I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I needed my resume updated. I contacted Top Resume; they provided immediate free feedback on my current resume. I did purchase their standard package. Once I did, Greg contacted me via email with my new and improved resume. After I read it over, I felt Greg knew me by what was changed. My new resume read much easier, clear and concise. Once I read it over, I was given a word document and PDF. Thanks Greg and Top Resume.

Horrible customer service and waste of valuable money and time. When i submitted a complaint the customer service trying to sell me more products because i am not satisficed with the Executive Resume Writing Package!

The turn-a-round on my resume was fantastic, even without the upgraded package. I was struggling with getting the proper wording and not getting many hits. I broke down and spent the money to have a professional write my resume and I was not disappointed. Great Job!

When I was told my resume would be done on a certain day, it was completed on that day. The first resume was amazing and only had 1 thing that needed to be change and all that was, was an address. Since my resume has been uploaded to all the job sites, it has taken a life of its own. I have received so many emails about jobs, it's totally crazy! Thank you for all of your hard work!

I found my first draft to be written for a recent college grad and not someone with experiencing. If I was hiring I would not even give me an interview based on what I got from them. Their review of my resume talked about standing out, but what I got was so ordinary and a snooze. It did not highlight me at all, the language read like a college student not someone with experience. The language was also just so ordinary. Nothing about it would make my resume stand out and go to the next stage.
I also paid for the letters. The cover letter was a template that in no way highlighted me or made me stand out for the hiring manager. Looking at that I don't think my resume would even get a glance. Don't even get me started on the thank you letter. That was nothing but a template as well.
When i pay for a resume writing service I do so because I want to make my resume stand out. I want to get notices. Nothing about the resume and letters that I got would stand out at all.

I paid A$180 plus for a resume and a cover letter. Supposedly I should get my first draft in 5-7! Days once they found a writer for me. I got an email from the writer introduceing himself as soon as they found the match, 7 days later instead of getting the first draft I received the same exact self introducing email I received earlier! After I questioned the writer via email, I received my first draft, however I can tell the writer hasn't even read the job description I'm applying for, and added the experience I never even had! There was no point to discuss further with such a writer for perfecting the resume. It's totally a waste of money! I rated one star because it's the lowest already.

I've had multiple resumes for multiple different uses, and couldn't figure out which one do I need to go with as a college graduate looking for a job. I've submitted a sample resume to topresume and within a couple of days I got back a piece of art. The resume was professionally reorganized and they took out what I didn't need to be there and reworded some of my statements to better fit the profession I'm looking for. They've also done a great job at quickly fixing whatever issues I had and we super helpful and responsive even after I got my final product from them.

Professionalism and Assertiveness
I submitted my resume for Top Resume and I was very pleased with speed, assertiveness and professionalism of the analysis carried out by the company. I paid to have my resume professional rewritten. I provided feedback after receiving the first draft and had to email twice before I received a response from the writer. In the second draft the writer did not address the feedback items I had explicitly outlined and the delivered resume was virtually no different than the initial resume I provided. The only changes were related to formatting and the formatting changes were not even very good. I was very busy and unable to review the second revision right away and was then told that my review period had expired. I was never informed that there was a time limit when I originally ordered the service. I emailed them in hopes that someone would resolve my complaints but the response I received was only a refusal to do anything.

I had a very good experience. I bought a resumé package with Monster. The person assigned to me was very professional, they asked for my input and what type of resume I wanted.
