I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I love my resume! I was struggling to re-write my resume and bring it up to date and TopResume did that beautifully. It took about a week and I'm very happy. The process was easy with great results. Thank you!

Even though I was unhappy with the first writer allocated to writing my resume, the topresume team listened to my concerns and changed the writer who was exceptional and understood my requirements. Please bear in mind you have to tell them exactly what you are looking to achieve with the CV.

I was never to comfortable with how my resume looked from what I had done to it. I could never writing it with the correct words or structure it in a way to make it look and feel professional. When TopResume finished it, I was extremely happy with not just how they worded it, but also how it was structured. Even the lay out that it now has, is nothing that I would have ever thought of or even considered.

I was offered to get my resume critiqued by Topresume for free and I said sure why not. I am really glad I did. It didn't take to long for Katie to go over my resume and she was able to give very helpful information about my resume as well as how employers see my resume. I've had a basic resume that I have been using for awhile, but with Katie's advice it opened my eyes on how to make it better and it all made sense. What is even better is that they give you the opportunity to respond back and ask questions that really helps. I have Topresume 5 stars because even as a free service to look over my resume they have helped me to understand what employers are looking at and how I can better my resume to get more responses from better employees that can impact my career and my life.

Had been looking for a new job for a while and sending a lot of resumes out there. I had not taken a resume & cover letter writing class since college so I had just tried to wing it with what I remembered when I found TopResume. They were able to put together a very nice looking and thorough resume and were able to do it quickly. Within a week I received the first draft of my cover letter and resume and when I asked them to make a few minor tweaks they were able to do them and have it back to me within a day.

I was skeptical to employ a writer since I've always been confident in doing my own resume. However, this latest job hunting episode, I was not getting the hits I anticipated. I sent my resume to TopResume for a free analysis and was shocked to find out how far off base I was. Namely? It didn't meet the new ATS criteria which explained why no one was calling. They couldn't READ IT. I took a chance and the process was simple, quick but very thorough. By the time I posted it to my job boards? And also with direct companies, I IMMEDIATELY started get interview requests! I was like what? I could have been "this popular and sought after" had I started earlier. My resume was completed on Aug 11,2021. I started a new job Sept 20,2021. No kidding. Everyone was coming out of the woodwork! Including some older companies I'd been trying to get my foot in the door.

My resume writer was very good at writing my new resume with brevity and succinctness without losing the value of my original resume I had written. It was reduced from 4 pages to 2 pages with more active words to market myself with. The turnaround time to address my feedback was remarklebly quick! It started when I got an e-mail offering a free evaluation of my resume. As employers weren't exactly inundating me with job offers, I was skeptical, but figured "why not?" Within 24 hours I got back a spot-on evaluation. My resume was weak and they assertively told me why. So, I ordered the cover letter/resume packet and am I ever glad I did. Within 24 hours, I "met" my writer, Heidi K. She evaluated my documents thoroughly and responded with 9 questions to get to know me better. Four days later, I got the first draft. I just made 3-4 minor changes, which she made with one day. Bottom line: I got an extremely professional MARKETING PIECE-not just a bland recitation of my experiences. I could not be happier. As a bonus, Heidi is a really nice person.

I had the pleasure of having Dominique work on my resume and I couldn't be happier! I have previous recruiting experience so I thought my personal resume was really good, but after Dominique worked on it I was blown away at her work! I recently retired from the Federal Government as a civilian on March 1,2021 with 39 years/9 months and am now looking to work for the private sector. I was struggling with my resume, because it was in a Government format which was to long and extremely wordy. I am extremely please with the help I received with my resume and accompany cover letter.
