I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
The customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fresh look for their resume. They were able to condense my 2 page resume to 1 page and highlight all my attributes that I actually overlooked. Awesome service.

After spending a significant amount of time outside the U.S., I found myself diving back into the job market and in desperate need of a resume revamp. I found a link for TopResume, read their reviews, and decided to give them a shot. Best decision I've made! They responded to my emails in a timely manner and the rush service was true to its name. My resume reader, Jen, was very attentive to my needs and asked me many pertinent questions to make sure my resume and cover letter was geared to the jobs and industry I specified. I highly recommend TopResume!

For a long time I put off paying someone to do my resume and took a leap of faith and I'm soooooo glad I did! This service was just the worst. My resume writer butchered my resume, just used a mishmash of words with poor grammar. The bullets he wrote also made no sense. They were just a cut and paste of phrases from my original resume except after the word mish mash, they made no sense. Customer service is awful and refused to refund me anything although the resume and cover letter I got were nonsensical. STAY AWAY. They also aggressively try to take down negative reviews from TrustPilot and other sites to artificially seem like a high rated business.

Top Resume has the best pricing packages around and no pressure. I answered their questions, submitted several versions of my resume and they found a writer to work with me. Unfortunately the writer had to stop in the midst of the process. Top Resume found another writer for me and extended my revision time. The second writer was great and my resume is now a tool I can proudly submit to prospective employers.

They did a good job on overhauling my resume. It was a collaborative process with good dialogue in a phone conversation between me and the writer. Once the process starts, you have to stay focused so it doesn't drag on beyond much more than a week. So, be ready and focused to provide feedback on drafts.

I chose a more expensive package. I credit the resume for helping me land the job I really wanted. A little more professional resume then the next guy is sometimes what it takes. As I was seriously looking for a change, I decided to have TopResume professionals rewrite my resume and cover letter
Interaction was smooth. Once I purchased the required package, it took them a week to find the right writer for my area of expertise. Responses were swift and professional. Apart from slight modifications, the writer got it right in the first draft itself.

I received my updated resume within a couple of days of providing all relevant information. So far I haven't had as many interviews as I had using my old resume, but I did find the feedback on my keywords helpful. After checking their samples and success stories I decided to get it done by them. The writer assigned, Traci, did a great job.
