I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.

Do not do business with Top Resume unless you like wasting money and being rejected from job applications.
Your experience might be different, and they may be much better outside of the Technology field, but I found them to be completely useless for helping write an IT Sales resume.
I went back and forth several times with my offshore resume writer.
The moment I looked at the doc it was clear that it was created by someone that did not speak or write English as a native, nor did they have any understanding of my industry.
If the purpose of a resume was to trigger hits on keyword searches, then this document would be a success. For any other purpose, it was an absolute and complete failure.
Before beginning this appalling process, I applied to several jobs using my original resume, the source document I had sent to Top Resume. Fortunately for me, I am approaching the final stages in at least 5 different job opportunities.
Once I received the copy of the resume from TR, as a test, I showed them to the hiring managers and HR screeners for the job opportunities I'd already successfully applied for where my original document had done it's job.
100% of the people I showed them to said that they would have never called me back had I used that resume. This is roughly 10 different people that I had already impressed.
I have also showed it to friends and colleagues in the industry.
They all had the same feedback.
The documents were useless, and quite frankly, counterproductive to their purpose.
Some of the adjectives they used were: "barely coherent", "word salad", "buzzword bingo", "nearly English", "amateurish", and "clearly written offshore".
I'm going to say this again:
Had I used the documents you sent over, I'd have ZERO job prospects instead of the ten or so I've created for myself.
Your resume writer will basically ignore your feedback and make tiny, ineffective corrections to a document that isn't worth the electrons that compose it's existence.
Do not waste your money here.

DO NOT USE this company. Despite some of the high marks I highly encourage you to RUN AWAY from this company. My first drafts didn't even have me name on it, the wrong email address and not even the same state I was located in. Not only were they guilty of trying to copy and paste what I sent them without doing any original work themselves, they didn't even get that correct. When I wanted to speak with them concerning the issues, they asked for an additional $50. The resume was in broken English, didn't even make sense, had run-on sentences and additional errors on the amount of sales created and stated Fortune 5oo, O's not zeroes. I'm not sure they understood Fortune 500 was or the difference between billion and million. I can go on and on and on about the dozens of mistakes made and broken English but I can't overstate how bad this company is. You will do your own work on the resume' and they offer nothing in terms of an upgrade. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or you will be sorry and waste money and even more valuable time.
