I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
It was great to get an objective third party to write my resume. My reviewer was dead on in communicating my skill set. Thanks, TopResume. I took it to a job fair and many were interested. They could pick out at a glance what my strengths were rather than having to search the entire resume to find them. Great job!

They did a thoughtful and honest review of my resume, and enlightened topics and mistakes I hadn't noticed before. I'd recommend their work!
I don't give it a 5 star rating just because of the lack of a more affordable plan. For me, a professional that depends on the currency exchange to dollars (nowadays it is a 4 to 1 ratio), it becomes way out of my possibilities.

This was my first experience getting my resume written by someone else. Overall, it was good so I could realize the gaps in my previous resume and how I was not emphasizing my strengths. I learned a lot and thought it was valuable to use this service. Only improvement I recommend is more responsive communication back and forth during review process.

I was skeptical about using an internet based resume service. They did such a great job the first time, I purchased more of their service. Their writers took time to review my profile and understand my background. It was very well written. They did a great job communicating with me during the service so I understood where they were at in the process and what I could expect. I recommend them!

They got to work on my resume right away. My resume writer kept great communication with me and delivered an excellent resume. We exchanged a draft or two and I had a new format and a well worded resume! I went from getting 0 application views to 10 interviews in a little over two weeks, a new job in less than a month of receiving my new resume. Worth the cost!

The service essentially ask for everything in detail to write a resume. If most people could effectively describe their experience, skills, and abilities they could write their own resume. I sent the information to the service and was sent a rough draft that had numerous misspelling, absolute nonsense, and illegible sentences that sounded like a caveman. When I contacted the service, they informed me that they had sent my request for refund in, then came back stating that they have a no refund policy. In the end they did nothing for me and stole my money. I'll be taking legal action and contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT waste your money and time with this ridiculous service, or lack thereof. TopResume is a scam!

Everything went smoothly, after I sent over several documents of past resumes, Letters of Recommendations, and other information for my resume, Ramsey M. Contacted me to let me know he was working on it that day. My resume was done earlier than expected and the edit updates I gave were done within a day. I will gladly recommend Top Resume to all my friends, family, and anyone who is in need of resume help. The cover letter was done too for my order and it came out very professional as did the resume.
Thank you Top Resume for helping me when I felt I couldn't do any more on my own with my resume and cover letter. Now I just hope to get a new job using them both.

I'm glad I finally broke and decided to spend the money for this service. I've been trying to get an internship with a resume I created with my college career center for over a year and was getting nowhere as soon as I posted the new resume written by TopResume I was getting contacted by random companies on Monster. The turn around for the whole process was probably two weeks at most, and I only had to make some minor changes during the revision. I would recommend this service to someone who isn't having any luck.

My resume was reviewed by Emily Gardner. This was already more than what I expected. I thought some automated system would review it and spit out some patent recommendations. Instead, Emily provided a thorough, in-depth review. She addressed several key points specific to my resume with recommendations for each. TopResume is a great service. I offered a free resume review by them while creating my profile on a different website. I was very impressed by the initial review they performed. It was through and detailed. That's the reason I decided to go for their paid service.
The paid service stood up to expectations.The communication was always clear and they have defined their processes very well, which made the experience very pleasant and smooth.
I had a few unique scenarios that I need help with. My resume writer was kind enough to pay special attention to those aspects and provide excellent solutions.
Overall, I am very pleased that I decided to go ahead with them and would certainly recommend TopResume services to others.

They really did not do anything for me. When I emailed customer service (multiple times) about the quality of writing, I got the feeling that they were just brushing me off. Any high school student could provide the level of quality I was given.
Complete waste of money... and they refuse refunds. I would rate them a "0". Do not waste your money.

Right to the point: what I got was a rough draft with misspellings and needed changes. What I got for an end product was just the same rough draft. Right now I can ill afford to spend money on something like this junk. I warn anybody reading this that is is a scam and run away from these people!

After purchasing the package the communication was immediate and very professional. If I requested some changes they sent the revised documents in less than a day.

A while ago the company I worked at was closed down and all employees, about 20 of us, were made redundant. The company I worked for paid a lot of money to a Human resource specialist to help us all with resumes etc. I received very little feedback and when I did all it said was "I think we can do better" So basically a waste of time.
I then received information about Top Resume and although I was now out of work the cost was very reasonable so I went ahead and ordered a new resume. It took only just over a week and just 1 draught for me to receive my resume. I was so please with the result that I then went back and ordered a cover letter. I am so pleased with the result of both that it has given my confidence a boost.

TopResume uses a classic bait and switch on ZipRecruiter. The email says the have job openings, but, when you open the email it's an offer to review your resume.
If they resort to classic scam to get your resume how good can their service really be?

I would recommend the verbal conversation as well as it is often hard to get the right thoughts of the jobs and work focus that you want on the resume. We did three iterations and it was a solid product at the end!

I chose the $125 resume rewrite option with one edit. I had an existing resume that I just didn't feel comfortable submitting to companies. When I received my first edit I was so impressed! I only had very minor fixes that needed to be made for the edit. The whole process took a week and a half. Now I can apply for jobs with confidence! Thank you!

TopResume is great for re-focusing your resume on accomplishments instead of tasks. They also did a great job formatting my resume. However, they do not have the legal expertise to help with the substance. The cover letter sounded like a typical canned letter with repetitive statements.

The resume I received has so much misinformation on it I was unable to use it. They did rewrite it for me and it contained a grammatical error! Complete waste of time and money. Don't make the same mistake I made --stay away
