They need to hire resume writers who can spell. They have completely murdered my resume and i am now left with a premium wallpaper of text. And apparently there is no refund policy? I will be taking this up with ACCC for sure.

For the sake of resetting my resume with a clean format alone - I have no regrets about utilizing TopResume's services. More importantly perhaps, it was invaluable to have fresh eyes on this to take it to the next level. I hesitate to give a 5 star rating because, while previous edits were quickly corrected, one final yet crucial point wasn't included in my final draft. Overall, however, I was easily able to correct this on my own with help from a fuller version I was provided.

I trusted that these "resume experts" would help tailor my resume to get more interviews. Come to find out, I have more interviews with my own resume and not one single interview with their resume. It is a great resume writing service. I used them since I wanted something quick and professional. I would have taken days to create a resume. At first I did the complimentary resume critique which was offered via glass door. Received a feedback on my resume which was convincing. Therefore I went for their service which I wanted a resume to be not what my previous one was and also improve it as per critique. Received several drafts but what they did was not as asked for. They only made it compact with slightly different words. Then I tried to submit the rewrite back to their free critique service and I received pretty much the same feedback as my old resume! Also ATS scan mentioned was even worst than my original. Ever since then I was skeptical on what they had to say to me. For a fact, I have been applying for jobs and got called for my original resume instead of TopResume's.

My experience with top resume was not good. My final resume and the cover letter had an abundance of spelling mistakes, and a lot of the sentences made no sense. Top Resume told me a writer with experience in my field would help me. My writer clearly had no knowledge about my field. After spending over $200 I still had to spend hours correcting mistakes and clearing up sentences. The format was good, but I could have done that myself. They have a no refund policy and I would like to get my money back. I've sent my resume to 3 colleagues in my industry and all 3 of them told me the way some of this sentences are written make me look like I don't know what I'm doing. It seems like my writer restructured my words but added no quality to my resume.
All in all I'm very disappointed with my resume and wish I had spent the $200 on food or rent.
