I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
I regret wasting my money on their "service". There are no "professional writers" on the platform - someone takes the CV you provide them as a starting point, puts it through ChatGPT and send you whatever it regurgitates. The second Draft they created was even worse.

This was my second time using TopResume. I used them about 5 years ago and had great results, plenty of interviews, and changed careers since then. This time, my writer was assigned within a day and my first draft was done within 2 days (I paid for rush). The writer was very polite and provided timely responses. The resume write must have just dropped my old resume into an AI program and sent it back. Totally ignored the job descriptions I sent and the fact that I said point blank-WRONG JOB TITLE! Thats what I got sent back, did not even begin to match the job descriptions I sent.

Do not use TopResume, they are worthless. They outsource the writing to another country making the vernacular different than the US standard. The result is that the resume they did for me is worthless. Because my first draft was garbage I scheduled the call to go over it with my "professional" writer only to have him miss the first scheduled call( apparently he didn't know the difference between AM and PM). Then he ignored everything I had mentioned on my phone call. My first draft was roughly 560 words, and i asked for more bullet points and less writing. My final draft is 1100 words! It also reads like a middle schooler trying to do a home work project.

The process of starting your resume is clunky and awkward to get through. I would recommend a plug in data system that allows you to toggle between resume sections adding the data to be collected and put in resume format. As it stands now I basically did my whole resume and the system reformatted it. Also trying to get customer assistance is terrible, I still have no idea who is sending out my resume, to whom it will go to, and when it will go out. I paid for that service but have not received any notifications about what's next. A liaison would be nice.
I still have not actually received any response from a representative.
