I was pleased with the final product for the resume, cover letter and Linked In Profile update. Dealings with the resume writer was professional, and I had a quick turnaround time on updates/corrections to final product.
Throughout my career, I have been reaching goals and exceeding expectations. Indeed, I have contributed alot towards agricultural water development and management strategies. To mention some of my research contribution: I have applied hydrological modeling tool (SWAT) for water resources planning and management; studied the effect of supplementary Irrigation on rainfed agriculture; optimized Irrigation water and plant nutrient use in the dryland agricultural system; Improved water use efficiency and crop water productivity through scheduling; evaluated irrigation scheme performance; and assessed the influence of integrated watershed management measures on groundwater regime and its effect on irrigation development. Besides, I have been active in developing the capacity of stakeholders through training. Moreover, I do have a glance at my resume to find out more.
Not very interactive. Disappointed with the quality of initial draft, and did not get much response from the feedback I sent. Second draft was not much better than the first/rough.
I still have not heard from whomever I paid to post my resume from topresume. They are a ripe off they jab you for every dollar for anything.

Great overview of resume. Will utilize recommendations
My experience with TopResume has been pretty negative so far. I've used a couple of different Resume sites over the years, and TopResume has been the worst. I paid for the "Executive package", so I expected better service than what I received. The questions they ask you at the beginning of the process are pretty generic and don't ask you for any specific details about your job, which is essential for a strong resume. Furthermore, when I tried to provide the writer with additional details, the writer was highly unresponsive, which again for $400 I expect better. After waiting for a very long time with hardly any response, I contacted customer service to request a new writer. I was then met with more unprofessionalism from the customer care unit. At this point, I just requested a refund, and they advised me that they will be charging me a $100 cancellation fee. I didn't even get a resume and they are charging me $100 for nothing basically. For those of you that are looking for better service, I would recommend ResumesCanada and Find My Profession. They may be a little bit pricey but at least they actually do their job.
