I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.

The writer was very informed on IT. The resume written was formatted and written perfectly for me. My co-workers are also impressed by the resume. I would recommend this service to anyone in IT for sure.

I've needed help with my resume for a while now, and jumped at a chance when a discount became available. The initial emails went well, but then I never heard back from the writer assigned to my case. I'd ask and be told things were just taking llonger than usual, until I was finally assigned a different writer and a discount. She was on the ball, and I'm glad I waited. She wrapped up everything in just a couple days and I couldn't be happier

TopResume was able to highlight important aspects of my career that needed to be showcased and eliminate insignificant items.
Only issue that I had was that I had contacted TopResume same week that I was laid off. Knowing that there would be a great more candidates looking for work. There was a sense of urgency that needed to be addressed. In the long run great product. I would only advise anybody that is currently working have their resumes updated NOW and don't wait until you get laid of.

I was impressed with the speed, and the skill of which the writers had. They produced a resume that was ten times better than anything I had every done previously. I was blown away and I was stunned by how well the final result better represented me.

Took two weeks to get a draft, which included the wrong description of my profession and a lot of nonsense. After declining the draft, nothing. Had to contact headquarters to get a response from the writer. After a long email with excuses another draft, better, but perfect. The Link review, again, the wrong profession, never heard from them again.

Fast, effective, and professional service with good communication, the service and writers were prompt in their work, and were able to take a very technical and task focused resume and synthesize down to and effective/objective and result oriented resume. I was very happy to find Top Resume, while I was job searching. I was given a free review of my resume, before I made any decision to purchase anything. I sent a couple of emails asking questions, which came back with a reply pretty quickly. I decided to purchase a resume, thank you letter, and cover letter. The turn around time from the purchase to my documents was pretty quick. The company responded to my emails and questions the same day. My new resume looks 10 times better... very happy
