer so time is very important to me. They saved me a ton of time getting my resume and cover letter into working order. Their customer service was great and response time with my write was quick. Even when I messed up the format because I opened the file in Google docs and not Word, they were quick to recover all the work we had done. With a 60 day interview grarentie I feel like this is a no brainer, I will either have an interview or my money back.
They brought my resume from a maybe call back to a must call back. I have recieved many compliments on my resume. It was a great starting point. I have since updated it with a new job and was able to take what they have written about my previous jobs and use that as an example to better write my update.

Answer: It depends, if you want to pay for a mediocre format riddled with errors that has the language equivalent of a high-schooler. You will end up paying $100 for something you could have sat down and done in an hour and a half.
