I have had my credit card charged and not received a resume even though it was promised a week ago. They are claiming it has got lost in my spam and junk filters.

After several posts on Social Media I received, in my opinion a very poor quality but beautifully formatted resume. I have now found a very good and professional organisation, based in Melbourne Australia, www.wordsmithconsultants.com.au, that have produced a very high quality resume in a cost effective and timely manner.

I appreciated the feedback from my reviewer. She was able to take my "doer" view of my resume and craft it in such a way to make it more action oriented. My years of experience were being grossly underrepresented by my original resume.

The experience was terrific and very simple. Even changes to the first draft were easy to resubmit and work on with the resume specialist. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. It was also fast! I received my resume sooner than expected which helped me land my new job!

Worst resume I have ever seen literally, terrible format, missed key information. Charged me $250 for something literally a 2nd grader could have done in 10 minutes, if that 2nd grader failed to listen to instructions. They also missed their deadline. Save your money they did absolutely nothing I or anyone could have done. Would not refund even when not done by the deadline

I thoroughly enjoyed working with my writer, Larissa, to convert my CV into a two page resume worthy of online searching. She covered all the elements needed to put my resume into shape according to the latest standards, and worked with me responsively to make sure it met my needs. I hope I don't need to use them again, but would in a heartbeat.

I am Syed, One of the job seekers in middle east market I was completely frustrated of rejection from the several or hundreds of the company but one day I was searching a job on monster Canada job site while my searching I found resume analysis service free so I went through that later I got the mail which given me shocked that about resume my thinking was very different later on I come to know that resume is not only a piece of information only! It is a rocket which you have to launch into the job market. I had thought about using a resume service for some time, and finally settled on TopResume because Monster.com offered a free resume critic through them. I liked the feed back provided and within a week or so, TopResume was offering a discount so I went for it. My resume format had not been changed sin 2001, so it was time! I received my new resume within 3 days, and you get 7 more days to as for 2 revisions.

My only complaint is I did not get my first revision until AFTER the 7 days was over. I didn't have much more to change, and since they give you the resume in an editable format that was ok. But I feel they should have gotten my first revision to me sooner.

All in all, I am happy with the over all product.

I have given Topresume a 5-star rating on the work done on my file that contained my resume, cover-letter and LinkedIn profile. All this was done while I have been given a three month option to pay. The products of their work is superb and the views on my LinkedIn profile have grown by over 400% in two weeks!

I recommend that after finishing working on resumes, they put the resumes through the ATS system so that clients can compare and contrast their resumes.

Top services, top professionals! I thought I was rather familiar with job applications, resumes and stuff. I knew nothing, in fact :) The new CV rewritten by a professional, the cover letter, the thank you letter, the mock interview session, all of these showed me just how important details can be. I discussed with fantastic people, the feedback was great, the communication was great, all the advice I got was great. I want to thank all the people I was in contact with, hopefully my chances to find the desired job will now dramatically increase!

I had placed an initial order on 11/24, but after seeing the reviews -- that they do not hire professionals, they churn out misspelled and ungrammatical resumes -- I asked for a refund through their automated system.

Their chatbot gave me the option to cancel my order and you can see that I did on 11/24. They said it would take at least 3 days to get me the formatted resume so I didn't think it would be a problem.

Nope. They RUSHED me a garbage resume full of typos and grammatical errors and tried to tell me that they never got my request to order. They lied and said they did not offer refunds even though their chatbot has it as an option.

I emailed them proving when I made the refund request and that it was an option they gave me. They never replied once I caught them in this lie
