I paid the fee for a resume and a cover letter. The resume and cover letter technician emailed asking several questions that I was able to provide complete information. However the first draft of both the resume and cover letter was not close to what I felt was what I could present to a potential employer and didnt provide a complete positive view for what my total experience was. I was very disappointed. However, I emailed them with my disappointment and included my view for what I felt was not clearly and positively explanatory to a potential employer and they assigned a new technician. This person took a bit of time emailed some questions to me for which I provided answers to and come up with a different resume that was Exactly and Precisely what I felt was a complete and positive view of my total employment experience [in a very positive light]. This company did work with me via e-mail to re-write the resume that I felt was already pretty good. However, they showed me that it could be written in a better format that better described my career history instead of my repeating line items. I paid for the cover letter and resume service and my resume writer did a great job conveying what I wanted to showcase in terms of my skills and strengths in my resume. I was happy and impressed. It was a big improvement from my original resume. Everything that I wanted to say to an employer about why they should look at me was on point. Had a little issue with some of the job descriptions being placed at the wrong spot, but luckily I was able to catch those things. Any changes I wanted to make after my first draft was done and my resume write was aware of those changes. Communication through email was helpful. My resume writer got back to me quickly and listened to what I wanted to portray in my resume. I would recommend this service.

I've looked at many paid sites for resume writing and passed them all up. For one thing, I can get assistance for free at my local job placement center, and through the military for nothing too. The biggest hang-up is that I've created what I thought was a really good baseline resume which I tailored to each particular job opening, and I'm hardly getting any hits, especially on the federal side of things.
