I had a great experience with top resume. My resume was turned into a visually appealing, easy to read product that I used immediately. It and my cover letter told a story about how I am. It had not before. Honestly, in addition to the quality of the work, reading about my experience through someone else's eyes was a big confidence booster! I needed that to jump back into my job search.

I would and have highly recommended using TopResume. My resume writer was Victor L. He welcomed all information that I provided and created the write wording to sound impactful and relevant. I was hired within a month. Unfortunately that job had not been a long term position. I would like to suggest being able to add on to your resume new positions for a nominal fee or for referring others to this service.

My father had recommended this service to me, to make my resume more appealing to prospective employers. I still was skeptical about if it would be worth it or not because other professionals have looked at and edited my resume in the past. I was pleasantly surprised though when I saw my new resume, it definitely looked more professional! The only negative thing I would say is that it took almost a week to get to my resume, I guess a lot of people are using the service. Other than that, I very much enjoyed the process and I would recommend it.

I found the free review of my CV very eye opening and constructive. Even tho I don't have the money to get my CV updated due to no income I definately think it would be a huge help. They usually send in drafts or even the final edition of the paper usually after 24 to 48 hours after the order has been assigned to a writer. I have NEVER written an online review but the experience with Top Resume warrants this warning. I used Top Resume in late 2016 and got a spectacular resume with lots of compliments. In March/April 2018, I called to update the resume and get a LinkedIn profile. Misspellings, writer just copied and pasted what I wrote about my current position, even sent him a postion description and he didn't use it.
For the company name, all that is on there is Company Name with generic address.
Must be new owners because this was a far cry of what I experienced this time. I complained twice, could not get a new writer and no apology nor any refund offered. I don't want to go into all the gory details online, just stay away!

If you want to have your resume work with how the industry works... then get a hold of TopResume and get the ball rolling! They have a program for whatever you will need. I have hired 3 companies to help write my resume, post it and do whatever else they didn't do, and now I find a company within budget to get it done and THEY DID.

I was looking for a new position with an outdated resume. The people at top resume gave me an honest critique of my documents free of charge. I was surprised to learn that they didn't stand up to hiring managers digital platforms and although there was a slight delay in finding a writer at the start they jumped on my job very quickly, even worked over the weekend, and got me a draft within a week. The new resume worked great on all of the major job sites I uploaded it to, formatted and optimized for digital use. Even if you have a solid resume, it's smart to go through this service to make sure that the formatting works with the job hunt in the modern world, strongly recommended.

She took my information, wrote a one-page resume that had little to do with my background, and then ignored my emails asking for a follow-up. If I had the time, I would seek redress, but I have just written it off.

Working with TopResume was a great experience, my writer didn't miss a deadline and did a fantastic job customizing the documents to the jobs I am targeting. I absolutely love both my cover letter and resume while both are a huge upgrade from my previous documents.

However, I applied for nearly 50 vacancies and did not got an interview or a positive response. That's the only negative thing to say that got me wondered if it is not efficient enough.
