I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
It was faster than expected, wording impressed me and hopefully will land interviews soon. Shereen promptly suggested the details that could be better and worked with me with my suggestions and needs.

I spent over $400 to have my resume done by a professional. The results were not what I had hoped for. I ran my resume through the TopResume system that picked up on what I had noticed myself. It was half-hearted and didn't make my career sound like I had done anything special when in fact I've had a very extensive career.
I signed up and within a week had an outstanding resume that has garnered me several compliments. So much so that I was offered a higher position than I had applied for -- based on my new resume. The old resume had yielded nothing.
Simple and straight forward. I highly recommend TopResume.

Wish they were more responsive, I sent revisions and didn't hear back for almost 2 weeks. In the end I was very happy with what I received as the second revision. It really depends on what writer they chose for you with how many revisions you will need.

Trying to build your own resume is like proofreading your own work. Of course, you think it's awesome. So far my results have been positive and I am excited to use my updated resume. The only problem is that I have no idea if it's good or not. I can't find anyone who knows better. I even tried the local employment office and they wouldn't review it. However, I like the keywords built-in and cornucopia of thesaurus like verbiage.

Before getting my resume done at TopResume, I thought that by using a resume program and doing it myself my education and experience would be the selling point and I would be ok. NOT! I was getting nothing not even rejection emails. I found TopResume from a job search engine and I was little apprehensive because I didn't think someone was really going to look it over. I am so thankful that I did, Cheryl(TopResume Writer) captured all the focal points and made my resume speak volumes. Since Feb 2016 I've had 2 phone interviews with one being in Georgia where we are looking to relocate. Thank you TopResume and Cheryl it was truly worth it!

I was skeptical at first with using a resume company promising a great revised product but I bit the bullet and hired TopResume to revamp my resume. Am I so glad I did! It came back amazing I couldn't believe how great it was! I submitted to job postings right away and a day later I got two calls for interviews. I couldn't believe it. I am so impressed with my new resume and highly recommend doing this no matter what stage you are in the job market. It's worth every penny!

I did not know the process that well but my writer was very helpful in explains how everything worked. Her input was very helpful and cleared up a lot of my questions.

Being laid off after 19 years, I was definitely rusty on how to construct and write a resume in 2019. I was assigned a writer that is skewed to creative types. The writer was great and got me my drafts as per promised. I would definitely recommend them!

I paid for a resume and for the follow-up call/conversation. I never received the call, and the resume was useless. I was not able to get an interview until I scrapped the whole resume. Feed back was disastrous. I had a few questions and the only response was them re-sending the resume with everything I mentioned taken out instead of fixed.
Again, save your money. If you can't write, have a friend that can do it. They failed to do the one thing I needed - translate my military service to civilian talk.

Writer communicated as much as he was supposed to. He did a good job with the resume and cover letter. The only issue is that i"m not getting any hits with this new resume and cover letter. I still have to November so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I signed up for their service and before they had assigned me to a "writer" I was offered a job based on my original resume. I quickly emailed themto cancel since to that point no work was done other than me filling out a bunch of online questionnaires. I was assigned a writer and then they responded to my cancellation request with a $75 fee for cancelling! Save yourself some money use a colleague to proof your resume and save your self $$ and the hassle of working with companies like this.

I believe TopResume was worth the investment. I am very pleased with the outcome of my updated resume. Within a few weeks I received a phone interview and several in person interviews. I'm glad I had Top Resume work on my resume. The format needed to be updated badly and it looks so much better now! My only complaint is that I wish they had more technical people available to work on resumes. It was clear the lady that worked on mine had no idea what basic engineering words needed to be on my resume because she kept taking then off.

I am extremely happy with my updated Resume and Cover Letter. The writer was quick, thorough and extremely informed. I wish I had more information on why the changes were made so that I can be more informed in the future. However, I am confident that my resume will make it to the top of the pile when applying for positions.
