Hi, on the month of March I contacted one of the TopResume associate, they promised me that their service is great and I'll definitely be satisfied. But after getting the resume I didn't find anything special but I thought maybe it's like that, of course they know how to do it because they call themselves professional. So after applying to different jobs and posting my resume on different job sites. I never got a single call or got shortlisted for any interview or even screening Interview. After spending $350 for two months I didn't get anything so finally I reached back to them asked they gave me some reasons how market's up down is affecting, I told them I want my money back in money back guarantee but they told me its not possible, they offered me complementary one time resume review and they made some changes but nothing special. Again I used that resume for one month but no success.
Finally, one of my friend help me and we made a one page resume, from which atleast I was getting some call's for interview.
So, please unless u lot of money or lot time to spend don't use their service. If you rich and u think u should try, then go ahead.
In the end, they are not professional and don't know anything about making a resume.
Try something different.

The process was easy, to say the least. While I already had a resume that I was fairly proud of, what Ashton A. From TopResume did was nothing short of a major transformation for the better. As we went through a couple rounds of drafts, I was pleased that Ashton would take the time to either include my edits verbatim when appropriate, or to provide the rationale for why my "suggestion" wasn't exactly what my resume (and cover letter) needed. Overall, the process was painless and I've already recommended TopResume to a former colleague of mine.

I am very unhappy with this company. I purchase a cv review and linkedin profile review and was sent to an automated service in which I had to input 3 job adverts I would like to apply for. I realized this was the wrong service for me as I do not want a cv that is based on keywords found in the ads I supplied. I immediately asked for a refund and was told NO. Why? I did not use the services. I do not want to use the service. How can they in this day and age just refuse a refund? I feel robbed and am very angry. Beware and stay away.

After multiple emails this company agreed to refund me for services I did not at all use but deducted a 75$ fee for clicking the refund button. They made more money from me than if they had paid the reviewer to actually do the job …

I needed a resume makeover, because I felt that some of the old rules of what to include where holding me back. The finished product was completely different than the one I started with and elevated my experiences more than I could have imagined. It was visually pleasing and eye catching. They enhanced the wording, used active language, and highlighted my achievements in my most important roles without downplaying my other experiences. Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend.
