I had been using the same stale resume for years and granted I got some attention but nothing like the one I received using TopResume's! Not only were they easy to use but provided me with sufficient feedback to produce a well written, beautifully produced resume.

My resume writer was professional, friendly, helpful, and fast. She knew what she was doing and made me look like a star! I had to edit a few words for readability and hyphenation. I also corrected a few job titles. But I've already recommended TopResume to several people. The price and service are worth it!

Do not buy into them! I had the worst service and never got an interview, in fact I was doing better with the one I created myself. They really don't write your resume they just take what you have and rearrange what the format looks like.

Few bumps in the road, but the team at TopResume worked hard to ensure all issues were resolved in time! Great resume and I literally had a recruiter ask where I had it done, as she liked it so much! Melissa rocked.

Ashley was wonderful to work with! She composed a flawless resume and cover letter that I could've never come up with myself. Quick turnaround that allowed ample time for changes, although all the changes were very minimal. I was extremely happy with my very first draft.

Working with TopResume has been helpful. They provided a new format for my resume which was more organized and beautiful to look at. The resume professional assigned was cooperative through out the process.
However, I do feel there is room for improvement of the services.
1. I have a lot of information on my resume and require almost most of it to be included due to little industry experience- My resume ended up being 2 pages
2. My first draft had a deadline to respond otherwise it becomes the default final draft- They ended up making a special request for me, but I think this is unnecessary if it is mentioned on the website.

Final comments- definitely helpful but the process is unclear.

I bought the cover letter and resume package for a very reasonable price. It took about four days to get the resume completed. Two revisions came with the package at no extra cost, but I only took advantage of one revision. The resume was like night and day compared to my original one. I was very pleased with the format and word choices that were used. I would recommend their services to any of my friends. In conclusion, one day after I posted my resume on Indeed I received a request for an interview.

Like other reviews posted here; I took advantage of their free critique which I found useful. I signed up for their basic service ($149) and it has gone downhill fast. They evidently have a glut of orders but did offer me a free cover letter for my patience (which has now ended).

I needed a resume rewrite quickly. At this point, I have an extremely solid resume, cover letter, thank you letter and recommendations for changes to my LinkedIn account.

While there was some "friction", all of the people I worked with at TopResume were professional and the services provided were excellent. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Be very careful with top resume. They deliberative provide misleading information about their services. They do not offer refunds (which they hide). Your better served finding one of their competitors.

Greg was of fantastic help to me in updating my LinkedIn profile so that I have a better online presence for future employment. After providing me with a rough draft of the LinkedIn makeover I had no noted on how to improve upon it. Greg was nothing but professional.

Throughout the process, the communication was very concise and on time. My writer was very thorough, articulate, and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. As a job seeker you are eager to spend any dime to get the best help possible to land an Interview, but folks with TopResume make sure don't waist your money. It's been almost 8 to 9 days I haven't received my draft. After calling 5 days I got an e-mail we are busy working with resume. Next day I got an e-mail by my writer introducing herself responding to the e-mail no response what so ever, again called them, then received an e-mail by my writer being ill. Folks I have LinkedIn pro and I used their resume writer got 5 writers with my background less the money TopResume take and they work with you diligently with a specific time. I haven't received my first draft after 10 days. Neither I want to work with them neither I want a refund, hell with it. Be safe and don't use TopResume.
