Didn't get a call from anyone at time that was set up
As a job seeker you are eager to spend any dime to get the best help possible to land an Interview, but folks with TopResume make sure don't waist your money. It's been almost 8 to 9 days I haven't received my draft. After calling 5 days I got an e-mail we are busy working with resume. Next day I got an e-mail by my writer introducing herself responding to the e-mail no response what so ever, again called them, then received an e-mail by my writer being ill. Folks I have LinkedIn pro and I used their resume writer got 5 writers with my background less the money TopResume take and they work with you diligently with a specific time. I haven't received my first draft after 10 days. Neither I want to work with them neither I want a refund, hell with it. Be safe and don't use TopResume.
This company actually sent MY OLD resumes to my credit card company claiming them as proof of work product. There was never any work done for me by this company. I purchased the $219 package and they've done nothing but harass, lie to me along with hundreds of other complaints on the BBB website. Wish I'd of consulted them instead of trusting the positive online reviews.

The writer appointed to me was Abe and he was incredible in getting all my skills and qualities on to the resume. I just had 2 small changes done to the initial draft of resume. And he helped me with that in just a day. He quickly responded, altered the content to my suggestions and even offered me help even after my package was over. He helped me with the resume even after my subscription period to correct a small error and offered me help in the future.
After getting my revised resume, I get calls from recruiters and my application gets viewed.

Cut and paste buzz phrase resume was worthless. Critique was the same. English is my primary language and the writer should be able to communicate in English. My accomplishments were in technology area's they had had no clue on what to do but to follow the deadlines and give me bogus accomplishments.it was truly the worst experience ever.

This service was just the worst. My resume writer butchered my resume, just used a mishmash of words with poor grammar. The bullets he wrote also made no sense. They were just a cut and paste of phrases from my original resume except after the word mish mash, they made no sense. Customer service is awful and refused to refund me anything although the resume and cover letter I got were nonsensical. STAY AWAY. They also aggressively try to take down negative reviews from TrustPilot and other sites to artificially seem like a high rated business.
