Bought into this with a discount they had going on. Never received the discount, never can get an answer from their Customer service, they got my money and no contact from them after repeated attempts from myself. The resume was sent to me the night before it was due. Looked at it and all was done was rearranged. Have not a call from anyone. My original had more hits and I am back to original and actually got a interview from it. Customer service lacks (if they have one)and the resumewriters need to be upgraded, I will NOT recommend this sight to anyone.

AVOID. Wanted to give TopResume a chance so purchased the resume writer, LinkedIn, and Cover Letter package.

After the second draft, I counted 13 grammar and punctuation errors still on a 2-page resume. It sounded like someone who is not a native English speaker wrote it.

Regarding the cover letter, it sounded suspicious so I googled it. Yup. Suspicions confirmed. They just plagiarized a template online and rehashed it to try and fit my resume.

Tried to request for a refund because was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work but they said all sales final.

It's so much better to just go on Fiverr and find a reputable freelancer who will give you a personalized approach at a cheaper price. Plus you support independent business owners versus

I was so pleased with how well my resume was done but disappointed because I am not getting a response from TopResume regarding the $50 resume distribution service I paid for. Nothing happened with that service and Katie Warren did not respond when asked about this service. Very disappointed and will not pay any more money until they respond and give me the service I paid for

I was reserved at first to trust on online company to write my resume. However, I am glad I gave it a shot and with doing so I have gotten a well written and top notch resume in my hands to display. I am happy with the service that they provide and have already started to recommend to friends/family.

I hired Top Resume on 6/30, completed the intact form (including links to jobs that I'm interested in pursuing, accomplishments, etc), and am in the process (on 8/20) of trying to get my money back. The first resume writer was horrible - she didn't understand my experience and just put words together on the template that didn't align with my career. The second resume writer couldn't update the template appropriately and distinguish between an accomplishment vs. my role. And now, I can't get my money back even though I don't have a workable product and they failed to deliver on the objectives I hired them to do.

Well worth the money spent. Had an opportunity present itself and contacted my writer. She prioritized my package and delivered it to me in time to apply for the position. Very knowledgeable and accommodating person to work with on my new resume. Highly recommend!

Alana wrote my cover letter and resume. When she sent the first draft of my cover letter it was perfect. The first draft of my resume was almost perfect except I wanted to make my own personal changes. During the process she would ask questions about achievements or volunteering that would reflect a positive image. The final product was better than I expected. Thank you Alana for such a great job!

My resume was outdated and I'm an older person trying to get back into my field. Soozy at TopResume did a fine job as far as I'm concerned. She communicated well with me.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this site. And I as yet have not had any job offers from posting my new TopResume developed resume. However, I only posted my resume January 1st and it is only January 11th. So, I am in a wait and see mode. I am a trusting person and would like to believe Soozy and TopResume were not just a cut & paste scam outfit. We shall see.

Top Resume was a very easy service to use. The person I worked with was very friendly and understood exactly what I needed. I expressed my concerns with the old version I had and they were able to address everything. My resume was completed in a timely manner and so far I have had more feedback than I did before. I would use them again in the future.

I wouldn't recommend going here. The resume was not up to the standards of what I was expecting.
I truly think they had someone from china making them at a low cost price. When you complain about the quality of work they say no refund is possible. One of the dumbest buying decisions I've made. Reviews are 100 % accurate.

Using TopResume was easy and produced high quality. I've worked on my own resume off and on for many years. I thought it was good, but it was too long and a bit stale. I knew it wouldn't pass a recruiters 30 second test. Alana with TopResume had me fill out a questionnaire (about 10 minutes) and then within a day, she had a rough draft ready for me to review. She listened to my ideas and we collaborated together, which is much better than someone just taking over and not listening. The cover letter was great and she took my resume and made it excellent. It was brief, concise and now can pass a recruiters eye test. Within a few days, we had the final draft complete. I paid a week ago and after a few emails I called to inquire about the process. The representative on the phone told me it was my fault because I had not done a questionnaire. When I explained I had done that she sent me one anyway. After finally checking on my progress she told me her system is not working correctly. I asked if this was a problem and she did not want to discuss it. I asked if I could talk to management and she said that her manager was off because it was Friday. I asked for any manager and she admitted they had none. I asked about the company structure and she did not want to discuss it. Giving any information to this company is a mistake. The gap between the knowledge of the phone rep and the emails I have gotten is enormous. They don't know what they are doing with your data. Not trustworthy at all.

Who said the world revolves around sun? It instead revolves around work experience. Though I have work experience Im facing hard time in finding a job and so I have convinced myself to get my resume fixed and paid top resume to fix my resume and it has been 2 weeks now, I haven't heard from them, not even an email. Before I payed I used to get emails advising to fix my resume.

They resume promotion is a service they offer that posts your resume on 75 sites. They make it clear after you purchase this service that they don't support this service. So, I receive an email from resume promotion, with a pin that will prompt them to assign you a new email just for the resume postings and you then set up a password. Never received the email, resume promotion has no number to call and top resume says this is not their problem. They should not promote a service if they cannot support it. So I am recently unemployed and screwed again.

I received my resume in a couple of days as expected and it was awesome. I asked for a small change to reduce it down to one page and a day later I received the updated resume going above my expectations.

Overall, my experience with TopResume was good. Would have liked to be able to have an initial talk with the person who completed my resume to be sure all possible uses, experiences and skills were accounted for specific to the positions I will be applying for.

TopResume has helped me with Resume and Cover letter and they turned out good. Resume looks good with unique pyramid style which I haven't seen in many resumes and surely I believe would make an impact to employer when looking at my resume.

I had my resume written with absolutely no understanding of what I do. There were added skills that I didnt even have. If ever questioned by a hiring manager I would have embarrassed myself. I pleaded the writers to do their research before writing my resume but they failed horribly.
I had my resume rewritten and the rewrite was even worse. I wish I could show you the samples. They write the resume for a machine to read full of splashed keywords in sentences. And I can with all that I didnt get an interview when I tested the resume out.
So take the advice or lose the money and remain disappointed. Only you can describe yourself best, and not someone who doesnt know you or your skills.
Id recommend them to ppl who want generic/basic resumes like for sales or admin roles. If you have a specialized background then avoid topresume like the plague.

Interesting, but still needs some adaptations to some European markets, at least. I don't think this works entirely in Spain, for instance. But the problem lies here. Most resumes are incipient and I think this is the problem. Most HR recruiters don't value this approach yet.

After having my resume reviewed and analyzed, what I thought to be somewhat acceptable by my standards appeared to be a disaster. I hesitantly decided to go ahead and pay to have my resume professionally drafted. All I can say is WOW! The final product was more than I could have asked for. Extremely professionally written with key words prominent. The turn time was extremely quick and the revisions were addressed rapidly!
