I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
The feedback was detailed, tailored to my resume, and critical. The advice was hard to hear but on point. The changes I made based on this feedback provided a clean, concise, and professional looking document. Thank you!

I felt I was listened to by my writer who did a great job weaving together the various aspects of my skill set. She was patient and kind. I was left with a professional resume that could pass the ATS filters, yet be modified for any job I applied for. The cover letter can also be edited to reflect the job applied for and gave a little bit more info about me and what I have to offer. As I have a background in art and design, this writer was able to write about that world with no awkwardness whatsoever and hilighted better than I could myself, just what it was that made my work special. I can't thank her enough.

The process was relatively straight-forward and simple, and the rewrite looks good. I will see soon how the results work in the market. There was not much interaction, but didn't seem to be much interaction needed through this process. I provided numerous previous versions that they integrated into the rewrite, and that likely reduced how much question/answer and rewrite effort was needed. Good work!

I decided to get a "resume rewrite" even though I am not currently in the job market (unless the perfect job is waiting for me in Key West and then I am!). Money Spent was Worth It
I was nervous at first getting my resume done by professionals online. I figured it was going to be a cookie cutter resume for me, but they proved me wrong. A resume is an opportunity to sell yourself to a desired employer on paper showcasing your skills and experiences. After you submit your payment (installment or one time), you get a notification of who your writer will be. Communication was alway in a timely manner and very helpful. My resume was written by Jamila S. I thought this resume writer did an excellent job visualizing the type of employee I would be. Words chosen were professional and clear. I only did one revision as I wanted to make some additions. After the quick turn around revision, I immediately saved it on Word and began sending my resume out. I recommend using TopResume for Professional Resume writing.

I thought the rewrite of my resume was professional and am glad I went for it. I was stuck in a chronological resume that was dated. A fresh perspective was just what I needed, but didn't have the time to restructure my resume. TopResume did a great job and it didn't take very long.

I enjoyed working with Top Resume. They have a web form system and it emails you to tell you that a draft of your resume or related soculent is ready.
And they let you upload attachments to give the editor an idea of what you can do (if relevant) that you haven't been able to capture in previous resumes.
Great service. Plan to use them for another completely different job category to have a plan B.
