I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I had Top resume review my resume for feedback and received great information on how to make my resume better. I then decided to use their service. It said I would hear from someone and have my first draft within 5-7 days. Well I had my final resume and cover letter within 4 days. Was able to make changes prior to the final and I loved it.

I was on the fence about using their service, but knowing that there is no way I can make myself sound good on my resume, I had to give them a shot. And if I didn't see results, I could get a refund! So what's there to lose!? The service was great, except it would be nice to know what time-zone your writer was in because I would get responses at 5am sometimes and nothing at all around 11am or so. But I recommended everyone else to give this a try. This is something you should consider not only for now, but for your future! It's almost like a career starter!

I believe that they did a good job on my resume and cover letter & and a excellent job with my LinkedIn account. I would have liked a little more help / input with what additional information should go on the resume. More suggestions and feedback based on their years of experience.

It was a really great experience. From the beginning the keep you updated with your order status and the turn around time was pretty good. The first draft that they sent was prefect and I started receiving calls the day after I posted the resume they sent me. Definitely worth it!

I purchased the resume writing. I though I had a pretty solid resume but the results I got back were more professionally worded and better aesthetically formatted.
My only issue was there were a couple bullet points I wanted to edit, but the window for sending in edits closed too quickly.
Overall I was very happy with the service and recommend it.

Very professional, honest and respectful! It was nice to work with someone who was familiar with my industry and could relate to my experience. We spoke a few times which I thought was great vs. going back and forth on email, so I appreciated that communication. My resume looks great and I am very happy with it!

I expected more. I put my resume out on indeed, USA jobs I am I did not get as many hits as I was thinking I was going to get. In fact I got more hits from the resume I created myself. So I asked a couple of friends to review it. They thought it was too vague and not enough action words were used to be counted by resume readers.

I paid to have a professional software engineer review done by them and was VERY disappointed. The resume writer that was assigned to me was arrogant and did not understand the nature software engineering. I had better luck with the resume that I wrote myself. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had TopResume rewrite my resume after I found it was not doing the job. The suggestions they gave me were very helpful in providing them information to work with. My review suggestions and needs were met very quickly and Melodee was able to take my requests and make very good sense out of them. I will save the last star for after I use this resume and it does the trick which I fully expect it will.

I am not good at writing resumes and had been looking for a job for a couple months. Looking at this service as an investment that would pay off fast with a job, I was more than wrong. I have been applying for a few months now and I haven't event got 1 call back. Not worth it.
