I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.

I was put on furlough by my current company and had put together a resume on my own. I had been sending this resume out to about 20 or 30 different job announcements over a period of 6 weeks. I received absolutely no responses at all. I decided that I needed to do something different and that I felt that my main issue was more than likely my resume. After all I had spent 30 years in the military and this was the first job I had after I retired, so I knew I did not have a very good resume. I ran across TopResume and sent my resume in for a review and sure enough it came back with all of the things that I thought were the reasons that I was not being contacted. I signed up with TopResume and after my first review I had the resume and cover letter that I wanted. After sending it out to a few job announcement and posting it to a few job boards, I started to get some responses. In fact, I had an interview yesterday and I am relatively confident that I will be receiving an offer. You cannot go wrong with using this service.

I would love to share my experience with my new resume:
I got lay off on the job I had previously for 5 years, and that is when we were finishing the final draft of my resume with TopResume.
Once I got it, I spammed the internet with it. It started to get a lot of traction and I got calls every single day. Sometimes like 3 contacts a day from the industry.
I got 2 interviews on the Education industry to become a full-time faculty, and I was very close on both, where I compete with people with PhD's and more than 10 years on the field.
2 weeks after begin searching I got an interview at CIBC, one of the 4 largest banks in Canada, and got the job that same week. It has been 5 weeks so far and I love it. I can't express my gratitude enough for helping me getting my profile fixed to be able to land the interview.

It took 23 days to get a resume that still needed revisions. I ended up just doing the revision myself and giving up on the service. Look elsewhere for a resume service.
