I can not believe how unprofessional this company is! * was the professional who was given my account. She went past my delivery date so far that I had to threaten her to get my resume completed. As apart of my service I paid for two revisions. Once I finally received my resume I asked for one small revision. She took so long to respond that her response was that my revision period had ended. Are you kidding me? As far as I am concerned this company stole my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Cant Explain how happy I am with my over the outcome and experience of my resume, cover letter, linkedin. At first I was hesitant but then questioned myself why I didnt come to TOP Resume earlier! I moved from a Big city to a smaller town and never in my life have I had a issue with even getting a interview. I was lost for words I got the feedback my resume was horrible so I signed up for the complete package to redo everything LinkedIn, Cover letter, and Resume. Well its been 2 weeks and the 1st proof was the exact same format and fancy words that looked like someone was telling my story instead of me telling what I did. I sent it back and looked up the format that was completely different, However I am still waiting on my resume. I suggest you pay yourself $300 and you make a better format and send it to a friend to read.

I was very hesitant to pay for someone to rewrite my resume, and it was expensive - especially while being unemployed. But I went ahead with it, and Laura did an awesome job! Very fast, very friendly, answered every question. So I decided to also do the LinkedIn rewrite - but totally the opposite experience! A WASTE of money! It took them an entire month, I don't know where they came up with the info they wrote, they were EXTREMELY SLOW in responding to emails, and ignored almost all of my questions. When I complained, I got a major runaround. I had to do it myself after a month of frustration.

My writer, Deborah, did a great job absorbing my introductory email that I submitted with two resume versions, that I included when I placed my order. She instinctively knew how to pull it all together and created better phrases and words, and overall painted a better picture of my accomplishments, skills and experiences. Overall, she really knew how to read my current resume, take that along with my lengthy email, and understand what were my accomplishments and skills, and put that together in a better, more updated, and better looking resume. I highly recommend TopResume.

It started off a little rocky when it took several days to assign an analyst to to work on my resume, however to compensate, I was given a cover letter free of charge. Once an analyst was assigned, the process was smooth and efficient with timely responses to questions and concerns with my resume.

The review was detailed and insightful. I appreciated that there was no clickbait, etc., to access real information. There are additional services available for purchase that I can't afford to access right now, but the information I received gave me some real steps I can implement now on my own.

I had a good experience overall with TopResume. The writer I had was Steven, and he created an excellent resume and cover letter. It probably was a little difficult for him, as I needed a resume for a career change, and a federal resume matching my recent degree. My experience was good. While working with the Rep assigned to create my resume, there was some slight push back on updates or changes I wanted made to my resume. I had to remind him, I paid good money to have the professionals make major updates and leave minor tweaks to me.
