TopResume's assistance made my resume more professional and visually attractive. Their service was not perfect though, as editors are not guaranteed to be familiar with the resume convention in each and every industry, it helped me secure offers to some extent. I am satisfied overall.

His is the worst website i have ever had in my career. This is unprofessional and providing fake " copy paste" Material to their customers. I have spent 189 USD Dollar Package Career Evolution. I have struggled since last 3 Months they dont have skillful writer and their customer department is not resolved my queries.

They just kept my money and added nothing project details, search on profile. I would strongly recommend its better to download free template and convert you CV / Profile while spending money on them.

Hope fully some action should be taken for these type of service provider to create bad image all over the world.

I am a Project Manager who specializes in Training and Documentation for enterprise-level SaaS platforms. I hired TopResume to rewrite my resume to tell a more cohesive, targeted story for my next job search. Just got the first draft back today and... wow. I 100% agree that they use some sort of standard template. What I received was an absolute word salad of essentially meaningless standard resume speak, rife with grammatical errors and copy/paste artifacts. They misused common industry terms and acronyms and placed high-value items dead last. They credited me with things that I absolutely did not do. I mean, it was bad to the point of comedy. I am a senior level manager and they wrote a cover letter that led with how "organized" and "dependable" I am. Other than leaving feedback for the writer so they can "fine-tune" their draft, I have no real recourse.

They use an app to write you an appalling resume! Once they take your money, tough luck getting in contact with them! Don't waste your money! They basically stole 200 dollars from me. I asked my writer to expand a few 3 liner paragraphs that she wrote and her best contribution was to change the word "Daily" to "on a daily basis!" and that's how she attempted to rewrite all her short paragraphs! I sent them My newly written "professional resume" back to them under a new email and they rated their own work at 25 percent! This is a joke! In their advertisements, they mention that you can get a refund after 60 days if you don't get an interview and it's a lie! I tried to contact them multiple times and no one responded!

I'm following in line with other 1 star reviews, don't waste your money. My resume review was preformed by someone who has zero professional knowledge. Actually, I bet the edits are performed by bots and not people since the formatting and sentence structure was so ridiculous a 6th grader can perform better. The recommended resume was primarily superlatives and little substance making the resume nearly worthless. I did complain and was assigned another individual but only nominal improvement. The LinkedIn recommendation was of little value as well.

It is not often that I take the time to write a review as rarely does the service or person meet my initial expectations. TopResume and Lori H made me want to tell others about their unique ability to get the candidate's story connected and well displayed. The quick turn times were amazing!

I cannot tell you how great this service is. I have worked for years and written hundreds of resumes for myself, but what they created was excellent. A week after I started using their resume, I had five employment offers. Amazing results!

Received a 30% off offer in email, went to check prices. Placed 2 individual items in cart, whoops accidentally purchased the individual. Email support they say case denied i gotta get a resume done or else they can cancel the order and keep the money. Wow thanks! Waited until money posted on account to make decision. Must be desperate if refusing refunds within first hour and no work was started

I used their service a few years ago and was pleased with the result. So, I bought the service for my son. The results were awful. Can't even begin to tell you how bad it was. The first resume was clearly written by someone who does not speak English as a primary language. We gave them pages of rewrites and requested a new writer. The second version had several grammar errors and false statements. Requested a refund after trying to work with them. They are very well-schooled at double-speak to deny a refund. They had not delivered the cover letter or linked in review. Couldn't even get that money back. The company is a scam now. Do not give them your money. You will not like the results.

Well, my first draft did not have my current position, only went up to 2019 and it's 2021, and worst of all they're charging me $50 to do what they should've done in the first place. I paid for the top package and got nothing but more fees and a worse draft than one I created and nothing done to my Linkedin profile.

I understand you wanted to do more, but worked with me regarding the loss of my sister. I had a hard time focusing on my past work history forgetting information. That all being said the final outcome of my resume was outstanding and looked very professional!

Don't waste your money. Dealing with Topresume was extremely frustrating. They paired me with an 'expert' writer names Kathleen and she converted the bullet points in my resume to long paragraphs that no one reads. She used terms that do not make sense in a tech resume. They take the keywords from the sample job postings you provide them when placing your order. Then they inject them to the resume. I recognized the issues at very early stage but still they didn't accept their mistakes and kept telling me that their service is in line with my career goals. Everyone from sales to support and management are the same. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

This service is a rip off. They do very little to change your resume and even the final versions have errors in them.
I would have been better off finding templates on google than spending my hard earned money and still not being able to find a job.

Started off great but then response time from my writer got longer and longer. Writer also didn't make specific changes I had asked for between drafts. Wording in certain parts of my resume were weird or incorrect.

Top Resume made it. Yes made it. I got the executive package; Resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I was matched with a professional resume writer named Jessica. If I could rate her work 10 million starts I would do with no questions ask. I was really fascinated by the first draft. There were some minor errors in it however she corrected them right away. My LinkedIn profile now looks super perfect. TopResume knows exactly what they're doing. I highly recommend the service. Thank you very much Jessica.

Definitely a value for the financial and time investment. I need to transition my career and remain focused on opportunities commensurate with my experience and education. But, I have been in the workforce for over 20 years and recently completed my advanced degree. Top Resume worked with me to ensure my resume has a more contemporary look; it conveys more accomplishments vs. graduate student related activities; and I believe it will survive through the screening of online applications with key word optimization. Good idea to have your work history assessed through an unbiased and "fresh perspective". I had to temporarily wait for the writer that "fit" my needs the best, but I received a free cover letter refresh for my patience. Easy and expedient collaborative process. I would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this company. They market their service with many different prices so after you buy a package you will most likely find it offer at a reduced price. Mine for example was over $50 less than I paid 3 days earlier. My writer sent several e-mails where he committed to deliver write-ups or rewrites and missed the delivery time by several days. Unless I e-mailed him about this issue I feel he would have never responded back. I sent 2 e-mails to their support and have not heard a word from them. Their customer service lacks if they have any at all. Use another company.
