I was very fortunate I found TopResume first in searching for my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn document services. My direct contact was professional, prompt and very helpful through the entire process. My end product is as advertised, flexible and creating interviews. I would absolutely consider TopResume a great value for such an important aspect of ones career and opportunities.

After 30+ years in the workforce, I needed help in crafting a pretty diverse background. TopResume was great to work with. I felt they were able to pull together the best of my resume and make it clear and concise. The consultant assigned to me was great. We had a couple of reviews until I felt it really described well my personality, accomplishments, education and experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels their resume needs a "tune up."

First the critique your resume for free then you take a questionnaire to make sure they write you the perfect resume. 24 hours later you get your rough draft and that's when I started submitting. Its been a week and I have had at least 3-5 phone interviews. Only a matter of time before I get that great paying career.

While I was initially impressed by the survey and info requested to get a new resume, the expert took long time to answer my queries, sent a relatively poor draft resume and did not respond to my comments on it - simply sending another time almost the same proposal. I paid for a full package with suggestions for my LinkedIn too and have been waiting 2 weeks for it. After comparing prices with other services I regret to have used this service!

The whole process was very seamless and actually the first time I used my new resume, I already had an interview.
Being out of college for 8 years now, I was no longer in the scene of what companies were looking at when reviewing a resume. I was blown away at the bold presentation of my resume making it stick out with important key words. Can't be happier!

I got ripped off! Paid $179 for two drafts of my Resume/CV. Both had spelling errors and grammatical errors! Can you believe that? They had the gall to ask me to re-write them myself! Its been six months and I haven't seen my final copy of my resume and CV. I asked for my money back and was sent a "Customer Survey" Avoid these folks.

I received assistance from Ian who contacted me and responded to my questions and comments well within 24 hours for each contact. He provided 2 drafts and requested feedback, altering the draft and offering suggestions along the way. They are scamming customers! I found the exact same results after doing some research, verbatim, that they sent to me about my resume.
Completely false information and degrading.
DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
Google their business and resume revivalist for the article that shows the replica of my results.

Do not purchase anything; it's all a scam. Dig deep, they have fake reviews everywhere.

They really helped me get my resume modernized and ready for today's marketplace. Writer was very responsive and appeared knowledgeable (I'll know for sure once I get a job). Patrick was open to comments and suggestions and helped explain the whys/why nots to me. One thing which could have made this a five star review is if they had run my resume through the automatic system and showed me how it scored.

I had a very good experience with Lauren, she was easy to speak with, knew her subject matter. During our phone screen to learn a bit more about what questions I had etc she listened carefully and asked the right questions. She took the time to go section to section. Very through and by sending me drafts to edit or approve was assuring. No I am not getting paid for this review I am just grateful and impressed with Lauren's skills and professionalism and the final product is impressive.

I had a wonderful experience utilizing TopResume. I recently finished graduate school and had tried putting together a resume that summarized my accomplishments and experience, however I struggled with the length, wording, and appearance. My writer was very helpful and tailored my resume specifically to the field I working in, which is mental health. After completing the survey, where I gave an overall idea of my past experiences and highlighted what I wanted to emphasize, I was partnered with my writer. It was quite a pleasure working together, as I did learn a lot, along with having a tailored resume, which came with it a different look and perspective. My writer was kind, quick to respond, and worked late into night, despite having other things going on, which is expected with the price paid, but it is still nice to see, thank you.

I realize now that I should have used somebody local. I didn't feel as though I was getting a reasonable rate of phone interviews (3 for the last 19) of the resumes that I had written myself and sent. Contacted TopResume.com, paid extra for top 10% of their writers and also paid extra for a phone call. Total cost close to $500. I sent the "Writer" my current resume because she wanted to see it. I got her first draft around a week later and it was my EXACT resume, just re-formatted (different font/larger print) and that was it. Thank goodness we had a phone call so I could let her know how disappointed I was. My final revision from her did have a some changes thanks to our phone chat. Well, currently 0 for 11 on the current TopResume product. I am going back to my old resume that I had written with a few modifications from pointers gotten from a resume website. I cannot imagine a worse experience.
